I absolutely love the environment of this Doggy Daycare, and more importantly my furry family member cannot be happier when we go here. Picture to show the absolute joy on his face during pick upafter getting in some outdoor playtime with his new friends.Setting up the drop off evaluation was painless and easy and the staff that I have met so far have been so friendly and seem happy to be there. The best part is the report card we got a few hours after picking him up where my dog told me exactly what he had gotten up to while he was there what other kinds of dogs he played with and several pictures of how happy he was. That night he was so much calmer, so content, snuggly and tired. Well worth it.Highly highly recommend this place. After two visits they’ve already gotten to know me and my pup. We are so excited to bring him more often and include some of their grooming services on a future visit.

I've taken my dogs to Charming Paws for a weekend emergency boarding situation and a few weeks of daycare so far, and it has been a really good experience. For my needs, they have reasonable hours and were open to accommodating my short-notice requests, so I'm appreciative.They're organized and priced reasonably in comparison to others I've found, and the facility is clean. I have had pleasant experiences with the staff, and my dogs have been happy afterwards, so I would recommend them to friends.

We took our 5 Y.O. golden retriever to Charming Paws and they did a phenomenal job. The owner/manager was super experienced and absolutely crushed the customer service and the grooming for our GR. So happy with the service. Thank you Charming Paws!

This is the best place I have ever been to for daycare. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. I have a very shy dog and they have given her so much love that she is slowly showing her wonderful side to the world. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do. Truly angels on earth.

We love using Charming Paws for daycare and boarding. The staff is kind, efficient, and work well with animals. Our 5 year old dog has been going for over a year, and we've had zero issues. We have taken our Dogs to Charming Paws for 4 years now and have never had an issue. The staff is so dependable and friendly. Our dogs look forward to seeing them because they actually give attention to the dogs. I get a daily report card e-mailed to me for each dog that lets me know how they were that day and if there were any concerns. Plus I get fun pictures of my boys!!! Clean and safe!!!

I had to find a new Groomer because my long term Groomer retired. It is really hard to go from someone you have trusted for over 20 years! So, after researching, I came across Charming Paws in West Bend, WI. Erica called me and we had a talk about my little shih tzu. She seemed genuine and enthusiastic. I was really encouraged by this. We set up an appt. for full grooming. Walking into Charming Paws, I was impressed. It seemed clean and orderly, which to me seems like a sign of good management. Erica greeted me and we went over specifics of what I wanted done and I did a few extras that they offer- teeth cleaning and a foot fizzy bath for dogs. I loved these extra options! My dog is a little stubborn(just like his owner!) and doesn’t like his face handled. Erica did a great job on this and his whole haircut. I love her attitude and the warmth that she exudes. I plan on checking out the Daycare at some point and the Boarding has individual rooms instead of being in a crate. I am glad that I found Charming Paws and look forward to getting to know it better.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Ashley & Charming Paws responded to my SOS when our previous groomer quit at a different grooming company & canceled our appointment last minute. Ashley fit us in, made our first visit a breeze & definitely made repeat customers out of us! Our pooch is so happy & looks fantastic. Our baby loves it there. It's reassuring to know that he has a nice, safe place that he enjoys to go. We have always been treated friendly, they love our dog like he's their own. He has so much fun, and he comes home nice and tired so we're able to relax. I took my previous dog there for boarding so he should be in a room by himself and it was great. I think it's a wonderful place and we love the option for boarding and daycare. If I just say the word his ears will perk up just like.

We use to use charming paws for daycare, grooming, and boarding. But last year, less than 24 hours after dropping him off, I got a text from charming paws that my dog Bear was attacked by another dog while at charming paws for a weekend board. They let the boarded dogs out to play with daycare dogs which was fine for us. But he ended up with a deep puncture wound from another dog biting him after getting possessive over a toy and we have never gone back. It’s crazy too because Bear is a Great Pyrenees with a very thick coat and this other dog bit him all the way through the coat and skin. I truly believe they do not screen dogs well enough before allowing them to attend daycare. Bear did not deserve to be attacked. He’s a very sweet and mellow boy. But seeing that other dogs have died here, I truly believe they are allowing dog aggressive dogs to attend because they aren’t screening well enough because all they care about is more dogs attending so they can get more money!!!!! I will never return to this place nor will I ever recommend to anyone.

Charming Paws is the place to go for all of your pet needs. Wallace attends daycare, and I could not imagine a better place for him to go. The staff are so attentive to his needs. I love the daily reports. They take such good care of him He boards there and I never have any worries about the care the staff provides. He is in excellent hands. Wallace waits at my front door because he knows he’s going to Charming Paws in the morning. He plays hard with his doggy friends. Thank you Charming Paws for taking such good care of Wallace. ❤️

We love Charming Paws. The staff is patient, playful, and always friendly. They are quick to respond to emails and or phone calls if we have questions or reservation requests. Have had my rambunctious poodle mix groomed there three times and Erica does a fantastic job! All who work there seem happy to be there. Professional yet relaxed and very clean atmosphere. I highly recommend Charming Paws!

I bring my dog Gunther here for daycare! He loves it so much and gets so excited when he gets to come with me in the mornings because he knows he is going to day care for the day! I bring him here days that I am busy after work and don't have time to exercise him. He is POOPED after a full day here! Everyone is so nice here and they really seem to care about him. They make it easy to trust he is in a safe and fun place for the day. 10/10 would recommend.

We have taken our dog Scout here for years! Now just mail trims. Always great service and care! He lives going to “ school” - doggie daycare. He has become a much better dog because of it! Highly recommend.

Erica is a wonderful groomer. She takes time and patience with her clients...Woof. So far I have 2 of my Pekenese mix and Teddy Bear sogs going to her. They always come home exactly how I wanted them and smelling so so good. I recommend West Bend and Richfield grooming.

We were recommended to Charming Paws by my in-laws who boarded their pup there in the past. Our dog had a great stay. The daily report cards with updates and pictures were lovely. Our dog came home exhausted after having so much fun at doggy daycare each day of her boarding. We will definitely come here again.

They are the best! We drive 20 minutes to get there when there are other places much closer! They communicate how your dogs are doing while you are gone with pictures and a report card. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the level of attention and interaction they put into their day care pups. They made great efforts to help my fearful dog feel at home and to pair her up with play pals that she feels comfortable with. I've tried a number of different doggy day cares and this has been the best by far. I think we've found our home away from home.

We were so fortunate that Charming Paws had a spot available for our pup while we were in West Bend for a wedding. Hannah so patiently answered all of my questions and even took the time to send photos of the facility. They accommodated our drop-off and pick-up schedule when other places couldn’t or wouldn’t. The place is very clean and safe. The people are so friendly. I really appreciated the evening “report card” with photos that let me know when my dog had been fed and how much she ate. I wouldn’t hesitate to have my dog stay here again.

Had a bad experience 2 1/2 years ago, however...boarded my Gracie there for 5 days and....extremely pleased. Got a report card everyday and she was in great shape when she was picked up. My apologies for going off on staff and management. I will be using Charming Paws in the future. Great job to the staff.

My boy Ruger absolutely loves Charming paws!! The ladies are great and take great care of my sweet boy! Highly recommend them for when your dog needs some socializing and you need a break!
