The staff is helpful and courteous. I love the huge selection of clothing and household items. Recently I discovered a beautiful wreath for my apartment door. It was less than $4.00 but is an absolute masterpiece. I can't wait to visit again and again. 🌼😁🌼❤️

There are 2 handicapped parking spots out front. Plenty of other spots. And a little boutique inside. Clean, wide aisles. Oh BOY, the shelves are PACKED WITH TOYS, WOODEN SIGNS, GAMES, GLASSWARE, just everything! Check out my pictures. Clean bathrooms for the ladies, 3 stalls, one is a handicapped stall. We were looking for more puzzles. Very good prices, but no puzzle that we liked found.

This is my preferred good will location. Parking is decent. Store is usually clean. Decent selection of products. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is hit or miss on the friendliness. Pricing is overpriced for a thrift shop though

Goodwill of Rib Mountain is amazing! They have an excellent quantity of merch that you normally find at Goodwill stores in a large, clean, well-lit store. They also have an awesome in-store "boutique" filled with name brand, one-of-a-kind clothing. This store should definitely be on your shopping bucket list! Worth the stop!

Found cool deals however. The manager was extremely rude to her employees and left her all alone with a line of 18 people. When she came back up to help she has the biggest attitude while the poor clerk was trying her best. Maybe managers should show compassion once in a while

Please do not donate there. There is market place and nice as new. I bought my daughter a leap frog globe that didn't work. They would return it. They don't test the merch that is donated that leaves the consumers to but non working things.

A nice store in a nice location. The store is clean and well lit. They have a large selection of clothing, and many other items like books, furniture, Halloween costumes, dishes, and many other things. Friendly staff and a nicely laid out interior. The boutique is a nice touch. We always find something useful here. Stop down and see what they have in stock!

It's very clean! Smells great compared the other one. Lots of selections and great deals offered there.. paid under 25 bucks for tons of clothes!! Will be going back there instead of Schofield one!

It's my favorite place to shop. However, I will never donate my used clothing or 'round up' or anything other than shop because Goodwill is making and keeping all of the money from donations. So I'm downing my 3 ⭐ to just 2 for that fact. I did give it 3 rating before due to the fact that they have some really nice stuff at great prices.. But I'm woke now.*Update* Still my favorite place to thrift shop.

Prices are sky high for stuff that's donated to them!Stopped sizing men's jeans by waste size and now has them vaguely grouped by S, M, L.... so I need to wander through 10 waist sizes in my new bracket?!@goodwill....do better!

The staff is very nice, especially the woman at the cash register. She was very helpful and kind, even gave me a few treats for my service dog that was with me. I also got a very great deal on some board games my total came up to just less than 15.

Very nice store. Well heated, a bit packed due to Halloween this weekend. Found a few antiques worth some cash, but need to be refurbished. (1950's Bread Box, and a 1940's Hanging Recipe Box)

Extremely rude drop-off clerk. I arrived yesterday morning at the exact same moment as another customer also donating goods. That person and I courteously agreed that we could both drop off our few small items together and there was no need to compete. So we parked our cars together just outside door, and both of us proceeded to get out. A young lady working at Goodwill who appeared to be temperamental and easily overwhelmed immediately looked at me and said "Sir, get back in your car and wait your turn!" I said "There's a turn??" She says "YES - There is a line!" I looked around me and said "I see no line. This other person and I arrived simultaneously and parked next to each other. There is no reason why we both could not fit all our items into the cart and be on our way." The now-clearly irritated clerk looks at me as says loudly "GET BACK IN YOU CAR NOW!!" I was like....WOW! Just...WOW. I was very tempted to just empty my trunk onto the payment and drive away after that totally uncalled-for outburst. This is how Goodwill treats its customers?! If you don't want my free donated goods to profit from, just say so and I'll donate to another organization, never to return to Goodwill again for any reason if that's what you want. Incredibly rude staff member! That girl needs to be written up and a disciplinary critical incident placed on her record.

Well, there are some rude people working here. We drove up to drop off some donations. I got our to go into the store and the man working yelled at me to get back in my car, I was not to get out of the car while he was helping some one... I told him I was going in to shop not to unload, he yelled again. I asked if the store was open for shopping, he said yes. I asked if I could walk to the store, he yelled yes. I did have a mask on as the only sign in the area requested, no sign asking you to stay in your car... rude

Am in wheelchair...were veryhelpful BUT wish they hadsomething to put items in...not trying to keep them on my lap...dropped a nick nack butbought it anyway because Iliked it so much...was glad it was only a little break that I can glue easy...Lysol spray killsCovid says so on the label...Liked the table with little toys...Easy to pick from...hate the bagsof toys...do like the better pricesand the 99 cent choices...Didn't like how glass items arecrammed on the shelves...not stacked neatly...heavy things placed on top of delicate ones...But the store was neat...and clean....clerks very kind...

