Great place to take the fur babies to! They do a fantastic job of giving our big dogs a bath and nail trim which is very hard to do with our dogs being such babies about anyone touching their paws. The prices are so reasonable and the service is great. Very happy we found this place.

They take really good care of our beagle Henry when we travel. we are so uneasy leaving him but they send photos of him when we are gone and communicate well so we always feel like we don't have to worry. hes always happy when we pick him up..

Dropped off our dogs for grooming. Got in for the appointment the next day after our first call. All staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We were very happy and satisfied with the grooming—-our dogs were extremely well brushed and bathed. Our one boy was was a little wet, but no big deal, as he didn’t care much for the blower and this was mentioned to us by the staff. No biggie for us. The staff called the next day to inquire if we were happy with the service and I had to say ABSOLUTELY and THANK YOU for a job well done. We are new to the area and are SO happy we have found a decent and professional grooming shop! 5 stars for service and professionalism. Place is very clean as well.

I really wanted to like this nearby & local business. $40 for bath & trim (no, they don’t brush them out after). He was still wet when I picked him up & they didn’t touch his nails. Upon pick up the teenagers working said, “he’s one of the breeds that don’t dry”. He’s new to a groom here, not to baths/grooming in general. He actually dries really well everywhere else. Ridiculous waste of time & money. Learn from me & don’t support this shiesty local business.

Very nice, clean kennel. Owners are super to work with. My dogs are very anxious and the keep them closer to the office instead of in the main dog area.Thank you for the extra care!

We boarded our dog here for the weekend. He got out of his kennel this first night and was roaming around inside and we were not informed. The next day was Sunday so they weren’t there all day. When my husband went to pick him up that evening at the pick up time he found the owner taping our dogs foot. He said he’d found him injured. He did not allude to how bad it was.When our dog came home he acted traumatized. He wouldn’t look at any of us. He wouldn’t eat or drink. He showed NO excitement even to be home. I inspected his face and found more cuts in his mouth and on the bottom of his paws. We left the bandage on overnight to not upset him more. The next day when I took it off I saw how deep and bad this wound actually was. This was a wound that should have had immediate vet attention.By the time I got him into the vet that day they were very worried to do stitches. The area it was in was in a high impact area and since it had started to heal they worried it would tear the paw worse. We went through many rounds of pain meds and antibiotics. I contacted and went into paws and claws. I talked to other employees. The owner NEVER called me back. I was NEVER offered so much as an apology!My dog hasn’t been the same since. We had to get a personal trainer because he started having severe aggression and anxiety. He NEVER had behavior issues prior he grew up visiting the dog park weekly but after his stay started literally attacking other dogs and injuring 2. His paw took MONTHS to heal and close and he is still dealing with pain on long walks and when we play catch. We think this is why his aggression started because he was being protective due to his injury and was in pain. This is a 2 year old dog who will deal with this injury and the after effects now his entire life.NEVER EVER leave your dog with these people. They truly don’t care about your pet.

My fiancé and I are night shift nurses and recently adopted two puppies. We needed a place for the pups to socialize with supervision and also someone to watch them while we slept during the day. This place has been an absolute life-saver.From the beginning we have felt welcome and safe here, which is extremely important for me! The staff are SO friendly and I can really tell they love their job and the pups. My puppies have become such well-socialized, happy pups with the help of Paws n Claws and we are all so grateful. We currently use their daycare services but plan to board and groom here in the future.I could really go on and on about how happy I am with Paws N Claws! 100% reccomend.

Very nice owners and staff, accommodating. We came to visit our dogs halfway through our stay. Bathing done as well. Playtime with other dogs. Very reasonable price. Dogs seemed to be cared for, not jot put in a kennel and left alone. Thank you!

We have boarded our 7 pound and 90 pound dogs here for the past 2 years for our family reunion. They are fantastic, very reasonably priced, and our dogs are always very happy when we pick them up. We will continue to board our pups at Paws N Claws for years to come!

