Small town hardware. They have a lot of things that you essentially need for your home. The prices are a little bit more expensive but they have it right then and there. They make keys there or car and home. Their prices on potting soil and dirt are very reasonable.

They are always so helpful.. I'm glad cause I'm not to good at figuring out how to build this n that or fixing a lot of stuff ... but they are... I really like just walking around and just looking at everything... reminds me of years ago...

I went to buy five 2" x 4"s. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of lumber in their indoor storage facility. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and helpful. Prices are higher than Menards but I like the convenience of a short drive and the personal service.

When I stopped in the store for lawn mower blades (had the old one with me to compare the size) I couldn't find them at all. Just about when I was going to give up and drive to fleet farm, the employee finished helping another customer and asked if I was looking for lawn mower blades. He proceeded to tell me that they were on the second floor while guiding me to them. By the time I reached the top of the stairs, he already had all three that I needed without me telling him the size nor the lawnmower nor how many I needed. But he was entirely correct just by looking at a single wore down blade in my hands.
