They did a great job on Lani and a really reasonable price. They even had an earlier cancellation and they wanted to know if I wanted to go in earlier. I also was running late to pick her up and they waited for me. Great groomer.

This is a great groomer! Finding a groomer you can trust and does what you like is difficult when you live in one place, but we travel frequently and it is a living nightmare! We have two Bolognese dogs, they are all white very curly hair dogs and since we have pets - not show dogs - they get dirty! We do our best to care for them but we use a groomer about every 6 weeks. And, one of our dogs is so high strung, she usually gets very upset when she goes to a new groomer and requires medication, not this time! The Muttley Crew got us in, took half the time and did everything we asked without a hiccup! We highly recommend them and will definitely return (and we are more than happy to drive the two hours to reach them)!

We took our 10 week old long haired rabbit in to get the Mats out. They were very compassionate to our bunny so they did not stress him out. In an hour they were done and all mats were out. He was just fine .So thankful for their compassion. We will be back for his next haircut.

This was my dog’s first grooming experience and it was perfect! It’s a small private place that smells good and is quiet/calm. I was able to get my dog in quickly and when I picked him up he looked perfect and was playing around. The groomer kept his hair naturally long but cleaned him up with a good trim which is exactly what I requested. We will be going back!

My husband and I took our two year old lab mix here today for her first professional nail trim. Our dog is extremely anxious and very resistant to anyone touching her paws or nails. We were nervous about taking her somewhere but knew it had to be done. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Muttley Crew! The owner was so patient with how our dog responded, and in the end, she was able to get all of her nails trimmed with our dog actually allowing her to do it and not fighting it. She was so professional and kind to us and our dog and we can’t say enough good things about this place! We will absolutely be back!

Had our third visit at Muttley Crew today. Happy with the haircut our “Mutt” received, not to mention he smells delicious. The business is always neat and clean, and smells great. Staff is friendly, and our pup goes in for his visits very willingly. Our wishes have always been listened to. A+

Took my 3 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel here for her first grooming. Not only was the facility clean and quiet; the prices were very reasonable and the groomer was so patient and calm. The visit was enjoyable and very low stress for the puppy. I would highly recommend this groomer.

Cannot speak highly enough of Carrie and the Muttley Crew staff. My little Morkie is incredibly anxious and she actually doesn’t hate getting her hair cut when we go to the Muttley Crew. Carrie is so patient and I can tell she really loves her job and cares for my dog as if it were her own. Her haircut always looks perfect.

Let me start by saying, this is the first review i've ever posted in my life... I'm so impressed with the Muttley Crew, i decided i needed to share my experience! I took my sweet little Westie, Jules, to "Muttley Crew" for the first time in Sept. She was shy and timid at first, but the groomers quickly put her at ease. When I went to pick her up, she was at the dog training school, attached next door, and was having so much fun playing with the other dogs, I had a hard time getting her to leave. The place was decorated adorably and was very clean and smelled good. The grooming was done very well and is affordable. They even made a little video of her and took pictures while she was getting groomed that was shared with me upon pickup. You can tell they truely love animals there and I know that my "Jules" was in good hands. I just made our second appointment, and plan on making "Muttley Crew" our permanent groomers!

This business falsly advertises they groom cats. They do NOT groom cats. Both my cats have been groomed regularly since they were kittens. They offered to do a “waterless bath” which defeats the point of going to a groomer. If I wanted to do a waterless bath I can do that myself at home. Looks like I will be driving 3 hours back to Milwaukee to get my cats groomed and bathed properly. BBB and every other consumer agency will be hearing from me also. I would give a zero if I could.UPDATE: This groomer claims cats do not need to be bathed regularly. This is not true. Cats, especially pure bred cats, should have a bath WITH WATER at least once every year. Some cats need a “real bath” more than this. This right here should tell you all you need to know about this groomer.
