I visited Dunham's for some Black Friday deals, and it turned out to offer some of the most substantial sales, in my view. Almost their entire inventory seemed to be on sale, all at reasonable prices. The attentive staff greeted us multiple times, offering assistance throughout our visit. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and managed to snag a few fantastic items!

Friendly staff and helpful. I was looking for a kayak. They let me sit in different kayaks to try to find one I was happy with. I found an two I was happy with. Unfortunately when I returned a week later they were no longer in stock.I will come here first for my sporting needs because of the level of service I was provided.

Terrible return/exchange policy. Received a Christmas gift that was the wrong size. I did not have the receipt. I just wanted an even exchange. Instead of doing an even exchange, they would return the item at the lowest price sold in the last 30 days and sell the right size to me at a higher price. Crazy policy!To make matters worse, my wife paid the difference. We drove back to home to Chicago (of course no Dunhams anywhere nearby) and find they did not remove the security tag. Incredible!

This was my last chance finding much-needed gear for my upcoming camping trip. Of course I was in a hurry, but ran into a lady named Maureen in the store who so friendly and a tremendous help. She even found a specific sleeping pad which was 3 aisles away from where it was supposed to be. The exact one I had searched online for that nobody in the area had. She is very efficient and help several other people while I was there. I told her if I owned the store she would get a raise.

Their prices are great!!!! Most things are a lot cheaper than at other stores!!! I got a pair of Itasca boots that I have been wanting for 2 years and they were $50 compared to other stores that wanted $150 for the exact same boots!!! Was very happy!!!!!

Not impressed with their knowledge of firearms at all. Didn't even know if or how they can order one from the warehouse.

Found some really good deals, spent more than I planned on. Couldn't pass on some of the sales. Probably go back and start some Xmas shopping in July, should of just listened to my head and did it.

With the help of a nice young man named Cole who works at the Dunham's Rib Mtn Store. I purchased a complete golf set for my son's graduation present. Cole was a great help with the selection and purchase of the golf clubs. My son loved the clubs and played well that night. Thank you Cole for your help and great customer service.

Went in looking for a kayak rack, and was really shocked by how run down this location is. I saw stains and tile completely gross looking. Would not return even if it’s just to look around

Walked in, found what I was looking for within 5 mins, employee came up to me and asked what I needed, told him, he went and got it from the back, took it to the register and then out to my car for me. Super nice, quick and easy trip
