Jason was very helpful from selecting appliances, scheduling delivery (changed multiple times), submitting/receiving rebates, and resolving issues. I have changed my mind multiple times because dimensions have changed with the builder of my house. Ann has been amazing and understanding and goes out of her way if I have to change my order and helps me pick something else out. We bought all of our appliances from Furniture & Appliance Mart and I got the absolute best service. We built our forever retirement home and wanted to put in higher end appliances. Our sales person, Anne Greenwood, guided us through our selection of a lot of appliances during the craziness of Covid. We had a warranty claim after installation and she was on top of it making sure things were taken care of properly. We appreciate the professionalism and the guidance from Anne and are extremely happy with the final outcome.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store! All of the employees are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you pick out the perfect pieces for your home and educate you on the differences between items. I highly recommend chatting with Harley if you’re looking to find room decor or mattresses, she went above and beyond helping us find the right mattress for our personal comfort needs and made sure to answer any questions we had. Amazing store and staff! I look forward to coming back.

Harley was FABULOUS!!!!! I have never had a more personable and friendly sales assistant. She always had a smile on her face and she spent a lot of time with us showing us many different models and styles. She went the extra mile to give us several discounts, she checked various stores for availability etc. She is an asset to your store. You don’t want to lose her. She deserves a bonus or raise for how Fabulous she was with us. We will definitely be coming back and working with Harley. She is top notch!!!!!

Everyone was very nice BUT my order got messed up 3 times and i ended up with exactly what I said I didn't want and was told I could exchange it for a fee when the error was not mine. I never got follow up calls. I bought full bedroom and living room set! It was a series of errors: once a damaged bed foundation which wad not the style I ordered, then finally a perfect foundation But not what I ordered, it was too high. So disappointed after spending several thousand dollars.

We purchased a leather flexsteel couch and loveseat in February 2024 from the Wausau store. The 2 items were delivered separately as one piece was not available at that time. The salesperson never mentioned a 3 day return policy. The couch was delivered and we noticed that there was a “dent” in the leather on the reclining footrest area along with the leather looking very old and wrinkled in the middle section. We thought it was just from delivery and being in the truck with other furniture pushing against it. There were no tags on the couch. When the love seat was delivered there was a tag on it. We contacted the service department and expressed our complete dissatisfaction and disappointment. She explained that since it is past the 3 day return period they will have someone replace the skins on the foot areas. This is $3000 plus couch and I feel that I should be replaced as it is under 30 days that I had it. (The production date on the couch is 2021 therefore actually 3 years old). When talking to the service department I asked to speak to a manager but she said they don’t have a manager. She asked if I wanted to speak to someone else and I said yes, but yet to receive a call. When the service department seen the photos they said they had no idea why it looked the way it does. I am guessing that the couch was in another home at some point and returned for the same reason but then sold to us. We feel that furniture and appliancemart should stand behind the products they sell and follow through with customer service. This is very disappointing.

Update: We received the furniture not long after this post. Possibly coincidence, I’m not sure. The time we waited was a bummer. I just have to be more mindful of timeframes as we continue to update our furniture in the near future. Looking forward we are glad it’s finally here. It’s great quality, comfy, and cozy.Purchased furniture over Black Friday weekend (November 2023). We purchased 2 couches and an ottoman. The one couch was on clearance, so we came back to grab it the following week; and the Ottoman arrived a month later.We are still…. waiting on our second couch (reclining loveseat) and it’s the middle of February 2024. Day of purchase their estimate for arrival was the beginning of January - the latest. I’m pretty patient, but this is a bit of a stretch. If you’re looking for new furniture be prepared you may be waiting 3 months or more before you receive it. So far furniture seems like great quality otherwise. We just may have chose a different store if we had known it would be this long of a wait.

There are so many options for appliances as well as furniture. It's a little pricey, but if you need that extra feature or unique look, it's worth it.I was a little disappointed that I was not greeted at the door, which is what they pride themselves in and left to venture on my own. good thing I know the store very well and I knew exactly where I was going.I ended up giving it four stars because the Sales woman bella was very professional when she did come up to see if I needed anything.Good thing she did because I ended up buying my couch. She also took the time to research different color options for me.They are going through a remodel , but it is still very easy to get through the store.I want to give a shout-out to the sales person again.For showing two customer service.

I got to choose from many different kinds of mattresses. Personally I don't like being watched while trying out beds so David was kind enough to step away and allow me to try a few different beds and in the end, chose a bed I really liked. Prices are fair for the most part. Just kinda sucks that you pay at least 750 for a new mattress

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had a set in mind, and she was able to show me the set (after a terrible explanation by me). We emailed back and forth and then we were able to purchase it later in the week. Financing was super easy as well! One minor hiccup with delivery, but it all worked out in the end. Will definitely be working with Furniture and appliance mart again when needed!

Went in looking for a console table. Browsed the entire store. Nice looking stuff and helpful staff. We found the exact same console table on Amazon for around 1/2 the price, and it was even tagged as an Ashley product.3 stars only because the guy who helped us was nice. Overall, it was expensive and disappointing for what we were looking for.

Sales is friendly and helpful, however, this company does not employ enough people/resources to service appliances in a timely manner. Expect your brand new shiny appliances not to last much more than a few years, then have to wait 4 weeks for a service appt, 2 weeks for parts to come in (main dishwasher and oven electrical/brain boards!) and then 4 more weeks for another service appt. Terribly inconvenient. Beware of the brand LG. The black stainless looks nice but extremely difficult to keep clean and now apparently won’t last you even 5 years…
