If you want a place who stands with their customers this is the place for you! My husband has purchased lumber, a door, and other items from them. Long story short our frame to the door is showing signs of wear after only 2 years, tried to make a claim but Millwork Distributors made excuses so Torborgs mailed us a check to repair our door. These guys are outstanding!!

Torborgs supplied our windows, doors, cabinet, etc. on a home we built. Working with them at that time was great. Three years later, I contacted them for a warrantee claim on the door. Their efforts in connecting me with the solution were above and beyond, and their attitude while doing so was refreshing. Thank you!

I been to the other lumber company on the opposite end of town and lived with their attitude until I found Torborgs. WOW what a difference friendly, helpful, nice quality lumber ( the 1x4 pond pine is so smooth you couldn't get a sliver if you tried....Really!) I build furniture to customers spec and now wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.Gary

The staff in Waupaca has been wonderful in helping us build our garage and outdoor patio area. The little extras, like when Ken ran out some additional items we needed immediately, with his own vehicle, instead of waiting for the delivery guys. Those are the little things that make their company successful. We will continue to work with them in the future.

So to start off we walk in, ask for the boards that we wanted and everything was fine. Paid for the boards and the cashier gave us lip because we were making small talk. Go around in back to pick up our boards and he gave us warped ones, cut his finger open and bled on our boards then gave a terrible attitude afterwards, throwing boards around, huffing and puffing like he wasn’t there to do his job. Also, the prices are terrible.

Excellent customer service. When looking for a product or solution to a project the sales associates walk you to the location and actually show an interest if the product meets your expectations. Just wish their Saturday hours were longer.

I love Torborg's. Great people, fair prices, excellent service.However, please update your Saturday hours online. I drove out there and just missed you as your listing says you're open until 2pm not 12pm.

Racist Advertisement. I was very taken back by the radio advertisement in which there was a man speaking in English with an accent assisting a customer. Someone then comes on and explains how frustrating it is to be speaking with someone who is not from this country - which is extremely racist, whether you intended it to be so or not. He was speaking English very clearly and gives no indication as to whether he lives in the United States or not. This country is made up of people who look different, speak various languages, and practice different religions. Instead of publicly bashing those who are different from yourself, consider embracing the diversity that this country has to offer.

I called Torborgs ahead of driving 20 miles for some floor transition T-mouldings. The sales person assured me they had several type T-moldings and even went to check while I was placed on hold. When I arrived I asked where the T-mouldings were, a sales person took me to the location where they had NONE! This was my first and LAST time I shop at Torborgs in Waupaca!As a note I ended up going to Noffke’s in Waupaca, they had exactly the T-mouldings I needed.
