Sam's Club was offering a low membership sign up fee, so we took advantage of it. (4/2024). The young man helping me through the sign up process was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very personable.

Guest greeters at the exit have extremely ugly attitude, my husband and I love going in to the cafe to have a lunch and then look around, because we didn't buy anything they gave us an extremely ugly look and never told us to have a good day just stared us down. Definitely makes me not want to return.

I appreciate the curbside pickup service at Sam’s club so much and know the people by name. They provide excellent service that saves so much time and are friendly and professional. Sometimes items that are in the store won’t be available for pick up which can be frustrating.If I do go in the store Scan and Go is amazing. It’s so fast and easy.

Sam’s Club is a great place to go for things that you might need a lot of. We tend to go here for basics, milk, eggs, and other things that seem to go too fast when it only comes in packs of 8 or 12. Their produce can have ok sales and their frozen section has a good assortment of fruits and meats. Speaking of meats...their butcher section might be one of the top 5 in town.For the 4th we were able to get a big pack for fireworks for the family to enjoy! Highly recommend

Have to admit- the food offerings at Sam's have improved. Found Organic frozen blueberries and strawberries. - thank you. A nice selectiom of cheese and good wine. ( It's still a giant WalMart that needs better lighting.)

I usually have a good experience here. I just get my stuff and go to self checkout to leave quickly and no one bothers me usually. The other day, our self checkout screen froze on the payment processing screen so we asked someone to help. She showed us how to fix it if that happens again. All of a sudden, she asked “Why don’t you have a Sam’s Club Credit Card?” She started pressing buttons to start the process of applying for one, and she wasn’t taking my first “No” as an answer. Eventually we got her to leave us alone, but it was very annoying and rude to try and make us apply for one.I’m trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because the company probably makes it a requirement for employees to harass customers about credit cards. Companies like this one need to start listening to their customers. Stop it with these credit card sales pitches!

Great selection and the ability to check out with an app on your phone is nice. I hate waiting in line to leave so they can check my basket though and things you love to buy will suddenly not be available anymore.

I ran to the store for two things and I ended up having a whole cart full. Even the members mark brand has actually turned into much better quality than Target brand and it's definitely cheaper.. I got my son some new pajamas and they're definitely not see through like the ones from Target and it was a two pack and well he ended up getting a lot of stuff to be quite honest but they have really good quality clothes and great prices honestly. Even their hand soap is two jugs that are 80 oz each for maybe $8 total. There are savings all around.

Awesome variety of products at large quantities for purchase as you'd expect. However,and it's not Sam's Club's fault due to inflation recently,it isn't always the best place to get certain items. It pays to spend the time looking for the best deals here rather than assuming everything is a good deal.

We are regular customers of Sam's Club in Wausau. Today we purchased a rotisserie chicken, like we have done in the past. When we reheated the one purchased today, it was dry and flavorless. Very disappointed in the purchase. We,ve never had this issue before!

First time here and the layout is a lot different than the one that my husband and I are used to. The employees were really friendly and helpful when we asked them to help us look for several different items on our list. The only disappointing thing is that they didn't have much for fruit trays. This store has a lot of cool limited food items which we did get, cereal to be exact. Although the store was extremely busy with a lot of people we were able to check out relatively fast which surprised us

Have not been to Sam's club much recently due to the pandemic. Had to go to the pharmacy to get my flu shot, the pharmacy staff made me truly miss going to the stores due to their extremely courteous and friendly service. On my initial visit where a lady tried to make sure I got the best possible price for my flu shot, since I did not have insurance, to the pharmacist who gave me the shot who was very attentive wasn't and quick. It went so fast I had time to walk around the store. They have moved many of the aisles around, and some of the merchandise was in a new spot, but it was actually easier to get around once I figured out where things were moved to. More self checkout lines were also added, a big improvement I had absolutely no weight to check out my items. Overall a wonderful visit to Sam's club.Update. Aug 2023I use the Hearing Aid Center because their prices are reasonable, and they do take good care of their customers.Best to have an appointment though.

