The staff is super friendly! All the groomers take their time with each dog to make sure they are comfortable with the work that will be preformed to get them to look their best. Green Collar uses all organic products. I never had to worry if my dog would have some sort of reaction to any of the products. It was a very clean environment. You can even see the groomers working on your pets from a window in the waiting area! My dog looked and smelled great after her appointment. It was easy to book my next appointment for my dog to come back before the holidays.The only part that my dog didn’t like, the dogs must go in a kennel before and after their appointment to wait for the service and pick-up. My dog is crate trained, but still reluctantly went into one. Unless your dog is crate trained, it might be slightly difficult to get her/him to cooperate.

Amber and her crew at Green Collar Grooming are amazing! I've been taking my bichon there for years! They are always patient with my little furry white bundle of anxiety! Sammy usually needs pet cbd, which I can also purchase from them!They take good care of my little hairball. I highly recommend them.Tyra & Sammy 🐾🐾

Amber and her team does an amazing job with our dog! He isnt your typical dog. Very skittish, has an extreme neurological issue. They are extremely patient with him and take great care of him when he is there. He looks handsome every time he is done 😍🐾

Always do incredible work on the dogs dropped off here. Even though I don't have to come here anymore for my dog, I'll still always recommend it. They are kind, gentle and patient with each animal they groom. My dog had such sensitive skin and allergies and every time she came back she was no longer itchy and smelled like blueberries. The extra services , like the blueberry facial and nail painting are worth it.

I sent them an email regarding my disappointment in the care of my pet. They didn't even respond. It was a bath and nail clip. It should have taken an hour, hour and a half max. 4 hours later she's home. No nail clip and no phone call saying she was ready. BECAUSE they were calling the wrong phone number, which I called to have them correct. Even so they should have called the secondary contact number listed, but they didn't. So $75 dollars later!! No satisfaction whatsoever. 😌 so sad the state of customer service now days. Even when you try to shop local. Ugh. I'll never go back.

Green Collar Grooming is excellent! We have always taken our dog here for walk-in nail trimmings and been pleased. We recently acquired another dog that had been abandoned, for who knows how long, at a rest stop. They squeezed her in immediately at 8am the next morning to an already full schedule. They cleaned her up and removed a thorn from her paw and so many ticks from her body. We were so grateful for them taking the time to fit her into the schedule given the circumstances! Highly recommend Green Collar Grooming!

This place was incredible. We brought in our matted teddy bear dog in. And we never had her hair cut before but this was an experience to remember. I recommend anyone who is looking for a haircut to go here. They go above & beyond and they make you feel very comfortable and they are reasonably priced. Thank you so much for this experience I will definitely be coming back.

Those groomers are the best!! They work with the dogs! Talk to them while grooming. Very nice bath! They go the extra mile. And take the time if needed to calm the dog! lam sure they get a new dog and they know it, so extra care is needed. These groomers know their stuff..They are the kind that you will want to tip...Their that Good

A family member recommended this groomer, to support a friends daughter who has her own business. It started out great, good job grooming, reasonably priced, very nice. Now, every time we call for an appointment, they're busy! Appointments available next week? What's up? Never said our pet was unruly, mean, its a 2 yr old, but is that the reason? We'll never know, we'll find a different groomer, it stinks, and I just don't like that from a business!

Absolutely the best place to take your dog. They use natural projects, kind, and friendly. Also have wonderful pet treats and pet items. My big girl loves it and loves her groomer. She is the best.
