The employees are very nice, I've never had an issue with anyone working here. The pharmacy hours are extremely rough though. I work during the entirety of their hours and with no weekend hours it means that I can only feasibly pick up my RXs two days during the week. I've started using the Beaver Dam Walgreens for convenience.Their stock is somewhat limited and certain things are far more costly than if you just went to Walmart instead. This is a really good place to get vitamins and lotion though. They tend to have a lot of deals. I've gone here probably five times over the last six months and every time I've gone there's been a buy one get one deal on the vitamins.I really like their rewards program as well. The paperless receipts is great. I think the only real way that this place can improve in my eyes would be to have 1-2 self checkouts. Their employees tend to be pretty slow at checking out and bagging compared to other stores.

My daughter &I came into the Waupun,WI location on 5/4/23 checked out at 5:12pm. I was a daily to take the survey wanted to compliment a worker named Caitlyn who came to photo to help us with a last minute picture My daughter needed to make a gift for her friend that was graduating nursing school. She was very helpful and friendly. She was quick to help us and we made it on time to the ceremony as we were running late and scared we weren't going to be there on time. Thank you so much Caitlyn!

Tabitha said I had no med refills when in reality I did. I’m glad it wasn’t life or death this time. Then made me wait after I was told it was ready. They also said if I couldn’t get it at 8 they would contact me. They never did. Go the CVS.

I am a truck driver and needed a Covid Test done, camed to this location and asked if i can get 1 done. The lady from Drive through Testing was looking to me like an alien. My message to her is to wake upand look arround, she will find out that we live on Earth and life is not by appointment.

Drove a half hour to pick my my Rx and the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I had missed it by 1 minute and they would not reopen. The pharmacy tech I saw walking out was extremely rude to me as well. I had to sit in my car a wait another half hour just to be able to pick it up. If this wasn't the closest Walgreens to me I would never come here again.

Worst hours ever; who takes lunch from 1:30 to 2:00? It’s not just the hours I’ve waited in the drive through for almost an hour in the past. My wife keeps asking me why I get my prescriptions filled there and I honestly don’t know. Just an overall garbage experience

Nicole in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing!!!!!! She recognizes people by name. Super helpful and goes out of her way to help people. She deserves a raise!!!

Good variety but way over priced. Had to buy a box of otc medicine there because they were the only other store that had it available and it cost almost double. Rip off of a company and service wasn't great either.

Worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. The guy I dealt with had no idea how to handle the prescription and had zero initiative to figure it out. I will never send my prescriptions there again.

All around a horrible store! Three different workers very rude and one even proceeded to raise her voice at me due to a miss understanding. Will never go back to that store.

Sitting in drive thru for 20 plus min. Still sitting here! Only 2 vehicles in front of me. If in a hurry go to a different pharmacy.
