I have never seen anything so disrespectful to women, now you have the donation area were you drop things off and in Waupaca, WI the so called men (boys) that work at this store don't do a thing, why is it that they have the smallest girl in the store working in donations having to carry large furniture and stuff by herself knowing she can be hurt and at same time the boys who are there won't even help her, I don't understand how a business can have the boys working on cloths while the smallest girl is stuck moving heavy furniture and stuff with no help at all. The store needs to make that right and stop catering, put them boys in donations and stop the girls from hurting themselves moving items 3 times there size

The pricey clothes are to be expected of Wisconsin Goodwill, tbh, but who on earth punches a price tag, not just through the leather cover, but through the actual side of the otherwise perfectly good plastic canteen underneath?????

Now that K-mart and Shopko hometown have both closed in Waupaca, this Goodwill is really the only place in town to buy clothes aside from Fleet Farm. As soon as that happened this store raised ALL of it's clothing prices. $6 for a used t-shirt is too much to charge people, especially when they get their inventory for free. That $6 price is the average they charge, not the high end. They are taking advantage of the locals here who don't have the means to drive 45 miles to the next closest clothing store. Once you are at the checkout with your over priced items they then harass you for even more money and attempt to guilt or shame you if you refuse to "round up" by telling you all the "goodwill" your extra money will go towards.They could help more people who truly need help if they charged reasonable prices for the used items they get for free.Selection at Goodwill stores is based mostly on the donations they receive. Being a tourist town, Waupaca is made up mostly of vacationing families (whom most likely donate at their home store if at all) and a handful of locals who make the town run. This seems to really limit the section of items they sell.Jan. 24th, 2023 update:Things have only gotten worse at the Goodwill store here in Waupaca. I've added a picture of the price tag for a shirt my husband bought for our son. He paid $3.99 for a shirt that had a $1.00 clearance tag from Walmart underneath it. They got, for free, a shirt that Walmart couldn't sell for more than $1.00 after months of mark downs and put a $3.99 tag on it to sell to us here in Waupaca! It is so offensively egregious the way they exploit us. We still have no options here, for kids clothes in particular. This is the unregulated and immoral capitalism that is crushing everyone in this country who wasn't born on 3rd base!

I shopped there are on 2/10/2022 and found great deals on some warm shirts and especially on a chair. It perfectly matches my living room rug and works well with my decor. I purchased it for $29.99 and it looks like new. Very comfortable.

I love going to this Good Will. It is closest to where I live. It is always clean and organized. However, any clothing with a known brand (not just name brand) has gotten priced higher lately. Also, books have really gone up in price, many are now $5, $6, $7.00, or more. For donated items, this doesn’t seem right. I hope it is not going to the big CFO’s pockets?

My Husband and I went in, found the perfect area rug. It had a green tag on it and was a tad over priced for us at the time.We call the manager over and asked what day green would be 50% off. We were told it would be half off in three days.We choose to leave things to chance and return in three days, hoping the rug would still be there.Three days later we returned and to our happy surprise the rug was there as well.However, the rug had been re-priced on a new purple colored tag. We questioned the SAME manager and we're told that, we must be mistaken.Further, the purple tag only goes 50% off every 30+ days. HORRIBLE!!!!!! 😖

Incredibly overpriced! Why would i pay more for used clothes when i could go across the street to Kmart and get new cheaper. I'm from PA and i've never seen clothing priced individually. In our goodwill, shirts are 3.50, pants are 4.00. I don't understand why the prices are so high, they get the items donated.

Wow!! What a gem for a small town. They have way more knickknacks and collectibles than our two stores nearby. Clean and well organized. Had three check-out counters going.

I am really disappointed with the help I got! I received my God points card. I didn't receive anything on my email to fill out to get my free $5.00. They put my email address in wrong the first time. I got that fixed but didn't receive the email to fill out. I went in today to get help from someone in charge. She had no clue what to do! I spend a lot of money at the Goodwill in Waupaca, Wis. At this point I seriously considering stopping my Goodwill shopping, and going to our other store! For the amount of money I spend at goodwill, I should be able to get what everyone else gets!!!

This place was great! My nephew left his swimming shorts at home. So we stopped to get him some here. Nice little place they had what we needed, the staff was friendly.

Went here looking for some clocks and a few other things for my family's new home and everything we looked at was either broken or complete junk, and they try selling it for a ridiculously amount of money! Goodwill should be a cheap place to shop at but this one must be owned by some greedy ones. I had to report numerous appliances that where unusable because either they had cracks or they where broken. Will not go here again. Goodwill in Oshkosh is my place to go.
