They usually have a good supply of everything, however, the employees aren't always the most friendly! I've had great success in my finds there, though! Nice, cheap prices for Christmas decorations. Here is a wreath I made with some flowers bought there.

Over packed with Uboats and only one register. Self checkout broken and the Woman with the short dark hair and glasses was extreamly rude to my Mother when all she was doing was trying to understand the situation and wasn't being rude.It doesn't matter if you were here for 5 years,you never talk like that to customers,especially in front of everyone. They had no sign on the door that stated they were not taking checks for that day which makes no sense and no one told my Mom till well into the transaction where she already had her check made out and they were trying to figure out what was wrong but suddenly remembered 'no checks' for today.Unbelievable.

The manager of this store is rude. She hastily typed in my DL information when taking a check. It was declined. I had plenty of my money in my checking account. Instead of checking to see if she made an error, she slaps the slip of paper on the coutner and loudly tells me I was declined because of my credit with that company and to call the number on the paper. After contacting Certegy, it was determined that it was a missmatch of information put into the register and actually that company protecting me from fraud. She was out of line to assume it was based on bad credit and unprofessional with her delivery and made me feel emberrased even though I know that I did nothing wrong and have an excellent credit score. This is not my first encounter with this manager. I have observed her being rude and out of line to other customers and her workers as well.

Store was clean that's why it gets a star. Staff this morning was rude both checkouts open but only one was checking people out. Got told to wait my turn when it was my turn, got price gouged..cat later listed on shelf as $7 got to check out was charged $10 for a 12 lb box of fresh step..watch the shelf price and actual price when checking out! Mask mandate is in place according to sign but yet even employee wasn't wearing it but I see her chin...u stocked shelves with product carts in isles but that I get when busy and can't finish.

Today's experience very typical of this store...cashier asked for help because customers were lining up and the other staff took her sweet time to come out of the office and help.. No sense of urgency for customer service

This store is dirty. Workers talk about their customers in front of other customers. Aisle often blocked with carts of stuff to be put away. A greeting would be nice when i walk in. Could use some refreshing from someone in charge.

I was just in the store in Wautoma. Put items on counter, girl on ladder stocking (behind counter sorta off to the side) looked at me and then continued to stock shelf. I waited and then said are you going to help me checkout? She said I'm not working. I said your stocking shelves. She again said I'm not working. I said is the manager here because if your not being paid you should not be on a elevated device stocking shelves.She then said did you ring the bell? I said no because your right here. She again said I'm not working. Then she yelled for someone. Seriously if she couldn't checkout she should have just said I'll get someone to help you. It's sad if this is how employees are trained. Oh, and not being paid but stocking???

Typical Dollar General. This one carries wine but didn't have my pet food brand. Clean and easy to get through. Some can get overcrowded in the aisles.

Great customer service! Sales associates very positive and cares about your needs. Very hard workers there. Always is greeted as you walk in with a smile. Wautoma store is always my go to store for all my needs.

There is almost always a long line. The associates do NOT come from stocking the store to help the people waiting in line. I hate running in there cuz it always takes forever! The associates are not friendly at all and it's not "customers always right"there by any means. I only go in there if I HAVE to. I would rather drive to redgranite to go to dollar general there. This wautoma one is awful. I hope the employees or management see this. You seriously need some changes. Nice employees for one! More helpful for 2! Improve check out process! And come away from stocking to Help! Those would be a good start to improving your location. Until then I will go to family Dollar down the street or dollar general in redgranite!

I work at wautoma dollar General we try are best to help everyone. We dont have many workers we do the best we can. Now i do shop at dollar general in wautoma from my stand point its not fast check out but i know back end of the way it works now the prices for the items is very good for a budget. The staff i work with are great the manager is very nice and help full.

Dollar General used to be my store of choice. However the Wautoma Store seems to be in a contant state of disarray. Shelves are bare while box after box blocks the aisles awaiting placement. This is not just a couple days a week but a constant state of the store. Making it imposdible to obtain the items i came to buy. I have given up trying to shop there as the items i came to purchase are never in stock on the shelves and are most likely sitting on the carts in those boxes blocking the aisles!

Rudest clerk EVER, bought a disinfectant spray for my place of employment, she questioned me about the quantity I purchased, and said it rudely. If there's a limit, it should be posted to the fact! Happened to see her next morning at a gas station, she walked right in front of me and cut me off, in the store, THEN basically let the door hit me as she walked out in front of me. Just a plain RUDE person.

Everything was over priced the name should be. Hanged there was a small hose for 25 dollars I mean as dallor General I thought everything would be a dollar but no things where just very messed up and defently priced wrong and the name of the store should defently be changed.

There was so much in aisle couldn't walk thru to see clothes so packed can not get in to look was going to buy a pair of leggings but needed to see the foot end cashier person don't open that not nicely so that was that and prices are cheaper at Walmart its not dollar general any more
