Great selection of pretty much anything you need other than groceries but they do have a huge candy selection! Lol great place to check out if you need something for hunting fishing automotive toys worth it to go check it out

Every time I go here I find helpful salespeople who will walk the store back & forth, ask other sales ppl, etc. until they get an answer/find what I need. Great store!!!

I purchased a rifle. The customer service was great. Fast and efficient. Definitely going back for more guns and other stuff. Nice selection of winter socks for outdoors.

Stopped out at Fleet Farm Waupaca to purchase 10 bags of wood pellets. A young man named Peiton was extremely kind and helpful..great employee… great experience!

As FF's go this one is small and from a different era. Has pretty much everything you need and things are easy to find. Sort of like shopping at the feed mill... except it's got car parts and jerky. I love this place.

I had a fantastic visit to this Fleet Farm location. The overall workers were very knowledgeable and helpful with not only locating what I was in need of finding but also with providing additional feedback and/or alternatives to the project I was building. The managers at this location, who appeared to be a very young and inexperienced, seemed to have a little knowledge of their products as well as where items were located.

Rude and disrespectful. I called to ask if they have military discount and she cut me off before I could finish my sentence even. I was told very rudely the answer is no. Way to be thankful for your veterans and active members like you aren’t overpriced already Tractor supply here I come!

If Fleet Farm doesn't have it you don't need it.Then again Fleet has been feminized to the point you can't find a chain link or the bolt you want has been sold out for a month, but if you want a 6 inch pink flower pot you have 167 different ones to choose from.

Workers not helpful at all. Too busy talking and taking sale signs off shelves. Service desk said they had 10 filters in store but no one could help me or find them.

Terrible customer service. Went to return an atv battery that the guy said would work and it didn't. Brought battery back along with old one and he matched one up for me. Original battery was 139.99 and had a core charge of 10.00. Total was 149.99 plus tax. New battery was 129.99 with additional 10.00 core charge. I brought old battery back so there should have been no core charge. Upon exchange, I was told by associate manager that I would get nothing back. I explained that that was not correct. She got mad, told Hayley to refund me 10.00 and started walking away all mad. I told her it should be 20.00 plus tax. She was all mad at me and told Haley to refund me 20.00 and walked away. I tried to explain to Hayley and she would not listen to me. I felt like a criminal and should not have to feel that way for doing nothing wrong. I paid 149.99 plus tax for original battery and core charge. Both should have been refunded. New battery was 129.99 plus tax with no core charge because I brought old battery in. How much would someone expect to get back in a normal transaction? 20.00 plus tax, right? No, I was given a $20.00 appeasement card and was not treated like a normal person. I am very disappointed. The young man that took care of me both times selecting a battery was extremely helpful.

This store is great! Most of the items I needed they had. There are items that they didn't have, no other competitors stores had the items I needed either. Lots of great fishing lures and specialty lures also. I shop here whenever possible. I love this store!

It's summertime, and all the tubes and water stuff are always wiped out and bare shelves. I'm not sure if you all order stock, but I would think you would or should order more summer things. If they are always out, it means you are leaving money out there. Capitalize on the opportunity to make more money. Fill the shelves. And I would also talk to staff about customer service. If they walk by a customer and see eye to eye, they should, at the very least, acknowledge me as a customer. Not only does it make me feel like you want my money. And for those who mean to steal, acknowledging them would make them feel like they are being watched and less likely to steal. Can't tell you how many times I have walked around the store aimlessly looking for something, and no one helps. They even stopped in mid isle and turned around just to avoid me as a customer. I leave without anything A LOT. Gotta do better.

They have it all. Sports stuff, home stuff, outdoor stuff. If you need it, it's gotta be there, somewhere. I do like the reward points considering how frequently I shop here, especially when they ask you at checkout if you want to use any that you earned. Self checkout aisles are nice when you only have a few things.

Terrible customer service desk employees. 2 young girls that were very unhelpful and unprofessional. I was suppose to get a 20% discount and only got 10% off. I asked for a price adjustment and the one girl didn't seem to know what to do, so she called the other girl over. This girl was acting very chaotic and told me it would be really complicated for her to fix their mistake. She said she would have to ring each item back up and just didn't want to go through all the hassle. What type of customer service employees tell you they don't want to deal with the hassle of giving you the discount you deserved?!?! They were straight up lying and being lazy because I took my receipt to another Fleet Farm and they gave me the price adjustment without any complications and they didn't have to rescan a single item. They were shocked at how the customer service employees in Waupaca acted and said "Wow, if they can't do their job then they shouldn't have it." Waupaca Fleet Farm also had big clumps of dust in every corner of all the fitting rooms and I noticed them throughout the store while walking around.

It's usually difficult to get assistance because no one's around when I'm there. However this visit was very productive. Someone asked me if I needed help promptly and I was able to get what I needed and complete my mission with speed.
