Wonderfully amazed by my cashier! Young person named "Kat" was extremely joyful despite an absolutely mean and nasty customer that continuesly insulted and berated the poor cashier. "Kat"(as her name tag reads), remained calm and pleasant throughout the ordeal. I can't imagine why in this day and age a person would be so impolite to such a sweet kid. Especially when it's hard to get people to show up to work in the midst of a labor crisis. I tip my hat to Kat for being a wonderful person despite such a rude and angry customer and for showing up for work so that people like me can feed their families!

1st and last time here. rude employees. idiot customers who legit stop in the middle of the isle. 11:00 on a Sunday and the deli is closed. All the prepackaged fruit containers are old and moldy. never stocked. I’ll stick to piggly wiggly.

The prices are outrageous.. the produce a lot of times they will sell them moldy.. some of the people that work there are very rude and disrespectful.. the online ads every week now is ridiculous not everyone can download these apps.. when Laurie took over you can't find everything you need cause she don't order it..

Hate the new on line coupon and weekly adds. 😒 website is difficult and keep getting bumped out! Alienating a big portion of customers. Need to have designed staff at stores to help load and teach. Easier to go to competition 😌.

Worst grocery store. Produce is horrible. Just bought a bag of oranges, two days later some were rotting. They insist on stocking shelves during business hours, when busy it’s impossible to get around on the all ready narrow isles.

I'm fine for the most part with the values of the merchandise sold there, but they are the WORST when it comes to the price at the checkout matching the shelf price or the price on the large special signs they have throughout the store. I'm a single, retired guy so I don't buy cartloads of items when I shop, but I'd say every third time I go there, I have at least one item that reflects a higher price at checkout than it should be. Then you either have to stand in line at the "service?" desk or wait for someone to show up there in order to get the price adjusted. That happened again today and I had almost a 10-minute wait! The deli department can also gain by some management attention. Being the only person standing and waiting for 5 minutes or more at the deli counter while I can see FOUR employees behind the counter working at other things is upsetting. I can understand they may be filling order , but it seems that at least ONE person should be assigned to give priority to customers waiting at the counter.

I used to enjoy going there until they started acting like Walmart, unless you check yourself out, they will make 10 people wait for 1 cashier and when an additional came, Ruthie was rude and discourteous. Why do stores believe that we should not only give them our money, but we should also have to do their job.

Majority of the employees are very friendly. Worked at Copps for 10 years and enjoyed it very much! Great to see a lot of the customers on a repeated basis and become good friends with many! 8 years since I worked there, and I still help out other customers any time I can!!!

The checkout person seemed like she was not sure about her job. May have been new?!? Special ordered some meat, picked it up today, meat dept. employee seemed like he was in a hurry and did not seem to care if meat was acceptable to us. Prime rib..cost close to $100.00. Visit today was only rate acceptable 2 stars

Check your receipts because something always rings up wrong. Staff does not care to fix the problem. Unfriendly and uncooperative staff. Not like it used to be years ago. Digital coupons are a joke...they work sometimes. Avoid this store and go across the street.....

When you only have 1-2 items to check out it always seems like your waiting for the checkout waaaaay longer than you should. Customers with loaded carts are in line and they never open the 15 items or less line. Waited 20 minutes and then finally left food on random place and walked out. Terrible service at register and consistently slow. Not enough cashier's.

Don't bother with the deli. Last week I stopped in and 3 people were behind the deli counter and didn't even acknowledge me; 2 of them actually walked right by me as if not to see me. I was the only customer at the counter; I'm 6'4" and weigh 220#,. Quite visible!Last night I stopped in and there were 8-12 customers already there waiting and 2 workers with their heads turned . Lady next to me and I just laughed in discussed at the apparent lack of concern towards customer service.In both cases I ended up at McDonald's.

It is easy to get through the store quickly when your time is limited. But that isn't to say they don't have a variety of products because they do!! No matter if your gluten sensitive or have allergies to something else. An assortment of ethnic food is also on the shelves, Mainly I like knowing where all the products are so I can just take my Mom's and My list and already know what to grab and go to get done shopping. Thank you Copps!! Also, for keeping it so clean! I haven't used the pharmacy but they also have one there.

Great place to get groceries. I would definitely recommend you download the app so you can get extra savings on on sale items and bonus discounts on certain items. Come here and get your groceries you do save money especially in these times!!!!!!!!

In trying to send money via western union cash, the employees weren't prepared to assist me to cut a check for the person I sent to. They refused to contact Western Union for instructions and proceeded to accuse myself and my boyfriend of colluding to try to perpetrate fraud on them. The manager was rude and stated that she didn't care if we filed a complaint. We weren't doing any fraud on anyone. We both contacted Western Union, who stated that the employees at the store were to call them for instructions. However, they refused. I don't feel that it is my place to have to perform other people's jobs when I'm not even employed by that store. Those people need to be properly trained to provide better customer service and that manager should get a better personality.
