Place is never open! Very odd considering it's newer and nicer than the one by Goodwill. Probably not the best choice putting 2 in Waupaca???

I made an online order and the store never received it. The lady that was cashiering said she was never trained for online orders, but she was very nice. I ended up finding only one of the things I had ordered online in the store. She still honored my online coupon. This store is a lot more clean than the other dollar general in the area and I have had nothing but good experiences with the workers here.

The store is never open unfortunately. I have gone multiple times and each time they are not open. It is very unfortunate since it is such a new store. I can't imagine they are saving any money always being closed.

Not really a fan of the new location. The parking lot is set up really awful, especially for those who are handicapped. Like it's a serious walk to get in there. They don't have a lot of the stuff the original store does, like nothing for clothes really, which is alright, but if you're looking for that, like we're kind of all used to, you won't find it in the new stores. Staff was semi friendly if kind of stand-offish. I'll probably just stick to visiting other locations or stores that offer similar products.

Terrible customer service! Call me old school but I don't believe that I should have to ring a bell to singal for a cashier to come customer me out! Shouldn't this be their responsibility to be checking on the register?? Once the clerk arrived at the counter, she was clearly in a bad mood! Complaining about your she was over today! While checking me out, her and a fellow coworker talk to each other about the next days schedule and how it was terribly done. Was never handed my receipt or was told to have a nice night etc! Good customer service goes a long way!

I went in looking for one item. I couldn't find it so I asked a staff member if they carried it. She said no and as I was leaving, she wished me to have a good weekend. She was taught customer service very well

Clean store and good customer service, but be careful using coupons....my $5/$25 purchase did not come off and I had to go back and get a refund.

Nothing great,nothing bad. Just a regular store. I didn't think prices were any great deal but weren't a rip-off either. I guess a bit better than average.

Parking is not convenient. Also they charge for using the debit card First time I've ever been charged for getting cash back when I made a purchase!

I love dollar general, I use to set up and work at the one on west Fulton st. In waupaca and I worked at the one in iowa. Wish I could go back
