Staff is nice, has a good variety of tools lawn care and most of all firearms. Has a pretty good collection even with some exotic guns such as Vectors and MP5s(sadly not full-auto). MURICA!!!

Our Ace closed at the beginning of the pandemic and sometimes I drive over to Waupun to shop at this store. Excellent stock with well supplied shelves. The staff are really helpful and I get everything I need with excellent service. Who needs Walmart when you have a great little store like this.

Not only is it a hardware store with reliable and helpful staff(Locally owned too), there is a large gun and crossbow section with equally helpful attendants! Would highly ressomend for your shooting/hunting needs. They have more than just basic guns there. They have a wide selection of Pistols, rifles, and shotguns!

Some of the staff was awful very rudeAnd seemed like they didn't know A whole alot of where there products were kept and what isle and didn't take us to the isle just pointed and said maybe two three isles down and they were to busy talking to other coworkers to bother to help us this young man and middle aged gal were terrible.Older gentleman that worked there landed up helping us and answering our questions we had he was amazing and the young check out gal in the green house was amazing.

It is kind of a hit or miss kind of place for me but it is only because the main reason I shop here is for my Chinchillas. If I don't get to the store when they stock the items I need it tends to be a walk in, maybe look around at other items (possibly a buy too), then a walk out. I can spend $10.00 - $50.00+ depending on the items I need.

Nice lil hardware store for a small town. Normally I don't have to go out of town to get what I need. They stock Milwaukee tools, they stock everything you need for electrical, plumbing, gardening, lawn care and pets. Not to mention the gun and hunting section.

Lazy employees. Store is open until 4pm today, arrived at 330pm, asked employee to get something from behind counter and they walked away, manager ang another employee saw me and did the same... I guess just ruin Christmas for someone instead of walking 5 extra ft

ACE is the place😀I just purchased another NEW Ariens Snowblower for our weekend home.My experience at the Waupun Ace Hardware was a ***10*** The whole staff was friendly and helpful! Great customer service! They got blower all set-up (test engine) and registered! Helped load in car.Yeah, I'll be back. Thanks again!

We actually didn't go in the store. Women and children were wearing masks going in and coming out. We watched for awhile and most men didn't wear a mask in or out. That concerned us, so we chose to look for another hardware store. It depends on your comfort level with shopping conditions right now. That's the basis for one star.

The gun store inside of here the only place that I will do business with hardly anymore they don't price gouge they're fair and honest and it's always a pleasure to deal with them. Prices definitely higher than Beaver Dam and worth the drive to Menards in Beaver Dam. Hard to find anybody to help you except for one friendly gal that's been there forever. Hard to keep the money in town when it costs double 🤔 About all is good for urgent repairs.

Like all small town hardware stores. Can be a little pricey on some stuff but if you don't want to drive to a big box store they usually have what you need. I support them because we can't afford to have them close. If you want local you have to support local.
