We don't go here often, and I was reminded why today 6.99 for some Ocar Mayer hotdogs. Marty, you should be ashamed of yourself. Did it ever cross your mind if you were not price gouging, your sales and profits would go up. What a black mark on the town this place has become. Ps never again!

This is not my favorite place to shop for groceries. All our other choices in town did not get enough support to stay. I'd rather travel to Beaver Dam for groceries. Many more choices and the Piggly Wiggly down there is better than this one. At today's prices you can pay for the extra gas to shop elsewhere.

Tags read 3 for $9 with card. I entered my card and was charged over $5 per item that was 'special'. Very disappointed. No resolution because I didn't want to hold up the people behind me. Will have to be in dire need to come back.

Horrible service. Asked a simple question regarding the place to put my number for the pig card system and the woman started getting an attitude with me. Made comments like if you give me attitude, I'll give it to you. Extremely childish and inappropriate for being in a customer service job. Even went as far as refusing to ring up my alcohol because she said I didn't look old enough. My husband witnessed all of this and was apalled by her behavior as well. Will not be going back there again.

Is this place a good spot to shop? Maybe. Is it a good place to work? Definitely not. Marty is a horrible man that cut a pregnant woman's hours to try and get her to quit just because she was moving slower at her job and not as chearful with her coworkers (not customers) due to the pregnancy. He knew it would be a lawsuit waiting to happen to out right fire her so he made it so she could no longer pay her bills and had no choice but to quit. And no the reason for the cut hours is not speculated at all. When she asked why hours were cut she was told it was because she wasn't moving as fast as she used to and she wasn't as cheerful with coworkers. Shop here if you must but I know I will never give this business a cent. Shame on you Marty.

Amazing in place and service. Sometimes prices are a little overpriced but I don't think a review should have reflect on that. Prices are going off anywhere I just know that normally the pig is like 5% more than most stores, but when there's stuff on sale it's the cheapest place to get it like chobani 10 for 10 you can't beat that anywhere else.

Some of these reviews came to quite a shock to me. I have came to this grocery store recently and am always treated kindly by the staff, especially the younger ones. Maybe it’s because the reviews were older and there wasn’t as good of employees, but from my experience they are always kind and there to help. The shelves almost always look neat and are stocked. Great prices too. Overall this is a great store with great employees.

Cashiers are ok.. store is usually busy and kinda pricey? It is the only grocery store in town!! Only complaint would be deli!! Seems like you stand there forever untill someone comes over to take your order? Been there quite a bit to get chicken and over half the time they don't have enough?? Couple times I asked if I could just get other pieces in place of there not having enough of one kind?? Usually nah... you can wait 10-15 minutes and chicken will be up?? Sorry nahhh kinda turning customers away?? Long lines.. should have consistent line for express customers with only a couple items

Excellent job on the improvements for protection against COVID-19. Has always been a clean, well organized store. Now even better with more room up by the checkouts to help with social distancing.

Little more expensive than other grocery stores. However they have JOLLY GOOD SODA AND NOBODY ELSE DOES!!!!! This stuff is amazing. Currently only the most popular flavors (sour power, cream, cherry, orange, grape). Also they usually have some great sales, especially on soda, water, dairy, and meat products.

Disappointing customer service. Two younger kids were checking us out at the register. While doing so, they did not making eye contact or even say a word to us. Instead they were having a full on conversation with each other about family. When we were leaving I told them to have a good day, and nothing was said back. For that I will not be returning.

Expensive. But few complaints exc were exceptThe deli never has enuf made, even when there's a sale on chicken or friday fish special. I am told to wait 15 mins for it to be made. Usually I forget to go back and pick up my order. I figure the next folks don't have to wait. They could be making a killing in the deli if the food was ready.If you're in a hurry, check out thru the liquor store.

Selection of sale items very poor! Customer service at the deli was awful. Ladies were to busy visiting to notice there were several customers waiting. Then gave attitude like we were disturbing them. Cashier Beth was only 5 star about my entire visit! This is why I will not shop local!!!!

Everyone acts like it is painful to work there, especially the younger staff. There isnt much of a selection in the bakery and deli. Everytime we come in for chicken they dont have enough and there are no vegetables, just potatoe wedges. Better call ahead a few days and make an order for bakery, they only seem to keep hamburger buns, hot dog buns, Italian bread, and french bread loafs in stock at any given time. Poor selection, poor service, why bother going there?

Very disappointed this morning visiting your store. As I saw no poster stating the state wide mask mandate. Even more appalled at seeing 3 of your employees not wearing masks! If this store is unwilling to follow state laws in regards to masks, how do I know if they are following any other health codes? I hope this store reconsiders following the state mandate as we are only seeing increases of coronavirus. I personally know 3 people suffering from coronavirus here in Waupun. Please follow the law.

I cannot put my life at risk by shopping at your store anymore. I'm over 65 and have underlying health conditions that would kill me if I caught covid-19. You do not have the mandatory mask mandate posted on your doors as required by law. Most of the customers were not wearing masks. Your Pepsi deliver person was not wearing a mask. I will be contacting county health officisls.

Horrifically rude Management! Definitely prejudice in many ways, not just meaning race. I dont come to this town often but managers talk down to employees in front of customers. Owner makes managers do things(according to managers) unethical. There needs to be a 2nd option to.purchase groceries. Ill drive to BD and Walmart before going back here!! Pathetic

They sell my favorite Wisconsin brewed beer in 24 packs and that is New Glarus Spotted Cow. They also have an exceptional variety of other everyday grocery needs. Just an overall good grocery in small-town Wisconsin.

Decent. Can't really expect all that much for a small rural town. It has decent selection, but not the greatest prices. Sale prices were ok-ish, about what I'm used to for regular prices @ home.

This was my first visit to this store. All in all it was a positive experience. My only complaint is that the store feels like too much merchandise is crowded in to too small of a space. It was a little claustrophobic.

Prices are high, they stock early in the morning which block the aisles also cart corrals are all in front ve r y inconvenient if you park in the back of lot cashiers are not always friendly

Really really nice staff, however the prices are generally much higher than everywhere else, even the "dollar" stores. The exception is Pork, for some reason the prices are lower than everywhere I shop.
