What This Place Needs Is A CLIP ALL COUPON option, and an option for elderly/or those whom do not understand how/ or have the means to use digital coupons!!..simply scanning your pick card should be enough..not all the extra things you have to log into an app and spend hours while shopping trying to figure out. ..Watch everything you buy here carefully or this place will ROB you. Especially while using digital coupons. My advise is to only buy a few items so you can know for sure you aren't getting ripped off. Lines are usually from the self checkout all the way down the aisle to the back of the store,it's madness...and if your lucky enough to have a cashier working, you will be waiting even longer,and, will not be able to keep an eye on the prices of the products you are buying, due to the cashier trying to check you out as quickly as possible. It's honestly a terrible experience. Seems to only be getting worse. .. On a better note;The employees are very nice , and the bakery here is lovely (I order all our bday cakes here, they do a beautiful job every time!) But, don't waste your time getting their pre packaged broasted chicken... Eww.

17 people in self check out, 1out of order, 2 lanes open with cashiers, wrapped around the corner. I was almost run over twice by personal shoppers and there were 4 staff in the on line order and pick up area! Chatting and laughing quite visible to all of us.I had 2 items with total of $1.98. Come on you can do better.

My regular grocery store is in the next big town over, but I was in Waupaca and gave P&S a try. My first impression wasn't very good. When I walked in there were no carts at all where there should have been some. I did go in through the entrance and not the exit. When I walked across the store to see if there were carts at the exit I saw that the one cashier working had a long line waiting and there was a line of customers waiting for the self-checkout also. I was tempted to just leave but I didn't. I did my shopping and found almost everything I wanted. If you need to shop gluten free you can find a modest selection but nothing impressive. When I went to check out, the front line situation hadn't changed but they were paging for help. This Pick and Save isn't causing me to want to make a switch from my regular grocery store

This store has a nice selection of produce and a great deli. I have tried the self checkout... not a time saver, as it freezes and you need assistance to reboot and continue with purchases. The checkout lanes with cashiers are under staffed and you can expect to wait in line a good 30 minutes. Absolutely frustrating.

My husband got me the biggest bouquet of flowers I have ever received. They were beautiful. Unfortunately, the petals started falling off 2 days after I got them. Would never recommend Pick N Save for flowers.

Great store, friendly employees however when I stopped on Friday Dec 2nd they weren't even super busy and their were no carts to be had. Don't think I've ever been to a supermarket and there were 0 carts available to customers. On the bright side I saved a bunch of money because I was only able to buy what I could fit into one of those little baskets you carry. Only 2 checkout lanes open. Waited at least 20 minutes.

We had a cart full of groceries and no open lane in sight. We'll good thing one employee was willing to open a lane for us so we didn't have to back up the self checkout. Our cashier Grace was very friendly and didn't hesitate to open a lane to help us.

Nice grocery store. Biggest draw back is the lack of checkouts. The only self checkouts that are up and running are on the far end of the checkout. The self checkouts by the produce work but they are never open.... The selection is good but overall the wait to check out is really annoying. You cant just pop in and pop out unfortunately. Overall though the shelves are stocked and clean.

Go all the way there from New London then do your shopping calculate everything by Stan for 45 minutes women to check out then when you get to the check out get told that your 56 dollar total is costing you $107 cause you forgot you silly little card at home never shopping there anymore. What a rip-off

There's never anyone at the cash register's! There's always running those self checkout! I live in this town and it is ridiculous. The revenue the store brings in you can't hire people and give them higher wages??. The town is absolutely outraged with with the lack of front Check out people! There's always A-line all the way down the paper towel aisle For self check out! It's absolutely ridiculous! Pay fair wages higher more people!!

This store is a joke. The lines today were from the registers all the way to the back of multiple aisles. They had two checkers working and of course the do your own work aisles.

Can someone get Lee a raise? She is the sweetest, most helpful employee I’ve ever interacted with in any shopping experience. Positive, tons of energy, and right there to assist whenever needed. Self checkout is not the same without her. And, from a management perspective, I wish I could get my team as genuinely excited about our rewards program as she is about the shoppers card point system. Never in my life had someone care that much about saving people money, 5 stars for Lee.

They have self checkout and you don't get a savings for doing it yourself and you cant use there break room even though you are doing there job. They have like six check out lines but only open one lane when the store is packed with a dozen carts backed up in a line plus the self check backed up They don't care. They blame it on no workers. The manager only cares about himself. The two stars are only for the selection of goods.

One thing Pick n Save is not about is costumer service. The cashier was flat out rude! And when it was brought to someone higher, they flat out didn’t care! If you are having a bad day, when you are able take a minute to yourself, get yourself together & get back out there & do your best while you are there! The math skills is another whole thing to be desired! 🤦🏽‍♀️

just unreal... you spend 20 minutes shopping and 30 minutes waiting inline to check out and pay.... While you stand there waiting to check out... look around, look at the floor, look at the check out station... look at the belt you are putting your food on... The place is just filthy... Is it too much to hire a cleaning crew to clean the place up a little bit ? Goodness people... why would anyone shop here as filthy as the place is... it's what you get in Waupaca.

Ever since customer service was moved to in front of the registers it stays with the closed sign up and the lights off. They offer check cashing but are never open to cash a check super frustrated because this leaves me with the only option of driving 30 plus miles to have wal mart cash my checks for me. Customer service used to be spot on at this store I just don’t understand what happened!

I like this one much better than any other pick n save I've been to. I drive an hour to come to this location. Way better prices than the piggly wiggly down the street and the produce is way better.

Wow! What an awesome store! Not as big as Woodman's in Appleton, but that's a plus!! We saw so many new and interesting choices in every department. The produce was gorgeous and the meat looked to be of good quality and excellent pricing. Employees were, for the most part, helpful and friendly. We have found our local store!

Good selection on some things. Produce usually doesn't have bags to put your wet food in...it's a minor annoyance that happens at least half the time I'm there. The deli staff are always nice but check out people turnover so quickly and most are not happy to be there. A couple times I've overheard employees out in the floor openly discussion how management stinks. As someone else mentioned, they always have at least 2 lanes open for 20 or less items but NEVER enough regular lanes....plan to wait in line to check out. Their angel food cake with frosting is to freaking die for!

My family has been shopping here weekly for over 5 years. It is always very clean and well stocked, and the employees are great. They also have carts that look like race cars, which is awesome for the kids. It's by far our favorite place to shop in the area!

I was shopping in the store on Saturday, July 20th, when the storm hit. The employees were wonderful in making sure that their customers all were able to be in a safe place during the bad storm. Also with providing everyone with water, cookies, and chairs to sit on. Thanks again for watching out for your customers! I will be back to do more shopping!

For over 2 years they consistently charge more at the register than as advertised. ITS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY! several 'items on sale' do not ring up on sale.. example pictured buy one get one ran up charged both items, other item rang up $5.00 more, then when they refunded money they didnt refund all of it, missed $5.00 so we got triple screwed. then they act like its such a problem to refund the money, PNS problem not ours, again we will never buy more than a few items from this store ever!! you're fired !

This store has slowly been improving. Good selection and shelves are always stocked. Wish there was a salad bar etc... Bathrooms could use updating and cleaning. The new self checkout is cumbersome compared to others I've used. You have to set everything in the baggage area once checked (unless you click skip bagging) and can't remove your bags until the end. This is ok if you are only checking out a few items but annoying if you have numerous items.Staff is always friendly and helpful.
