We've hired H&R Carpets several times and have always been extremely pleased not only with the flooring they installed but also with the professionalism and expertise of their installers, designers and office staff. Their designer Amanda recently helped us pick out beautiful carpet and padding for our heavily dog-trafficked areas. The fellow who installed it worked hard to make everything look perfect. We were so impressed with everyone we worked with. The new carpet looks lovely and the price was great too.

I went to many places to look for carpet for my living room and flooring for my bathroom. After going to four different places, I went to H&R Carpets. The customer service I received was honestly the best service I have ever received anywhere. Amanda spent a lot of time with me explaining the differences in carpet fibers and hard flooring for my bathroom which I very much appreciated as it allowed me to make the purchasing decision I felt comfortable with. Price wise, I found them to be very comparable, if not better, then other carpet businesses, so the excellent customer service sealed the deal for me. It also made me feel good that they use their own installer which I found to be professional and very skilled. My carpet and flooring look fantastic and I am very pleased with the quality of the install. I had my living room, two sets of stairs and a hallway done in carpet and the finishing and seaming on all areas was excellent. My bathroom floor also included new baseboard trim which was perfectly cut and stained and is the end result of all is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much H&R Carpets. You now have a customer for life!

We went to several local flooring businesses to find someone who could help us replace flooring that had multiple issues - nails coming up, unevenness, cracks, etc. H&R was not the cheapest, but also not expensive. We found exactly the flooring we wanted and it arrived earlier than we expected with all of the current delivery issues. The installer, Andrew, was excellent! I have been in the carpet maintenance business for over 30 years. H&R recently installed carpet in 4 areas of our house and I cannot emphasize the quality of their work. Andrew was our main installer and his skill is 5 stars compared to other installers I have used in the past. Not only did he install quickly, but he has knowledgeable ideas for the little things that crop up during the installation, like how to cover up blemishes in our tile, or woodwork. This is the second time our family has worked with H&R Carpets for flooring and window coverings and there is a reason we are repeat customers. H&R simply does not disappoint. Trying to write a review that does their services justice is incredibly hard. You have to experience their services to appreciate them.What I can say is that they do far more than carpet sales and installation. We worked with Tammy Endres for both building projects who not only helped us pick out flooring, shower tile and tile around our fireplace, but also helped us with paint color coordination. If you've ever built a new home, you know how overwhelming that can be as well as making sure everything picked out looks great together. Tammy makes the process absolutely painless. The fact that she helped us coordinate paint colors went above and beyond what we expected. She took time to get to know us as people as well as our preferences for design. We NEVER felt like a number or just another customer.COVID posed it's challenges with product availability, but Tammy kept us posted every step of the way, and when we encountered products on backorder, she made herself available to meet with us asap. Tammy is simply AMAZING as is Brent Ziegler. Their staff is incredibly professional and they embody the term "the customer comes first". The carpet in our main floor living and family rooms needed replacement after years of (ab)use from our dog. We were very happy with the service and knowledge of the H&R staff as they helped us find a very good match to the other carpet in our home that came with some extras to avoid future dog-related issues (e.g. water proof backing). The install was finished in under 4 hours, and frankly, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We had both carpet and wood installed. We are over the moon happy with everything from our salesperson Alyssa to the measuring person Al Acker to the installer Rocky Acker. I could not believe that Rocky could install so much carpet and move so much furniture all by himself. The carpet on the porch was installed at a different time by a young man. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was pleasant, helpful and a great installer. The wood installation was great too. VERY happy with everything. I used to work for both Nonn's and Sergenians so I know quite a bit about flooring and I can tell you it was a wonderful experience working with H&R. Betsy did the installation set ups and the book keeping and it was a pleasure working with her too. Great experience.

H&R replaced a carpet with oak flooring in our bedroom. The match to oak previously installed in the adjoining hallway was perfect. This was a complicated job as the closet had California type cupboards/panels and required not only the wood, but "shoe" installed around the panels that met the floor. I was actually very pleased with the finished product. The interior designer and the person taking measurements came out to my house together and we talked about what I wanted. I was able to view carpet samples in my house. Ultimately I ended up going out to the store to pick my carpet and seal the deal. I only gave 4 of 5 stars just because I didn't necessarily connect with the interior designer, but like I said, I was very pleased with the finished product. The installation was excellent and the guy doing the work knew his stuff, was very friendly, and cleaned up.

I had a really great experience shopping for laminate flooring at H and r carpet. Barely walked in and was greeted immediately and got down to business. Alysia helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't have been happier. And she responded with quotes efficiently even during the holiday season. I went a few more times for more material and got a different saleswoman who was equally helpful. So to all the sales staff I want to say thank you! You rock. I'm not tech savvy enough to post pics but my condo looks brand new and it was built in 1988! Thanks H and R. Gonna come back soon and shop for new carpeting soon
