This has been the first time in while I've gone here. I went at about 7:30pm to avoid traffic. Overall place looked clean, employees were good except one who was talking on the phone through his ear buds...asides from this the selection of lures was decent, and we got in and out of the checkouts quick.

There are over 30 pick up spots in the parking lot that I have never seen completely full. Yet 85% of the time I cannot find a handicap parking spot to safely get in and out of my car and wheelchair. I'm really sick of the aisles in the homegoods section being blocked by palette and palette of boxes making the aisles inaccessible and even dangerous for me.

Absolutely disorganized in a mess of the store nothing is organized everything is everywhere things things are not where they're supposed to be absolutely horrible management and also staff has nobody wants to do anything witness multiple employees walking around with doing nothing other than playing on their phones

I made an appointment to get my tires changed. Took them 3 and a half hours. When asked them whys it taking so long and one of their mechanics stood there arguing with me, instead of explaining it to me and what was wrong. Just kept saying "you can come out there with us". Instead of helping me solve my problem.

03-05-24 at 12:15pm. My wife and I were just harassed and discriminated against by an employee named brenda and what we believe to be a manager while in self check-out. We were purchasing formula for our 9-month-old son, and we are alloted 8 cans per month by wick. walmarts registers only allow 5 cans per transaction. Brenda gave us a couple of dirty looks and walked by twice and, on the second time, told us that we can't purchase more than 5 cans. we tried to explain what we are allotted 8 cans a month. Brenda then said that wic only allows 5 can per month and that what we are saying is not true. Then she got her manager who removed the 4 other can that were on the check-out belt. She then proceeded to tell us that there is a shortage of baby formula and wic wouldn't give us 8 cans then continued to say that there is people who need it more. My wife was shaking in anger and frustration and began to cry when we returned to the vehicle. And my wife has a high level of postpartum anxiety and this experience caused her to have a anxiety attack.

Won’t price match items in their store with the items from THEIR app. $20 price discrepancy and they won’t honor it at the register because the online item is supposedly sold by a third party. But the item (a Roku player) is in their store and on their app. Why have third party vendors on the app?? Went to Best Buy and got the same player cheaper anyway.

In the course of conducting two separate transactions at the self-checkout counter, my wife and I encountered frequent interventions by an employee who scrutinized our items and engaged in confrontational exchanges. Regrettably, her demeanor throughout the process was characterized by rudeness, as she repeatedly questioned the validity of our scanning actions. In response to her persistent accusations, we politely suggested reviewing the surveillance footage to corroborate our adherence to the scanning protocol. Despite our cooperation, the employee persisted in treating us with suspicion, thereby creating a disappointing and disheartening customer experience. As a Walmart Plus member, I have never encountered such poor treatment at any other Walmart location except the one in Wausau.

Nobody’s is doing their job there, cust service manager knew about price changes and still items was in sale bin and I have to waste my time waiting for cms to go check to make sure it’s on sale just for her to come tell they’re in the sale bin, on top of that person at self checkout has no authority to do price over-ride..:easing more of my time for her to get someone else to do price change, I’m sure as I’m posting this no one is taking those items out of the sales bin which is just going to waste more time for the next customer….zero star if I can

As far as Wal-Mart Supercenters go...this one is good. Usually pretty clean and often well-stocked. Plenty of parking and it is in a nice location (plenty of dining options around the area).

Been there three times and all three times there have been others in the self checkout and it's only me employees are walking around my area only or telling me I need to scan for certain items that I haven't yet scanned because I'm NOT FINISHED scanning. Today there were other guest that had more items in their carts and I had three, THREE Items and yet an employee decided to stay near my area. And walk around me. And mind you there were two employees that were standing at the cashier stand at self checkout someone in front of me went and she didn't follow him, but when I went she decided to walk back and fourth behind me.

I have a grade 3 shoulder strain w/ a$500 canned food order, cashier Claire calls me a "crazy weirdo" for needing a bagger. When leaving she then mocks me, says both of her arms are broken!

This place is a dump!! You can't go down any aisle without seeing empty packaging from shoplifting, misplaced items, thawed frozen foods or employees chatting to kill time.Most of the employees are so busy doing drive-ups that shelves are empty, floors littered with garbage, carts sticking out so far in the parking lot that they're road hazards.THE MANAGER HERE NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED! He's useless!!

Have always gone to Pick n Save for groceries. Decided to checkout Walmart to see how prices compared. OMG. I have been getting fleeced by PNS. So many of my usual items are way cheaper. Ranging from a few cents to several dollars! I now only go to PNS for things Walmart doesn't carry.

A nearby shopper summed it up nicely, 'It looks like this place was ransacked'. What a mess. I just read an article saying Walmart has plans to renovate select locations to improve sales. They missed the mark. I suspect investment in staffing/wages to maintain a decent shopping experience would go a long way in improving the bottom line.

The place is headed downhill, fast! I don't need a lot, so I often use the smaller carts. The problem comes as you drive into the parking lot. Most days, there are hundreds of smaller carts scattered across the 3 acre lot, and none in the store. The guys that the store pays to round the carts up? It takes two of their young employees to drive that stupid cart-train thing around! I know a 50 y.o. gent who does it alone all week long. Too bad Walmart couldn't pay HIM enough...

A nice woman named Barb was checking out my families groceries, she's the cheeriest person I've seen working at Walmart and helped us get bags in our cart after she finished ringing everything up. Barb is amazing

I came to pick up my order at 9pm and had called them I’m here. He couldn’t find my order and told me he’s just trying to get all these pickup orders done and is trying to just go home. He will call me back once he finds my order. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour. I didn’t try calling back because at this time it’s getting so late. I never received any call back! Whoever this kid is that answered the phone, he need to get train more on customer service. Horrible!

0 for today's experience. Employees rude don't help want you to do their job. Manager must be bad when every employee was rude. And from all the negative reviews seems even more apparent on top of I don't see walmart reaching out to anyone about their negative reviews so they don't seem to care how employees treat customers.

2 words chaotic and rude. Everything is not priced correctly, super messy, and most of the people are rude. The do have a bigger selection then some Walmarts though and their auto center is nice.

I am an avid Walmart goer. The experience is similar every time. Crowded and often times tons of rude fellow customers. But usually can get my stuff and go. My only complaint of this place is the intensity of a couple of the employees that work the self check out. They hound literally everyone as though they're a common day thief!! We frequent that facility weekly!!! They know damn well we're not stealing, so my suggestion is, ease up a bit on your regulars!!!

Everyone BEWARE of shopping on the Walmart app. They will automatically subscribe you to Walmart plus subscription without authorization which will cost you over $100 and won't refund you.

I went looking for one item this visit, and was promptly and politely addressed and assisted by the gentlemen in the electronics department. I was thankful that they finally had in stock the item I'd come for after no luck for a couple of weeks. This is my home Walmart but I finally have a good reason to leave a specific review :) Thank you for the help to the men in electronics this early afternoon!!

They music was so loud I couldn’t hear my daughter when she was speaking, and she was next to me! Terrible experience. Don’t know what they were trying to prove. Felt like pure chaos!

For 10+ years now if I call this store, of someone answers for a department it takes forever, but often I won't get an answer. I've spent 20 minutes looking around the store for an employee to ask questions. When people are paged to a department they often don't even show up and have to be paged 1 or 2 more times.I know during COVID there were people willing to work but Walmart wasn't hiring them and they were firing people and the shelves weren't stocked... What is going on with the management here?
