If the General Manager. (Bobby Miller) was the captain of a ship, that ship would be The Titanic. He's ran one store into the ground and he's doing a great job of running the Waupaca store into the ground as well. This store needs a REAL General Manager, not a lazy SOB Named Bobby

Manager claimed my online order was not there, in spite of emails stating the order was there- but he magically found the order 10 min later after I called the customer service # to verify his "story". Will not shop this location again.

I loved all the different merchandise to choose from! There was so much variety at this one. We came in for a couple of things and ended up leaving with a lot more than we planned. The cashier, Jordon I believe, was great too.

Can always find great Hallmark cards for a $1 or two for $1! Love the selection for holiday decor...it is definitely reasonable. Lots of choices for cooking utensils that I don't mind using for potlucks, or family vacations, etc. If they break or are lost, no biggie because I didn't spend a lot.

Clean store and always friendly and helpful! Staff posts new items when they come in so you always know they are freshly stocked with fun stuff each season! Lines are never long at check out either, which is a plus!

Manager VERY rude. Especially towards disabled people. I do love the store/products/price & store workers. It is EXTREMELY disappointing & disturbing this 'lady' is in charge - to the point that now, a rather large group of us will hv to travel to another location since being discriminated against. I do belive another gentleman in our group will be going to his sons work at the news station. We just wanted to be treated with respect- good Lord- 3 of us are in the service!! Please reply if you have been treated this way as well.

The lady here was a flight attendant 40 years and had a nice voice. I wonder where she went I enjoyed her announcing deals on the intercom

Sometimes selection is not so good on things or you find it scattered throughout store on displays. Need to keep main displays full and less scattered.
