Worst place ever I go to get an iced coffee delivered and they can’t even give the correct coffee !! So I go to ask and she says I’m being rude because I asked and asked me to leave the one who’s the manager please go do your legal pot plant business and have someone else run the show that knows what their doing! Not only that every time I go in her poor baby is in the corner nobody even watching in the car seat!! Sickening

I have been to this Dunkin Dounut at least 10 times over the past couple years. Not once did I receive what I asked for. I always buy at least a dozen sometimes 2 dozen. I ask for specific rolls and quantities. My order is never filled correctly.This morning, I placed my order and drove up to the first window. I waited...there was a vehicle in front of me receiving her order. After that car left and no one came to the first window, I proceeded forward. A male employee eventually came to the second window only to complain that I didn't wait long enough at the first window. "for future reference, you need to pay at the first window. There are only two of us in here".My reply at this point is....what future? I won't ever return to this business. This guy lacked manners. No good morning. Only straight to criticism. The bakery at Picknsave is much better. I will never return to Dunkin Dounut.

Placed my order on the app and picked up in store. My order was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and greeted us hello and goodbye. The place looked clean and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious per usual. I also got unsweetened ice tea and it was very flavorful!

Jenna the GM is extremely rude. She doesn’t know how to keep her employees in check especially her fiancé. He is always rude and has an attitude when we come in. The one time anything is said about how her employee is rude, she then proceeds to threaten to kick us out? Let get it together and be professional and not favor our partner for his disrespectful actions.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly, timely, patient, and accurate. I say patient because my kids like to order their own and it takes a bit, but they are always very kind about it. Will be returning.

A good experience. Line moved quickly. Breakfast sandwhich was sizable and stood up to any fast food chain for a better price. Arrived hot also. Only complaint is that I ordered glazed chocolate munchkins and they arrived with no glaze. Will return.

I love this place, glad this came to town before the Starbucks they are building. They are always friendly but have a hard time getting my husband's drink correct on the 1st try. They always fix it with a smile! Like everywhere else in Waupaca, it's hard to get in during tourist season!

My daughter went there about a month ago, they were not very friendly at all. Thought I would give them another try. The drive thru was backed up, so we decided to go inside and they were very rude taking are order. Our drinks were good but our bagels mini's were cold.

Walked in there was already a line. No one was at the cash register. Ordered a couple of sandwiches & a decaf coffee. One sandwich was wrong. Waiting for my coffee, went back in line to see what was up? They never started brewing the coffee! 🤦🏽‍♀️ If they weren’t so busy I would have gone back & had the sandwich fixed.

I have been here a few times before. The donuts are really about as average as you can get. The service is ok. I recently stopped by for a breakfast sandwich. Again a very average sandwich at best. Nothing too special just a middle of the road kind of place.

I only visited 1x because my coworkers bought me a $20 gift card. Very disappointed in the food and service. You guys were very frantic when I got to the window and seemed confused where my order was. When I finally got it you were going to let me leave without my latte and without my donuts. The food was cold but I might have just come late as the app never gave me a time to pick up and for the price I won't complain on quality of food... however the latte tasted like a cappuccino straight bitttttter. And Nobody gave me a call to let me know you were out of muffins so it was disappointing to find that out after i already payed 2$ for it as well as you threw all the donuts together in 1 bag making a complete mess of frosting all over my and my daughters pain donuts. You replaced my muffin with a glazer worth less than a 1$🤣🤔 lol I'm not coming back...

This Dunkin is terrible, and I’ve given it like 8 chances. Last week when I was there they gave me my breakfast sandwich burnt. Today when I was there, the lady who handed me my drink was SO rude. She must’ve been having a bad day. It was a lady with brownish/red hair making drinks. That was my last straw with this place. Gross food and bad service. Will not be returning.

My granddaughter and I stopped in. I didn't know what I should order for a drink for Lillian. The staff mentioned one and made suggestions to make it where Lillian and would like it. It was a big drink so they suggested to split it in two. It may not sound like much but when I am treated so well, I will go back. Not too often because I am trying to keep my weight down. 🙂

My refresher was watery and not good at all. The 2 frozen coffees I had were both sour and did not taste good. This is the worst dunkin’ by far in the area. Has not been good anytime I have gotten a drink from there.

I did not like the cocoa mocha latte at all. The coffee flavor was too strong and I didn't taste the mocha at all. The sausage egg and cheese wrap was small but very good.

We have tried going first thing in the morning and we have tried going in the afternoon, It never matters.Everytime we go the donuts are so poorly made. If you get some with icing, and there is barely any on it... there is more hard sprinkles on them then there is icing. The second issue is the donuts bread, it’s hard and stale. I’ve called and asked before going one morning and the lady swore they were fresh, yet I pay for a dozen and they are hard and stale, we end up tossing them. I should have known a Dunkin’ Donuts opening in waupaca would be just as disappointing as the rest of fast food service in waupaca. Lazy, stale, and not good. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I've had something wrong with my order every time I went here the past few months. My food is never heated through, and I usually order a large coffee and end up getting a medium. They also never seem to know what's going on. They'll hand me my drink and tell me to have a good day like they expect me to just drive off, and I have to remind them every time that I ordered other items. I gave it another try this morning. Ordered 2 large iced coffees, and one was only 3/4 full. To think they'd try a little harder to nail every single order to keep their business now that a Starbucks just went up down the street.
