Very good service, prepaid for order, when I came back, the “woman” was horrible, treated counter guy bad, basically humiliated him. He was helpful my first trip , & return trip! Never lost his helpful demeanor! Keep him, can her! Or give her CS skills, & teamwork skills!

Staff is rude and won't leave you alone if you are just looking around. Go to Plainfield True Value, or Wautoma or Wisconsin Rapids Ace hardware if you want to be treated respectfully. If you don't want to go to the big box stores.

Hometown hardware store with almost everything you need for your DIY project. Prices tend to be a little higher than the big box stores and they typically have what you're looking for, but with not many choices. Nate and the lumber yard guys are always very helpful and courteous.

Go best place to go for most any hardware in Waupaca. I'm so happy they picked up the ball and expanded their hardware offered since Tru Value closed when the owner died. Much better stocked items and service than fleet farm since they were bought out.

Decent selection for a small town lumber / hardware store. Staff is polite and professional. They will cut wood to size for you but it is not always square.

Very poor customer service. The last 3 visits I have been spoken to in a very misogynistic, condescending tone. I want to like this place I will only go to small hardware stores in other towns, like Frank's and Kitz and Pfiel, but I refuse to be treated so poorly here.