Staff is wonderful!!!! Love the hours of 6am to 6pm!!!! Our large dog Rosie plays all day, and has made many friends. When Rosie comes home, from her play day, she is exhausted from playing so much. Thank you for looking after our baby💓

I had to find a new groomer. Decided to try this place. No supervision of dogs in doggie daycare. I will never ever board my dog there or use daycare.I take my dog to A Touch of class in Oshkosh.They are involved and have many people in the play area making sure no dog gets out of control or tries to dominate. I literally saw on Paws and Claws camera a dog mounted on another dog. I asked if anyone was with the dogs monitoring them. The lady said, no. "This group of dogs are fine". I saw for myself that was not the case. Groomer cut my dogs ear hair completely different. I asked to give/keep the hair on his ears a natural look. Rounded to the natural curve of his ear. One ear was cut straight across and short while the other was natural and longer. She dries them in a crate verses on a table. Crate drying is dangerous if heat is used. Never going there again for anything.

Our puppy had been attending doggy daycare here for a couple of months and overall our experience was good, he clearly loved going and would get super excited when we pulled in. However, one day when we went to pick him up he was missing his bandana (it was a triangle of fabric with a sleeve that his collar fit inside). We were informed that his collar had come off multiple times, (although we were never informed of that previously) and this time the bandana had slipped off and they couldn’t find it. A couple days later I called to ask if they had found it, but they reported they had not. We were mildly annoyed, what had happened to it? Well, 13 days later our puppy puked it up. He showed no signs of sickness or discomfort, he was eating and going to the bathroom normally so we were absolutely shocked. We are incredibly grateful it went the way it did, we know being unable to pass it could have potentially killed him. So his collar completely came off of him, the collar slipped out of the bandana sleeve completely, and our puppy SWALLOWED the bandana COMPLETELY— all without anyone noticing. In a safe environment with constant supervision....Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

My 2 German Shepard’s appear to have no problem there. They do have each other which obviously helps. The grooming rates are very reasonable. They used to have a web cam but I can’t seem to find it anywhere on their site.

I got my dog groomed and his nails clipped 5 days ago. His nails seem even more sharp and painful than before they were cut. (This is the 2nd time we used paws and claws, and other times his nails seemed more sharp) I called to ask about that and whoever answered the phone (5 pm) was NOT very nice. She was quite rude to me on the phone when I was just trying to get information about why my dogs nails seem more sharp and tried to make me sound like an idiot because I have gotten my dogs nails clipped before by a different place and his nails NEVER where sharp after getting them cut. Don't think I will be using this place anymore. I rather drive out of town to a place that isn't rude to their clients.

My husband and I boarded our dog for the first time in 5 years. We were nervous, more than our dog, but the people at Paws N Claws were wonderful and patient. The business is clean, helpful and the rates are very fair.

I had boarded my german shepherd, Thor (who was a little over 5 months at the time) for the first time in August 2016 for one night so my husband and I could go on a short honeymoon after our wedding, and I was pleased with their service. Considering Thor is still a puppy, they had taken great care of him.However, when I boarded him for another night in September 2016, my husband and I were not happy at all. When my husband picked up our german shepherd in the morning when they open, the employee working said Thor had an "accident" on the dog bed we brought from home, so they sprayed the bed with water outside to wash off whatever was on the bed. They did not bother giving Thor a bath, so we had to bring Thor back home covered in his own urine/feces. We ended up giving Thor a bath at home and throwing the bed away because it was soaked with water, the smell was horrendous, and it did not seem possible to wash out the smell/feces/urine.Because Thor is a puppy, I felt that the employees would recognize that he is not able to hold off going to the bathroom as long as adult dogs, so I believe this situation could have been avoided if Thor had been taken outside to go to the bathroom sooner. I would give a better rating as well if they had taken the time to bathe Thor since they groom pets, but because of how they handled our last visit, I will not be using their services again.

UPDATE!!! Poor baby never recovered from the water in his ear. Inflamed became worse and uncontrollable infection. Had to put him down as he was suffering too much. We spent thousands at vet before coming here. They ignored my care instructions and my baby couldn't fight it again. Will NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING !!!!!Explicit instructions to avoid ANY water in dogs ears were not followed. Ongoing battle with ear problem now inflamed due to water entering ear during bath. Never asked for proof of vaccines or even if he had received them! Wondering how many dogs coming thru that arent current on rabies etc.

Was not impressed at all, brought our bulldog in for a grooming session and nail trim and picked him up and he was still wet, his nails didn’t look like they were trimmed at all, his tail pocket not cleaned or his ears. We will not be returning at all.
