All the pharmacy techs were so sweet and friendly ! I brought my dog, Annie thru the drive thru and they offered to give her a treat (but I forgot it in the drop box . She got one when she got home!!) the pharmacy tech that I got a call from as a reminder to pick up my script was also polite as well. Great customer service !

I was 100% assured that they were open on Christmas so I could get my medication before I left for Mexico. Well they are closed. I will never go to a frickin Walgreens again.

Everytime I come here for a prescription they take forever. Always super busy. Always understaffed. At this point I'd rather pay more than wait every single time so long.

The pharmacy is always busy. They might want to hire more people or enlarge the pharmacy? Went on a Friday to pick jup a refill, but the pharmacy was closed for the day due to short staffing 🤔🤨but I must say the people that work there are very friendly and very helpful and they seem to not let the fast pace effect their mood 😀

Great service. The pharmacy staff is kind, helpful, and knows their stuff. Even when it is crazy busy, the staff does not look frazzled and they still remain kind and helpful. Even the newbies have been fantastic. The pharmacists work close with their techs, helping them out often, which is encouraging.

In the past month alone they've been out of stock on a medication and twice the pharmacy has been closed unexpectedly. I understand staffing is difficult nowadays, but if its that hard don't have hours listed for 7 days a week if you can't follow through with it.

You used to be able to call the store's phone number and talk to a person in the pharmacy who was IN THE ACTUAL STORE. Someone who actually knew what was going on with your prescriptions. Now when you call you get sent to a call center and they have no clue what they are talking about. I shouldn't have to drive to the pharmacy just to get a prescription filled because the call center can't figure anything out. I have the app and it's useless. I had to call about an OTC alternative because it seemed like my insurance wasn't covering a prescription. The first rep transferred me back to the automated system. The second rep told me to go pick it up and maybe they can run the insurance again...? Um? You can't just tell me if there is an OTC alternative? Thanks for no help. If I could actually talk to the local pharmacy staff, this review would be 5 stars.

Rare great service in today's environment. We needed passport photos and they called saying or background was to gray and they needed to be whiter. Superb service!

Drove over half an hour to get here for a Covid test and was notified at the window that the online sign-up should not have been available and that there was no pharmacist there today

Always out of things im looking for- employees painfully slow paced at everything and like to hold up other customers while they conversate with friends that stop in. Shouldnt take 10 mins in line to purchace one item!

Refilled wrong prescription, then didn't say anything about being closed on the 23rd. Said the right prescription would be ready that day. Which I was out of.
