We paid for their premium $11 car wash today on Monday 11/06. Once inside, the machine only went over our car three time then the blowers kicked on. Our car was left with a white milkey film which we didn't notice until a while later. I looked for a phone number to call them but was unsuccessful. This car wash did a terrible job cleaning the outside of our car considering it's cost.

The dog wash is disgusting. It is amazing that they offer a self service dog wash BUT they desperately need to upkeep it. It looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year. We have used many self service dog washes across America and have never run into one this mismanaged and gross.

The pet wash was nice and gives you a good amount of time for $7.00. If you need extra time, just put an extra buck or two in for an extra four minutes for a buck. I used the deodorizer extensively to get rid of whatever odors came from my dog rolling around in today. In the winter it is heated. The dryer just does air temp air but if you put it right up to them, it has enough force to blow most of the water off them. Sure beats trying to clean them at home since it has a short leash to keep the dog at bay.

Pet wash was nice, clean and priced right. Water was warm, good since it's winter at the moment and the area is heated. Only drawback is the dryer is just strong blowing air, but not heated. Fine on short hair dogs, but really didn't dry my golden retriever. Blew most of the water off her, maybe 80 percent dry. Warm air dryer would have finished her off. Still better than nothing and I will be back, just with more towels next time.

It's a great idea. My only concern was other than on the money machine there wasn't anywhere that said minimum $7.oo. The machine only accepts 1 & 5 dollar bills. So, I had to pack up the dog (he was all setup in the tub) and go get smaller bills. But as far as I'm concerned this was my only problem! 2 ideas💡- post a sign by the door that explains no bills over a 5 taken, or maybe get a machine that takes plastic? BTW the $7 got my dog 100% clean, conditioned, flea & tick, perfumed & I had time lest over to wash down the tub!

This place used to be wonderful. Ever since they had sold out to a new company they do not take care of the pet Wash there's never no soap last time I went there was no water working it's not being cleaned or taken care of well it's too bad because it's the only one in town that you can do by yourself. I did reach out to the corporate office and I never heard back.

The none of the cleaners (shampoo, conditioner) worked, only the water and the vacuum. When I went to talk to the employee they told me I had to come back the next day to even get a refund.

Nice gas station, but better yet 75 cent vacuum cleaners. They also have a inside pet wash. If you need a place to wash your pet, this is the place

Dog wash is perfect..tub has leash attachment..is waist height making it easier to wash pet..good price for amount of time

As far as car washes go it's ok. Car wasn't completely clean, but I have yet to find one that is!
