While I do enjoy the occasional treat of a box of cookies from. Crumbl, I have an issue with paying an automatic tip plus a $10 delivery fee to have my cookies dropped on my door mat that has all the winter stuff and beginning of spring bugs and dirt on it ! No ringing of my doorbell or letting me know that they are here. Not sure if they are worth the price of delivery.

Sever was VERY RUDE. We explained that I tried keyboard to order and did not understand how to use it I wanted one cookie of four kinds. She stated this is what you ordered! And turned the screen to show me . I explained again I didn’t understand the screen and thought I put 1 each . I asked could I please get the other one I wanted and I would pay for it. Was willing to pay for 5. She throws the cookie I wanted in the box and throws the box on the counter and stomps away. I asked how much so I could pay and she didn’t answer. Finally someone answered it’s free for mixing up the order! Rude service

Saturday night my kids wanted to try your cookies so we went out for a treat at 715 pm. We got to your store and no one was there. No signs up. Just a closed store. No lights on and your hours read that your suppose to be open. So what was suppose to be a treat for my daughters turned out to be a disappointment.

I never write reviews, but this visit warranted a review so the workers know what they can do better to give good customer service. On Wednesday, December 27th at 5:00 pm my husband and I came in to order some cookies. We paid at the kiosk and patiently waited for our cookies. While waiting, one worker tossed a box of cookies on the counter and said “Mindy”. We are the only ones in the store, and neither of us are Mindy. About 3 minutes pass and still no cookies. One lady asked if we were placing an order and we said we did for “Chuck” and she said “there was no order placed, there’s no Chuck here”. I said I received the receipt and she walked out of the room. We looked in the box and it was our order. So we said this must be it, so we took the order but all 5 employees standing there didn’t say a thing. The feeling of being dismissed by someone who was so rude by leaving the room, rather than making sure the customer had their order correct, was really uncalled for and threw us off guard. Please always be kind.

The cookies were great as usual but sad we didn’t get the 2 Crumbl waters we ordered. Somehow there was a miscommunication between Crumbl and DoorDash.. ugh. They gave me a refund but feel like that shouldn’t have happened. Hopefully Crumbl and DoorDash communicate better in the future

We have bought cookies from the Rib Mountain location every week since they opened. I have already received 1 $10 grift card and am half way to another. The last 2 weeks the cookies seems to be under baked, but this week. They are definitely under baked. I called the store just to let them know the young lady who answered they phone was not very pleasant, rude, when I explained that the cookies seem raw. There was no apology just a “Come back and I will refund them”. We were not looking for a refund just wanted to let the store know.

Went through the crumbl drive thru and got four cookies! I love the semi sweet chocolate cookie the most. I thought when I went that I would just be coming the one time, but I think you have a regular now 😂

Cookies are good but curbside pickup is none existing. I let them know I was there through their app, and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the cookies to come out. I just watch four cars go in and get cookies and walk back out before I went in to get mine, and they still didn't have them in a box yet.

Had an issue with our order on Sept 27. We had a mobile order we picked up curbside. The girl from the store brought out the order and never showed it to me & never told us they were out of pretty much every cookie there. Drive home (35 miles) & opened up the box to find out our order was wrong. Called the store & supposedly spoke with a manager- she couldn't find our order even after I gave our order #. She told me their mobile ordering hasn't been working correctly and wasn't telling customers when they were out of cookies. Told me she'd try to find the order & call me Thursday (today). No one returned my call today- so I called them again. This time their system was working but the manager I spoke with today said there was nothing she could do for me because the issue occurred yesterday. I asked to speak with a supervisor- I was told she was the only person working. I asked to speak with the owner- she refused to give me their contact info & said if I left a message they would not return my call. I asked her for her name & she wouldn't give it to me. She then told me there's nothing she can do for me & hung up.VERY poor customer service! Wouldn't even give 1 full star- but that's the lowest I can give.Well still haven't heard anything back over a week from the owner. I went to the online contact and left my phone # and nothing. Im thinking they don't care about customers.