Needed to drag my man to a formal occasion and was concerned about the cost of a suit he was only going to wear once. If you need a suit jacket this place is amazing and you can't beat the price! 54' is not too easy a size to find either, but I needn't have worried. The options were plentiful. I also noticed a lot of women's blazers at excellent prices and grabbed a few for my office job. Goodwill = Good Choice

Manager was very rude they made me beg and packed my own items after spending $300 in cash they then sold me a table that they didn't even have in the store and then went and forced me to take a store credit instead of giving me my money back for an item they never gave me, that they didn't even have in store.. worst customer service experience I've had in my life

As we were pulling into the parking lot there was a women sitting outside in a wheelchair,as we were walking in a man came out of the store and made the women get out of it and walk with what look like a Broken ankle all the way through the parking lot. They have Extremely rude cashiers with attitudes.

I love Goodwill. I go there often. The story below is the only reason why i gave a low score. I went to Rib Mtn. And was attacked by the team lead for not wearing a mask. I have severe PTSD and usually unable to have my mouth covered. I always social distance. She did not give me a chance to explain. I was hurt. I called afterwards and talked to an associate and asked if masks were mandatory. She said yes. I asked if there were exceptions for medical conditions, she said no. Then she stated if you have breathing problems like asthma, you dont have to. I said "so if you have a medical condition you don't have to wear one". She said "you still have to wear one". I said "but you just said that you don't have to wear one for medical reasons". She got upset because she obviously didn't know what she was talking about. I ended up calling the HR in Appleton and talking to an associate. She was very nice and I appreciated her kindness and understanding. Overall I love Good will. I will always go back, but the in store associates need to learn bedside manner.

Although it is clean and organized, it is way too overpriced. I looked at some Winter coats that could've been a super center brand and they had a price tag of $29.99. Right now I can go to the mall and buy a new coat for that price. There was a Used Vera Bradley purse for $29.99. They need someone that knows how to price things reasonably. Those items are just going to sit there til the color off the week comes up and go half price. They might as well just price things correctly the first time. This is my second time there and I won't be back. I doubt anything will change. Goodwill is getting greedy.

Prices are good on items that are not DVDs/CDs or furniture usually. It's definitely not all junk. For the condition that most of the furniture that they sell is in, the prices are usually too steep. Almost all the time we have been here there has been noisy groups of young kids playing with the toys and trashing the aisle that they're in, but this isn't the fault of the store by any means. Overall this is just about your average Goodwill. Keep in mind that the selection of any computer or video games here will be very limited also

While in the process of checking out, my two year old had a tantrum because of a toy needing to be scanned. I tried to retrieve the toy from him and as I did, the cashier was very rude and aggressive towards him, making the situation worse. If this cashier cannot work in a place where she encounters children, then I feel she needs to find a different place for work. There is no excuse to treat a child with so much hostility.

10/19/19 7pm. Just received the WORST customer service ever. Purchased a display end table from the furniture area. Upon checking out the cashier called back to furniture for assistance with loading. The cashier at the next register turned around and said it would be 5 minutes before someone was available. That's fine. I asked where to locate a flat cart and I'll just load myself. Cashier totally ignored the request and told me to wait back in furniture and someone would come help and then load my vehicle when I drove around. Waited in furniture 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Proceeded to get my own cart and take the table outside piece by piece myself. Found I would need a tie down for the trunk or a screwdriver to disassemble a bit to make it fit. Went back inside to purchase a tie down or bungee. Not in stock. Peeked in the back room to ask for assistance since the (now only one) cashier in the front had a large line. Lady in back said she would find someone in furniture for me. Came back and said she didnt find anyone and couldn't leave the back so I would have to just wander the store myself to find a worker. Hmm... ok. Nobody in sight. Went back to the front to ask the cashier if that furniture assistance was going to come through now 30 minutes later. Briefly explained I loaded it myself but needed help tying down. She proceeded to call someone back to furniture area. Apparently she didnt hear me when I said I had already loaded everything outside myself. Explained again. She then said they have no tie downs or bungee or cord of ANY kind EITHER for sale OR in the furniture area. Hmm. Worst customer service experience ever. I'm sure if I ever saw the person who actually worked furniture it all would have worked out but casher #1, cashier #2, and back room lady were all completely dismissive and super quick to say no to even get in contact with said elusive furniture worker. Nice. Not.
