My experience recently, at this store was pleasant. Prices (pet products) are more reasonable than expected. I only shopped the dog section.4 stars because there's always room for improvement, especially customer service.I was glad to see the items my dogs enjoy the most, the tracheas (among all of the other 'natural' treats) and a couple of other treats they like.

Finally found a place where they sell grass seed in bulk! No more wondering what's in those retail seed bags at the stores! Unusual items for your garden. Good bird-related selections which tend to be higher priced, but you might find unique products.

They're always quick in processing my online order for dog food. Their price is better than another business in the area that carries the same brand. In store customer service is average, nothing exceptional. I think they're experiencing staffing issues??

Update: file claims with the state and the IRS -scammers own and operate this store. don't shop here! They will rob you blind with false prices and over taxing. *****Shopped at your store today, you clearly stated duck hearts .59 each when I checked out you attempted to charge me 2.64 for 2, so I passed then I bought a cat toy was tagged 3.39 was charge .49 tax on that item. I don't know what kind of scam you run there but I'll be filing a report with the IRS sales tax in Wisconsin is 5.5% also falsely advertising a price then charge more is illegal. Oh yeah and the kids you have running the store clearly do not want anything to do with it because when I pointed out YOUR PRICE TAG, I received the most cold disrespectful customer service by the male working. We had a very shocking experience recently and will not be going back here. The young man who works here did not handle a certain situation in a appropriate or professional way! We have been loyal customers for 10+ years, but they obviously don't care about that. We will definitely not be going back to this place.

Duck hearts for dogs posted at .59 each. Girl behind the counter was dumbfounded when she advised us 2 would be around $2.50 & we literally showed her the sign (.59 each)... male coworker butted into conversation stating it was determined by the pound, give or take. 1) I wasnt talking to you, and 2) .59 each is pretty clear to me. Stop this type of advertising, as it's false and/or train the young people how to input individual prices, if tags indicate 'each'. So, the each price would've been $1.18 compared to the pound pricing when weighed at $2.50+. Is this how you scam customers or is your staff not properly trained? Needless to say, I was not going to argue with 2 young kids and I left your duck hearts on the counter. Thanks.

Poor customer service. I asked the 3 personnel standing by cash register (2 of which were looking at their cell phones) when more horse paste would be arriving. The male said, "no idea."I stopped by today and purchased Ivermectin 1.87% Horse Paste. Unlike the previous review, the staff was friendly and professional.Would it be possible to be notified when/if Ivermectin 1% injectable solution for cows and swine becomes available? I can order online from a big corporate company, but would rather support your local business.

As usual I wasn't disappointed with the excellent service that I received at Marathon Town and Country! I hadn't been there for a while because I hadn't been in need of grain for a long time and when I had to start using it again because I now have 3 senior horses (a 26 yr old Registered Appendix Qtr/Thoroughbred, a 22 yr old Registered Qtr horse mare, and my 22 yr old Registered Qtr horse Stallion) who all have missing and/or worn teeth. I actually went to Marathon Feed in Marathon, Wi not even thinking that they were different.I'd been pumping grain, supplements, and alfalfa pellets along with all the hay they wanted to no avail. I just could not get or keep weight on them. UNTIL I was out of grain and drove past Marathon Town and Country and I thought I would stop. I spoke with the girls there and they recommended the Tribute Senior Sport which also has prebiotics and probiotics and the Hay Extender. They also told me about a special Reward Program that they are running if you spend so much on qualifying products you get a $10 reward to use on future purchases.So a Win Win 🤗👍😃😀 My horses absolutely DEVOUR the Tribute/Extender! My vet was out about 2 weeks after I switched and couldn't believe the difference in the horses! The 26 yr old was almost back to her normal weight, the 22 yr old had put on about 175 lbs (the vet said she was back to her sassy self! Lol), and my stallion though still about 200 lbs under weight (Ive since found out his problem is he somehow split his lower front outside tooth in half leaving a splinter of the tooth)was gaining weight quickly also and his eyes are nice and bright again.ALL thanks to the wonderful staff at Marathon Town and Country! They know their stuff! The only negative I have is years ago they used to carry more horse things and I understand it to a point with Fleet Farm right there however I think they still could stock more unique horse gifty items. Plus there are things that Fleet Farm doesn't carry that they could but I still think they are terrific!!!!

Dog friendly, must be leashed. Best selection of dog & cat food (including grain free), samples upon request provided they have them. Love shopping here almost as much as our dogs, lol.

Very disappointed spent over 200.00 pre paid then it came in later than they said and told us price went up and charged us more they brought out to truck but wouldnt help load just stood and lookdd at us and a when we were walking in to check on order a week ago as they said it would be in in three days and we wern't even in door and screamed get a mask on ....dont need to be treated like this was going to buy other stuff but we will shop some where else....very poor customer service
