Ordered 8 lbs of tenderloin for a cook out on Labor day. It was some of the best tenderloin I've ever had, all of our guests commented how wonderful it was "melt in your mouth good". Just placed another order. Don't change a thing.

They do a fantastic job with my hogs, my customers usually end up buying more when they walk out their door. Helpful staff. Tamworth is a rarer breed so I am happy I have a place that takes pride in what goes out their door.

It’s just not the same anymore. I have bought meat there and stuff in the freezer and deli. The freezer was empty and the things in the deli don’t taste the same. I use to love the sandwich spread. The last time I was there I got a pound of it and got home and taste it and it was awful. My daughter was just there and bought some to and she didn’t care for it anymore. It’s a shame it has change. Not sure if I will go back there.

Stopped in for landjaeger sticks and they didn’t have any - no big deal - stopped in again - they didn’t have any - stopped in a third time for a brisket and they didnt have anything worth buying. Last Saturday we stopped in 10 minutes to close and the kid was closing up and wouldn’t sell anything. Why even have the front door open??? We have loved and recommended Niemuths for years but can no longer keep driving 45 minutes out there for nothing!

Has a nice layout, but not that many choices in them. Came out for Summer Sausage for hunting and the Holidays. None to be had. Went down the road to People's Meat Market. Had plenty to choose from there.

Just picked up some of their smoked beef sliced absolutely amazing.They're bologna sandwich spread very good. We also had them vacuum seal and cut up a half a beef great job.

It has been years since I have been to Niemuth's. Since I live on the East Coast now, I had family come visit and brought 3 different packages of Brats (Beer, Italian, and regular). I forgot how much better the brats are from Niemuth's! Beer brat is still my favorite! Thanks you for still producing amazing meats!

Best choice deli and meats. Never have had a complaint about anything we've purchased Hands down best venison sausage makers we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. PS. Our dogs love the doggie bones.

If I want excellent meat this is my to-go place, hands down. They are very accommodating. I call ahead if it is a bigger order.Hint: Garlic-stuffed butt pork roast lightly-seasoned and browned in simmering tomatoes, sauce, paste, basil and a touch of oregano. End it with fresh parmesan.Serve with a dusting of romano. Make ahead of time and let it sit for a day or so.Sound good?

I’m very disappointed. We went there today hoping to place a large order for food for an outdoor family wedding of 18 people - family only. My wife and I have health risks and are over 65 but are safe to go to with masks and sanitizer. We got to Niemuth’s and employees are not following state law - no masks and no available sanitizer - and of 10 customers in there we were the only ones wearing masks! No effort to require masks. The place is not only breaking the law but putting employees and customers at risk. Used to love this place but not going again, and telling my family and friends to stay away. They lost a big order today and my business. I should call the Health Department

@Patrick McBride: If you are so AFRAID, stay home. Read the carton on the masks. DOES NOT PROTECT FROM VIRUSES. Dust and particles only. Not only that DO NOT INFRINGE ON MY FREEDOM. A mandate is NOT LAW. We need to instill our COMMON LAW. NOT what we currently have Admirality law/Maritime law. I have asthma and cannot wear an oxygen depriving mask. Now for the review: EXCELLENT MEAT, EXCELLENT SERVICE and VERY CLEAN. A Bonus to have Niemuths in Waupaca.

The meat processing time was horrible. Then if the time was going to be long their customer service explains this and relating to the customers are horrible. Buying meat their that is already set for sale is good, but other than that, horrible.

Not too happy with this place. Called for information on meats for my dogs, and was rudely talked to by a lady who couldn't understand that dogs could in fact, eat raw meat. Ended up ordering 30 #s of meat and said I'd get a call when it was in in a week and never received a call. Ended up the lady never ordered it. For now on, I'm driving all the way to Appleton to the Meat Block to get my meat, they treat their customers well there, no matter what they want.

You, Patrick McBride have NO RIGHT under the 4th Amendment and HIPPA LAW to demand ANYONE ELSE wear a mask. Nobody has to answer to you or any law enforcement about wearing masks. If you are so frightened, STAY HOME. Perhaps everyone else not wearing a mask has health issues that preclude them from wearing masks. Either way it’s NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS and is ILLEGAL for you or anyone in authority to even inquire about it. Until you get a Constitutional and HIPPA Law change, you are dead in the water.
