I have definitely had some issues with the call center for Walgreens. However once you get past those people and get to the actual employees of this Walgreens, they are very helpful and professional! Hailey just helped me fill my prescription after being told it couldnt be filled by a Caroline in their call center, so I am thankful they have people that do care and are willing to help!

Everyone in the pharmacy has always treated me very well. From on the phone, in person giving a vaccine shot or at the pickup window. You wouldn't want your pharmacist making a mistake on YOUR medication, so be patient. Give these people a break. To many people expect instant service, like the fast food restaurants, except now, even the fast food restaurants are not that fast. Everyone is short staffed. Slow down and be kind to your service provider's. Thank you.

had a tough day putting family member in hospice. the lady not even working on my order jumped in with her two cents. i looked and was surprised to see she was a pharmacist (Tara) (walgreens on bridge street wausau)she was rude and condescending. made a bad day even worse. she needs a customer service class. was so rude to the lady before her and the gentleman after that. sad. only thank you was the tech that helped me (will transfer care to Young’s.

I think its INSANE to allow these people at the pharmacy a break from 1:30-2pm with how busy they are. Extremely low performance culture. Always lots of rushing around nothing being achieved. The issue is they need a male pharmacist

They provide piss poor patient care long wait times. Saying they have prescriptions going to pick them up then them not being there at all. Being placed on hold then having them call you at a different number because they forgot you were on hold absolutely disgusting place to be. I would never recommend them even for prescribing drugs for a pet ant. If I could give a negative number I would.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I turned in a disposable camera 5 months ago, called and stopped in multiple times to check to see if the prints ever came in and even called the complaint department about this and heard nothing. Each person that helped me was very unhelpful. It was either they didn't know why my order was still being processed, told me to check back a different time or was rude. I never got a call either like I was supposed to ever giving me updates or if they ever did come in and ended up getting dumped because I never knew they were in. I am extremely upset because I had taken some of my most memorable and meaningful photos on that camera figured I would get the prints back like I was supposed to.

Due to the pharmacy policy for Walgreens they only order a set amount of ADD medication but will accept anyone with these medications and make them wait several days past the refill date. Walgreens has been a major inconvenience for me while dealing with my mental health.

I tried calling them to find out if they carry a specific item. It was a robot that could not have been less helpful, giving the dumbest responses, asking the dumbest questions, talking about their app, and giving no option to speak with a person. After five minutes of yelling at it, it finally said "OK, in order to help you, I need to know if you're looking for someone from the pharmacy or the store." I pressed the store option, waited on hold for ten minutes, then was greeted with "Welcome to the pharmacy, how can I help." I said I needed the regular store, she said "OK, one moment", and hung up on me.

After waiting 2.5 hours for a prescription was told 20 more minutes. Went back to get after 20 minutes and was told there out for 2 more days. Now it's after 9 and no one else in town is open. If I had been told that at any time prior all I would have needed to do was call around. And, the girl behind the phone needs to learn that the microphone does not work when it held to your throat. I must have asked to repeat everything at least twice.

It's a standard Walgreens and the layout is pretty straightforward. The issue is the stuff that they have hired on. Most of them are wearing their masks below their noses, and there's one early morning staff in particular that is quite crude. She swears during most interactions I've had with her. I've heard her made comments on customer's purchases including mine. it just makes for a very unpleasant experience when she's behind the counter.

Not sure WHY this location is open 24 hours... it's actually closed right now due to "system down". Always fun to find out at 4 am in 26 degree weather... there's no pharmacist on staff and you wait at the front counter forever to check out cuz no one is ever around. Thanks for the wasted drive over.

They honestly think every person they encounter is a drug addict. They would not fill my prescription even though I had all the appropriate paperwork and just had broken my arm. The doctor had to call twice in order for it to be filled. Go to the other Walgreens to avoid the headaches, I promise you it's going to save you a lot of trouble.

Ive been using the pharmacy here for 12 years, and they consistently get my prescription orders wrong, and dont fill them. The price for my prescriptions always inexplicably rises. They play games with when they're supposed to have them ready by, and ive had it. I will avoid using this pharmacy for as long as i can.

Walgreens tend not to excel at much. I like their hours and their variety of products. You can tell the store is an old one but Pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable which is why I shop there.

Pharmacy person on phone was very rude, spent 5 days and lots of gas trying to pick up the prescription. Called before driving there been told it was done and ready by phone, get there and they didn’t have it ready. The worst !

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, and the person who did my consultation basically shouted everything about my medical condition for the entire waiting area of people to hear. Changing my pharmacy asap.

There are two lines at the pharmacy one is some kind of Express and there's a sign that says you shouldn't be in that line if you don't have a special card which I don't have, so I went to the regular pick up line, that didn't seem to have anybody in it, then the pharmacist rudely told me that I was cutting in line and needed to get back to the express line, (again a line that says I needed a card that I don't have) the whole thing was very confusing and instead of being understanding and explaining anything to me they were just rude, and all but yelled at me in front of everybody😢 it was embarrassed, I'm never going back.

Walgreens no longer offers 24 hour pharmacy at this store. The nearest 24 hour location is now 71 minutes from my home (one way).
