Check out people seemed rude. A item I wanted to buy did not ring up. So they sent someone to do I price check and the cashier told me to pay for the items that did ring up and I could go back in line to purchase the item that they had to do the price check on. I'm sorry the item in your store didn't ring up, I do not have anything to do with your stocking or pricing of items. And I shouldn't be treated as if it was my mistake by the store staff.I guess I will just go somewhere else to shop

You know if you go to the store at 8 am and there is literally only couple of other customers in the store, it would be nice to get help checking out. Self check out sucks already but when an item would not scan, it would be nice for an employee to get it. She would not look it up. Asked me to guess the price. Told her I didn't remember what it was. Ended up not getting it because you have lazy people working for you. That's okay. I will be going across the street to P&S from now on.

So disappointed! Ordered online...site was very iffy! Many things I added to my list didn't show up on order. Bust price was still the same. I ordered mashed potatoes...sour cream...poise pads...and not even on list when they filled order. The shopper isn't at fault. She did her very best.Your website lists many many items that aren't even available. She did her best...but I will NEVER order online from you again. Much more hassle then it was worth. Overpriced...missing items...many substitutions....

This is the only grocery store so far in the state of Wisconsin that we have found, that carries Usinger Smoked Butt. Its over 40 miles from us, but worth the trip. Thankyou.

The staff are all amazing... but Self check outs are terrible. The scale after you bag an item never works. Someone ALWAYS has to reset the scale (bag scale). I get that it's a security issue. Put cameras in. Nothing worse than scanning your item; putting it in the bag, and then the self check-out computer asks for help. Then you wait.......... quicker to use check-out.

They are unique in their selection, offering a variety of things that other stores in the area don't seem to carry. Their meats and cheeses are fresh, and always available. And the staff has been nothing but friendly. It's always well-maintained, as well. Definitely recommend.

I had not shopped in a Piggly Wiggly for 30 years because I moved to the east coast. Stopping here brought back so many memories.The store was very clean and organized. They don't have rows and rows of every profuct made, but they do have a very nice variety of products. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. I fel like I walked into the "place where everybody knows your name."I think this will become my new favorite groceey store.

This grocery store is like a little town in itself lol. Wonderful Produce section, a little cheese and sausage store, an expansive Liquor section as well. One stop shopping right here folks! Unadvertised Meat specials that will leave you wondering how they can do it! Fabulous store!

Love it. They have a large selection of brat's . Wow the blueberry ones have great flavor and ate well seasoned. They have a piggly wiggly card for added savings. Great selection of meats as well. Large assortment of beer. They have great prices. The deli has lots of sales and a large selection of salads and meats. The taco dip taste fabulous. The deli potato salad is good too. Great customer service 👍👍👍👍🤦‍♀️

Just now- Meat guy waited on someone that came after me in line. By the conversation, he knew the guy. Terribly rude. And the produce woman, was extremely impolite as well. In stark contrast, I just had a wonderful experience across the street at picknsave. I'm going do my shopping over there from now on. Here's me...voting with my feet.

I must say that the meat department at Stoneridge has gone down considerably. The meat case with the expensive items is always stocked. The rest of there meat is low and items that are on sale they do not have. I am starting to go elsewhere.

4 pm during the week of Thanksgiving and deer hunting, and one register open. All 4 self checkouts were flashing red, and in need of assistance- a theme so common, I refuse to use them anymore.Line was back to the start of the freezer section, and no efforts made to open anymore registers. I parked my cart at the customer service desk and left.Great meat selection, but poor staffing on the checkout end, which is another common theme.

Although I love going here to get my steaks and cook-out goodies. I saw today a waste of wrapping paper. I bought 2 steaks, one was encrusted with garlic. But both were the same price. But instead of wrapping them together they were wraped separately. Easte of paper and ink. And time. And you wonder why the price is so high. Otherwise their meats are great.

Great grocery store, especially for a smaller town. Excellent meats and cheeses. Everyone was super friendly except the one woman working at customer service. Definitely happy this is an option to us now that we've moved to the area.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful when you need something. They also had a tasting with a Doundrins Distilling there today. Their spirits are delicious!!! I also can’t get enough of the StoneRidge cheese!! Their deli is fabulous too. I am so glad this is the nearest grocery store to my new house.

Nice selection of meat products. Decent prices. On site smokehouse with delicious sausages. Bakery with small selection. Have increased vegetable and fruit selection but still has a small amount. Clean with very helpful staff.
