The store was clean, laid out well and had an ok selection. I was a little put off by the conversation being had between an older employee (guessing she was a manager of some level) and one of the cashiers. They were discussing schedules and available hours, the way the conversation was heading it should have been off the sales floor away from guests and other employees.

I shop here specifically for the meat. The department is well kept and the gentleman working the department is attentive and customer engaging. I have had conversations with him on several occasions. During my last visit he kindly shared a few recipes. The meat is of good quality at fair prices. I often stock up on what's for sale that week.

Its hard not yo like this place, it has that Old Time corner store feeling I remember from the '60s and '70s. Today's big box "just get as much on the shelves to sell as fast as possible" stores are horrible, this is a welcome sigh of relief. Sure you're going to pay a couple a penny's more for some items but sometimes it feels good just to be able to breathe and have the store employees seem happy that you're there.Pick up some of their peanut bars from the bakery, they are the best in the area

The store is always clean, and well stocked. The prices are a little high, but it's convenient for me. Their meats are wonderful. Better prices on meat than many other stores. I love that they make their own crab salad, and many other things. Although they can't have some prices as cheap as big grocery stores, the people that work there are very down to earth, helpful, and genuinely nice.

Nice place to grocery shop. Easy in and out from two different streets that have stop lights. Evening the parking lot is well lit. The store is nicely organized as and is neat and clean. The clerks are nice and friendly and efficient. And they have a lot of nice specials. What more could you ask for

I'm all for not working but when your a cashier and manager and stand there when a customer is ready to check out and then not give me my coupon because you're rushing me out to get back to gossiping with your co workers. Maybe watch the door less and watch the check out lane pretty pathetic because this was not the young crew you have but instead the old ladies

Average grocery store, this day the cuts of beef were not cut evenly, sub par. Decent hot bar. Rotisserie chicken is great, fried chicken is great. Very nice and helpful staff

I don't normally stop at this one. Usually it's the Wausau Ave one. I love the Lamb 's prepared bologna salad. It's hard to find and when the one on Wausau Ave didn't have any I stopped here. They did!Friendly and helpful staff.

I usually love going to shop at lambs. But we went to get donuts this morning and nothing was put in the right place. Really had to watch what you were getting. Disappointed in that they cost $1.50 now. That’s way to much for a donut. And I was supposed to get a lemon filled and hardly had any filling. Looks like we will be finding another place to go get our Sunday morning donuts

They had every thing I needed. The store was clean, the employees were nice/helpful. The best part is that they actually employee enough people for there to be no line checking out and an additional person bagging groceries at each lane. That's something a lot of bigger chain stores don't do.

I was kind of bummed when I heard that IGA in Rib Mountain was closing. But Lamb's is now my favorite grocery. They are carrying more locally grown/raised products (like eggs from Edgar), the selection is better (they carry my favorite tea now), the store is cleaner and brighter. Most of all the staff is genuine and friendly.Check out area has been remodeled last winter. And new flooring throughout. These are welcome updates.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Pricing was what is expected for a smaller local store. Selection was good and checkout was fast and smooth. Great place to stop if you need a few items but not a "big grocery shop" as you would find lower pricing at a chain store.

I like the local store, very much. Not a lot of running around like in Walmart. But they don't put enough on sale like the old manager Jason did. I have shopped there for over 30 years. They can make more and sell more if more things are on sale. Plus a lot of empty shelves. If things don't change I fear the store will be gone in two years.

Stocks Angelo's frozen pizzas (local and best pizza Wausau ever offered...thanks to the Volpe family), ox tails, beef heart, natural casing sausages, Thick cut, boneless ribeyes with super marbelling. Nice looking prok roasts and beef roasts. Your fish fry dreams can come true, if you are inclined to cook at home. Air fryer-heads can get breaded haddock or cod. I was very reluctant...but I have changed me mind.

Everyone who works here is really nice. Since the grand reopening, the produce section looks really great. The store is super clean and parking is convenient, and the aisles are well-spaced. What makes this store stand out however is the checkout staff.

Lam's Market is one of the best in Wausau. Great food great service plate employees. I highly recommend lamb is Market to everyone. Warehouse Market you are the best

Surprisingly Good. .when they took over some of the items were way too high.....so stopped going there.. today I stopped looking for one item McIntosh apples. And it was a good price... .was to 3 other stores in the last week .and no one had any..I like to eat McIntosh. And also use for apple crisp..so I shopped today to check and got a few other things .. ending up buy $30.00 worth of groceries..when only went to get apples... I will continue to shop there..again.

Great little grocery store. Staff is very friendly. It is a great convenience vs. The bigger grocery stores and they have most of the common items. We will go again.

Love their produce, meat, seafood deli and bakery section. They have a wide variety to choose from you pay more for what you get but they have some great sales. Choices you won’t find anywhere else.

Disappointed! Deli hot counter closes at 7:00 pm, I arrived at 6:20 and asked about ordering a fish fry. The server said "we are all out except a few pieces of baked fish." He just stood there looking at me and I knew he had no intention of saying I'll put some down for you. He didn't even say we have no fish to fry. They were already cleaning the fryer area. If you are open until 7:00 pm that means 7:00 pm to the customer. I worked at KFC in high school, when they still had fish dinners, our boss would make us put down a fish fry if it was five minutes before closing. Ended up with chicken and it was good, but still disappointed!