They have a large area so they use it to pack as much into it as a person may need for inside a home to outside.They do lack in customer service at check outs. We go every 2 weeks and have never had a happy or cheerful checker. Sad really. Never changes

This store used to be a great store! What happened to it? Shelves are empty long before the pandemic, price signs hang half off, so many discontinued items, the cafe used to be great, but now you get stale pizzas, half the fountain drinks are out of order, and there are fewer tables. This store used to be clean with bathrooms on par with Kwik Trip clean. Now the bathrooms are on par with a rundown truck stop and trash is overflowing outside the store, by the cafe, and around the club. The workers were always friendly and looked like they genuinely liked their jobs. Now they never smile, are rude, unhelpful, and act like they would rather be anywhere but there. So if the workers don’t even want to be there, why should I pay to shop there? Once my membership expires I really doubt I’ll return to this store. I’ll probably just drive to the in Green Bay… or maybe to Costco. Regardless I hope corporate shuts it down.

It’s nice to shop when u have a party when u need it… but I’m not happy with their restroom 🤢🤮 and me other customer was like eww and we was very gross out by it. And the cashier she don’t look happy and not very nice

First of all I would like to say I am giving this Sam’s Club a star of one for the bakery department. In particular to an older bakery lady who took my order for a custom cake. While placing my order she had an attitude and was short with me. I know sometimes it gets busy and you may not have time for people, but I don’t believe anyone should have experience what I had there. In addition for someone who works in a customer service environment they should be treating people how they want to be treated. With that said I have not had any other issues while shopping here.

Anyone else get scammed by Sam's $12 e-card "first time delivery" offer??? IF you get an email offering you an e-card, DON'T DO IT, IT'S A SCAM, YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE THE E-CARD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T DO SQUAT FOR YOU! WHAT A CON!!!!

Welcome to the pit of despair. I used to frequent this store quite a bit 8-10 years ago… the employees were friendly, the merchandise was well stocked and was in at least a way that made sense, it wasn’t uncommon to see managers working alongside their employees. Charlie, the store manager was friendly and you could tell the employees respected him…overall the atmosphere was fun. Now when I walk in I’m hit with this feeling of despair and depression. The greeters look like zombies and don’t even bother greeting you, they just sit on their stool staring off into space. Once you pass the undead you are bombarded by an overzealous pushy worker trying to scam you into getting their credit card or plus membership. Years ago the plus membership was worth it: you got to come in early, got great exclusive deals throughout the year. Now anyone can get those same deals and coming in early doesn’t matter because they don’t check cards anymore.The merchandise is now strewn throughout the store with no rhyme or reason to its location. Half the shelves are empty (even before the pandemic). The workers, if you can get one’s attention, are rude and never smile. You can tell they don’t want to be there. Charlie is gone and replaced by a woman who is never seen, along with the other managers.As soon as my membership is up I’m never coming back. This Sams Club is on life support. I pray it returns to the great store it once was… but with the lack of morale and a leadership that is nonexistent, I really don’t see that happening. Perhaps Costco will come and put this dying store out of its misery.

They do much of what you expect in the environment to keep everyone safe. Store is always clean and usually always has what I am looking for. If you don't use it, I recommend using the Scan and Go section of their app. Definitely enhances the shopping experience so you don't have to wait to check out and reduces number of times you handle everything (twice, load and unload cart)

We stopped in for some groceries and as we left my kids wants some pizza from the food court. We ended up getting hots dogs and pizza only to get extremely sick hours after 2/3 kids that had pizza and hot dog have terrible diarrhea and are projectile vomiting, my self included. now I willBe missing a day of work and my kids school. We stopped on 2/5/23. STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD COURT!

I can purchase items that we go through a lot of at a better price then other stores, I also like the assortment of merchandise that they have that no where else carries.With their scan and go app it makes keeping spending on track and no waiting in check out lines as you scan each item as you put them in your cart then check out on the app. You show the QR code when you go to exit instead of a receipt.
