Love this place. I needed to ups a package but I had an odd shape item and could not find a box. The two lovely women at the Ups counter not only found a box but packed the box for free. And were so very kindThe store itself is beautiful. It was clean, brightly lit and held a great selection of products. Lots of garden decor and ourdoor living products.I highly recommend this store.

Went to the fedex store inside to send a crossbow back to Cabelas. They said, “ oh look it’s a crossbow”. I asked, everything good? They said yes. I get a call saying they can’t ship weapons. Fine, so I go back. Then the lady said, “I didn’t realize it was a crossbow” Flat out lie. I understand the policy, but being a liar instead of saying sorry, to save face? What else would they lie about. It wasn’t one of the high school kids, it was one of the old ladies. It’s ALWAYS something with this store.

Kinda hard to find, but it's worth it. Large selection. Lots of friendly staff, ready to help you with finding this or that. They will help you load your car. They have grills and smokers. Gardening supplies. Some lumber.

Staff is not sure what they fix or do. Have asked many times of different employees. Answer is usually I'm not sure. Let me go ask manger. An they are pricey on much of there items. I go to home Depot in Wisconsin Rapids now. Great place never any second guessing there job

very nice place, clean, friendly staff. little pricey but its closest place for me when i just need one thing. I would rather pay a dollar or two more than run all the way to menards or lowes (30 to 40 min away) plus i like to shop local when i can. also has either a ups or fed ex drop off area which is convenient.

Employees are friendly & helpful. Items are easy to find. This is just a small local store, so the selection is not massive, but we can usually find what we need. They should offer a military discount, which is disappointing that they don't.

Great convenience with a wide selection of products available. Have a good rewards program too. Prices are a bit more then the big box giants but its worth the extra to save all the time having to run to the bigger cities.

Always knowledgeable employees and great service. Is a thing of the past. If you use a gift card to buy anything do it separately from other items. I returned an item that was 16.99. I also bought an item for 7.59. Used a $5 gift card. Paid 20.66. Returned the $16.99 item but was only refunded $14.74. They claim it's because the gift card was $2.50 off each item. So that means they got $10.09 for the 7.59 item. I will spend the extra time and go to Menards where they don't rip you off.

Terrible management, this place is undependable in terms of getting things done. I applied to work there back in August 15th and even did a follow-up phone call to check on my application 5 times for months. I kept being told that I will get called back tomorrow, but never hear back. I decided to work somewhere else that was more reliable.My mom has worked there not too long ago, she applied for cashier, but they put her in a different position from what she applied for without telling her. They don't do direct deposits, instead they deliver a check through mail. It's already been a couple week's and she hasn't received anything yet. People there seem unreliable and never follow-up with what they say they will do, sometimes unsure of what they're doing and "Think" they did what they were supposed to do.

I visited this place today as I was doing some work in town. I had just about everyone in the store if I needed help which I find kind of annoying... One employee even wanted to write down my item numbers which I didn't even get a chance to find yet... I felt as if they were too helpful or trying to get me out.I came in for a second and third time and on the third time I brought a broken used part in to match it up for a new one.. even though I wrote the item number down and placed it in a bag with the old piece the lady just assumed that I trying to cheat her or something and said she had to check the price on it when the guy came back she tried to charge me for the old piece and new one even after I told her I brought it in.. she was extremely rude and treated me like a criminal!I visit many hardware stores access Wisconsin and this ACE store has been by far the worst experience I ever had.

For being a little place in small-town Wisconsin, it's not bad. All the employees are local and no most of their customers. It makes it a lot easier when the employee customer relationship is solid. You can get everything that you need done done with one exception. you can drop off FedEx you can drop off ups but you cannot drop off USPS.
