I've always liked using this quick trip for it.Always has food on the hotspot.Coffee station is always clean, and the customer service is always spot on.I will go out of my way to stop at this gas station.It is always nice that when you go somewhere, you know they will have you covered. whether you need milk, eggs, bacon, pork chops, bakery goods, or gas.Or if you're in need of a cold or hot beverage, you can find it here.

Keng in food preparation was very kind and helpful. At the time of my visit my favorite sandwich was not available. King offered me a free soda or coffee to compensate. He then helped me find a particular donut that I did not see displayed. Thank you Keng.

Favorite haunt while going to the tech College. Friendly staff. Good location. Product selection is usually stocked well. Bathrooms are usually clean. Decent parking. Never a bad experience here

I stopped here on the drive from northern Wisconsin back to the Chicago area. The Coronavirus was still lingering so dining options were limited, especially late at night. I have two very picky sons, 5 and 7 years of age. I came for the gas, and we left with some food. Thankfully, Kwik Trip keeps a healthy stock of unhealthy food offerings that were warm and waiting to be eaten. They were decently priced and even my two little dudes filled up on the cheese sticks and chicken wrap. Sure, it’s not some steak-house quality food, but it’s what you’d expect from a gas station and we were thankful to have it. Chocolate milk, water, fountain soda and my ultimate favorite Rural Route One cheese popcorn were all offered. The staff was friendly and didn’t mind my loud and tired rascals. The bathroom was clean too. Oh yea, and we did get some gas! The one huge complaint I have, is that my scratch off lottery tickets were not winners. So, I will just assume there will be a bag of cash waiting for me when I get home. Thanks Kwik Trip for making my not so quick trip a little less stressful.

I ordered some boneless Buffalo wings for my lunch at work for mobile order pickup, the email said it would be ready at 7:02. I got to the store right at 7 but I waited until 7:12 to bring it to an associate because I was thinking they were running behind as their hotspot was low on food, went up to the registers to see how long it would be. The associate went into the kitchen, came back and said “no one took the order back to the kitchen, is there anything I can get you instead”? Why does someone have to walk an order back to the kitchen? Why can’t the kitchen have its own printer for food? Why did the associate even walk back to the kitchen if he knew that the order hadn’t been taken back? I am NOT happy with my experience and I have worked in customer service and know that mistakes happen, however something like this isn’t acceptable and should get fixed right away. What’s really sad is this kwik trip is close to my house and the only one near me unless I want to drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to another one, this isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by this store and sadly I know it won’t be the last.

Worst Kwik Trip we have ever been to!!!!!!! Employees acting burdened to have customers in store. Walked in front of you, talking to each other over customers, never said the total, asked about rewards card, and did not give me a receipt when I asked for one.

Today I went in to fill up with gas and get a box of wine. I live in Iowa, and without even scanning my ID first, the guy at the checkout insisted that my ID is fake. He said it’s “too bendy”, even after telling him it’s my real ID several times.When I said he could call someone to validate it, he rolled his eyes, scanned my ID, and said, “we might not take this in the future, just so you know”. Am I supposed to bring this up with the state of Iowa??Please find a better way to validate ID’s than just trusting the person looking at it.

Bathrooms were not clean. I didn't even want to use them. I decided to go to McDonald's across the street. Every garbage can outside was completely full. Very disappointed as Kwik trips are usually my go to gas station. Not this one!

I stopped by for an energy drink on my way up north on memorial day weekend and when I got to the checkout I forgot my wallet. The cashier, I believe her name was Rae, saw that I was distraught and offered to buy my drink. I still had to stop back home for my wallet but this saved me time because I could take a different route. It was a great start to the weekend. Furthermore, she was clean cut and appeared happy to be there despite the holiday weekend. All-star employee in my book!

I would like to thank Kaden and Josh at 322 for helping me the night my car broke down. They provided me with a free soda and help with my car troubles, they even offered to call a cab for me. I will never forget the kindness they have shown me, thank you 322!

Wish they'd order and stock more of the 3 Quart Nature's Touch water jugs. It's constantly completely sold out yet it seems like there's no effort being made to order and stock it to keep with demand. It's frustrating that I always have go to other stores to get this item.

Everytime I come here it is busy but yet they are always under staffed and have no hustle to them. I dont know how they dont realize that 1 to 2 people checking customers out isnt enough. I expect quick service like every other kwik trip. No one want to stand in a line of ten people . Especially when there are so many other kwik trips in town who will give you much faster service. Avoid this place if you are at all on a time constraint.

Great store, friendly staff especially Rachel, who is also about the prettiest girl I've seen. I'd like to ask her out but the store is always so busy. Super friendly staff and helpful.

I have paid $15 in Neillsville for the $11 car wash here. Buy gas and get a dollar discount on a wash. $0.29 per pound bananas. Good coffee. CHEAPEST fuel prices in Wasau! ! !

Clean, friendly, reasonable prices on milk, bread and vegetables. Car wash does ex ellent job also and choice of soft touch or touch free.
