I only gave this place a one because I can't give them a 0. The employee James is the reason we will not be back. We had something very upsetting happen outside the store and James took it upon himself to insult and ridicule me for absolutely no reason whatsoever after 2 guests inside the store we're verbally and physically threateningy husband and I for something we had nothing to do with. I feel so sorry for the good employee that was there and took such good care of us. I don't want to mention his name out of respect for him. I would really question going back to any company that employs someone who would ever call a customer stupid or an idiot or spend 5 minutes repeatedly verbally attacking someone that he didn't know or had no involvement with at all. He also announced to everyone there how he was so awesome going to college and he would make more money that anyone he knew and that made us stupid and worthless. He then proceeded to refuse to give us his name or the name of his manager. He tried to kick us out after I asked for these names, but the cashier actually taking care of us said we could stay and finish our transaction. I will never again return to any Schierl company property because of what happened today. I hope you look long and hard at the kind of people you leave in charge when a manager is not there. James is certainly someone that should not be. In today's fickle retail market, it is never a good idea to employ someone that doesn't put the customer first. I can only hope this is addressed before James can do any more damage to your company and other decent human beings.

Cheapest gas from Wausau to Stevens Point, and this location is usually cheaper than anywhere else in Wausau as well.
