The EMPLOYEES are completely RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! I bought gas & gave the lady at the counter a $100 & she SHORT CHANGED ME $40! I damn near had a heart attack! How disgusting! The bathrooms had urine all over the floor, & they only had 1 lane open, when the store was totally PACKED. Never shopping here again! The PRICES on the food is a total RIP OFF! $2 per doughnut? $11.00 FOR A CASE OF SODAS? WOW!?!?Everything @ KWIK TRIP is overpriced! And this particular one in waupaca has dirtbags for staff! No thanks! 👎

I visit frequently, the store always has what I need or want. The associates are consistently in a hurry and I leave feeling perplexed and unwelcome. Bathrooms are always clean.

Kwik trip is my go to for pretty much everything. They always have great service and a clean environment. I would say overall this location gets a 4.5 in my book. The hotspot items seem to be lacking at times compared to the other location in town. Usually this location has less of a variety. Yes the order through the mobile app is nice but it's just easy to walk in and walk out. Still great people and good store.

Great prices, but line can be backed up quite often... Even though the staff is supposed to open up additional registers if the line is three people or longer. Not sure if they are understaffed or what the issue is. Most of the time it is a good quick trip even with longer lines, but every once in awhile it would have been quicker and better to have gone somewhere else.

I worked at this location at first it looked amazing the coworkers the supervisor even the manager after two months of working for them I dropped them in a heartbeat! hers why don't get me wrong the job was amazing easy and the costumers always there putting a smile on your face although the supervisor Tori was always on my ass do this do that while she stood there on her phone for hours doing nothing Is I started to understand the way stuff was being done I didn't let her step all over me and that's when she fired up I kept doing my stuff and let her do her as my second month came around the corner she at times got angrier and expected stuff one way while Dave the manager wanted it a different way so I was so lost on how should be done then I started to miss a few days here and there due to problems on my feet I explained to his how the Dr didn't no longer allow me to work over 4 hours he stated how immature that was and started to raise his voice and I'm those persons who don't take anger easily so at this point I tell him to do what is best to him and if the dr asked me to cut off hours I will do so even if he agreed or not at some point I brought up that the co workers made fun of a kid who seemed to have problems thru our mic and he seems to not care one bit how do you call your self a manger!! So at the End of the day I quit and could not be happier to be away from people like this! The whole staff is uneducated they bring there problems to work they love the attention and drama they can't focus on the work it self and rather laugh and judge like Davethe manager due to my condition all he did was just smirk and nod his head like a joke while the dr explained in a latter that it was just temporary! So due to this location attitude I will no longer buy nor do business here I'm happy to quit but love Kwok trip and there job I'm sorry to say but this location is really below status anyone looking to do there shopping look else where even BP or Cennex but stay away from this horrible place

A real staple in downtown Waupaca. Ted (I'm guessing he's a manager) is one of the most dedicated employees I've ever met, but all the employees there are helpful and great.

Never again will i stop there the staff member kept bugging my wife over a coffee machine and kept on her about a cup we bring out semis through there for fuel and also stop in every morning so when my wife went to pay for her coffee she kept repeating herself well will not be back there we will be going to Waupaca kwik trip from now on for our fuel and so will the company trucks these people need to check there staff out
