I bought a small clock for my moms apartment. It worked for 1 day so I took it back to the store. I was told by a very rude girl that they could not exchange it. She said it worked when you bought it so I can’t exchange it. I asked her why they don’t stand behind the products they sell. She did offer to sell me another one. Terrible customer service!!! The entire time I was talking to the girl she was sitting on a stool with her feet up on the counter. Thanks goodness Hobby Lobby is right next door.

Item's were said to be on sale, and yet I still had to pay full-price for the items.Also why are their only 3 employees working, and when someone needs help. You have to ask other customers where thing's are.

Just picked up what my lovely daughter bought for me. She framed my John Lennon canvas poster. One l bought some 30 years ago!!! The frame we finally decided to go with looks marvelous and the silver spacer the new employee recommended makes it all the much better!!!

Great inventory. The Rib Mountain store is always well stocked and the staff is always friendly. When grandkids are visiting its always a good place to go for great ideas for things to do.

I was happy I found the item I was looking for and was happy with the price. Going through the checkouts was an experience to say the least! The cashier told me to go ahead and enter my email on the keypad. I said I’m not a member. She said, “Let’s go ahead and get you signed up.” I told her that I didn’t want to sign up. She then told me it only takes a minute, just enter my email. I told her again I didn’t want to sign up. Then she didn’t say another word, set my receipt down on the counter, no thank you or anything. She did the same thing to the customer in front of me and didn’t even put her items in a bag! Awful service!

Just about anything you would need that is craft related. Prices are reasonable and the staff seems pretty knowledgeable when asked about a specific item. Overall a good place.

Placed an order, got a notification saying that it was already picked up. They have a moronic self pick up area and someone stole my item. Had to make a special trip there to do the refund because they wouldn’t help over the phone. Awful experience.

Love the store but man, the team members really need another round of customer service training before answering the phones. Every time I have called I've either been put on hold until someone hangs up, or they just hang up. Asking how late you're open on a holiday isn't grounds for hanging up, even if it is a "stupid question". Hang up next time before talking down to someone

Had everything I need and an amazing sale going on with 20% off most everything, plus the shadow boxes that I needed where are buy one get two free so I paid $34.99 for one and got two more free with that. Who can complain about that?!Update 9/1/2023: my five star rating stands, but I will say I am a little disappointed that all of the craft stores have extremely limited baking and decorating supplies now a days. So this is nothing I hold against Michaels themselves. It just seems to be a change happening everywhere.

There was nothing wrong with the store, but nothing that really made it stand out wither. Asked if there were twisty ties, someone said no but then I looked it up in my car and they had them, so I had to go back in. They now know there are twist ties there, and the guy was very friendly. Overall good expirience, I'll be back.

Found what I was looking for. There was plenty of things I wanted, but some prices have gone up, impeding more purchases. The sales lady was helpful and way friendly. The store and the whole Michael's chain should take note and appreciate that person. Awesome enthusiasm and love of her job and her store! I know they know where to find her because the store even emailed me, a copy of my store receipt with a thank you (it had all data of everything involved with my purchase). Very thorough!

This store is always full of the supplies I need to craft and keep myself entertained. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the items they sell. I highly recommend Michaels for you one stop craft shop and leave with a smile knowing you found what you were looking for.

Overall Michaels gets a D as a grading score. First time ever going into one and I was disappointed...they didn't carry the supplies I was looking for while their competitors next door had some variety. The prices were also insane...over $21 for a set of washi tape! They're competitors have better prices. Michaels seriously needs to step up their game...At least Joann's Fabrics and Hobby Lobby had more variety in terms of supplies and their prices were better. So thumbs down for Michaels!

First time there. Went to pick up a website order. Said to meet at framing counter. Woman at framing counter was not friendly at all. She directed me to a different spot to pick up my order. Went to registers where two workers were on the only open register attempting to help another customer. Took about 10 minutes before someone offered to help me at a different register... To find out she didn't know how to do a pick up order. Got back in line to be assisted at the other register. Another 10 minutes to be assisted by another less than friendly cashier... Left the store thinking "Well I won't be coming back here!". Many other craft stores in town that are FAR more inviting and friendly...

Good selection, but we waited in line for a long time. When a second cashier came to help, she took whoever scurried over from the end of the line and people who were just walking up - NOT those who had been waiting in line over 10 minutes already. A little pricey, but they have good deals in the budget bins.

What a hassle. If the associate listened to me in the first place they would have understood what I was asking and needing. Joanns is usually my go to....for a reason...
