I was able to order online and it was ready for pickup before I arrived 30 minutes later. Mark in the fish department helped me pick out a new fish, and I did not even come in to get a fish. I forgot the name of the young man at the checkout, but he was very friendly as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Friendly place. They're the only one which ever has out puppies dog food instock. Usually the small bags ( which is okay ) but when we see the giant bags of puppy food we tend to buy in bulk. Overall very friendly staff and my wife loves coming here to see the puppies, kittens, and even the other animals.

No public rest rooms, supposedly due to theft, people must be canceling gerbils in body cavities I guess!! Employee had little knowledge of salt water, not too impressed may shop online or elsewhere for a better experience!

Extremely depressing haven't changed anything in like ten years cats are all caged up in little areas. Lizards and small animals are also kept in tiny areas Especially fish are way overgrouped!! No spaceFor the fishes Or the fish by themselves they're kept in a tiny bowl with a lid. extremely extremely depressing on top of all of that.All these animals don't really have any toys. Some do but there aren't good... How are you gonna say in your store on the Wall or Wherever that you care. clearly you don't.or you a change things Clearly the only thing you care about is making a profit and extorting these animals for top $!!!

As I walked in I was hit with a strong rodent odor. It really stunk. YUCK! I did find what I was looking for and then went to the check out. I couldn't figure out why she wasn't putting anything in a bag. When done I asked if I was supposed to bag it? She said they charge .10 a bag now. Guess she should have said something from the start! But nope. This store is NOT my place to go. When walking into a pet store it should be odor free and clean, and have people who aren't afraid to explain things to you at the registrar. I will stick with Petsmart! SO much better! Please feel free to loose my member information...I wont be back.

Love our store!! Staff is always super friendly, helpful, and thanlfully knowledgeable!Have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. Got a leopard gecko and a Chinese water dragon, as well as a guinea pig from them. Signed up for their Vital care program and wow! It's already saved us a bunch with our zoo of pets!

They no longer let custumers use the restrooms ,even tho you are a customer. This is so not right! What is someone Supposed to do? Sometimes when you have to go you have to go NOW. They are also charging for bags. So are they giving discounts for not usinbags....no im sure not. So i will use other pets stores from now on because at least i can use THEIR restrooms!

Petco is awesome!They have a huge selection of EVERYTHING!!! I didn’t even know so many dog foods existed until shopping at Petco.Also the grooming center here is pretty good! So far I’ve only got nail clipping services for my dog. It’s only $10 and they accept Walk-Ins.Employees are very friendly and helpful. Some of the groomers are nice but there’s a few that are a bit grouchy... I always pray my dog doesn’t get the grouchy groomers lol. The last groomer I had (in the photos) was very nice and did a great job with my tiny dog! The fluffy white/cream pup is mine!

I was worried about how my dog would look, because I had a previous bad experience at a different grooming establishment. Amy did a nice job of easing my fears and Sassy seemed happy and looked good when I picked her up. I would say it's a win for us all!

Took my dog in for a walk-in: nails, and face and fanny trim. They were very nice, worked on him right away, and gave me some good advice afterwards. The reason why they only got two stars is because they cut his genitals and didn't tell me about it. I kept wondering why he'd been licking himself since the walk-in, and finally saw the reason when I gave him a hair brushing a few days later. I wouldn't have been so upset if they'd just told me about it, and I could've called my vet right away. A discount would've been nice too. I have a full grooming appointment in a week but I've canceled it and won't be returning.

I purchase my dogs food & treats here, but also spend a TON of money on leashes, collars, dog clothes, accessories. I bought a harness for my sons dog, and sent it to Colorado. They had just moved, and their mail was not coming to new apt due to a post office error. When he finally got it, he realized it would never fit his dog, so he mailed it back to me. It arrived when my husband & were on vacation so by the time I went to teturn it, I was told "sorry, its 2 days past the 30 days." Mind you, it was never used, tags were still attached, and I had my receipt. I asked for a Manager, and the young lady said "Sorry, I will get fired if I return it."Are you kidding me?????? I showed her my bag of receipts showing the almost $1000 myself & daughter have spent in the past 6 months, and asked if she could make an exception or a store credit. Again I was told, there's no way to return it, the Company will fire me immediately if I do." Honestly, if this is the way you run your company and train your Customer Service staff to conduct business, you shouldn't be in business!!!!! That harness would have sold in days, and you wouldn't have lost a penny!!! Very disappointed!!!

I brought my three Dalmatians to get groomed today and Amanda H was amazing! She gave them mini make Rovers. I will be coming here to get them groomed from now on. Extremely satisfied with her professionalism as well as her love for pets as I can tell by how patient she was with my three babies.

Unable to find Science Diet Hairball but I did find a food that might be ok. Science Diet Multiple Benefit. The cats seem to like it. It is pricey, then the checkout person tried to get me to sign up for $20.00/ month to keep the price down. I'm not doing that. I'll switch foods before I pay that much for my cat food.

I go to Pet Smart first then if I feel they are a little to proud of what I need then I'll go to Petco. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. They have just as much supplies and a good selection of animals and critters.
