My order had been rung up wrong, which is fine, it happens. What was not fine was the younger woman made the older woman cry about it. Then they gave me the wrong drink and had I known they'd make my correct drink wrong, very bitter, instead of sweet, I would have just taken the first one. Then as she was finishing my drink she spun around and knocked into a coworker, some of the drink spilled and I told them to just give it to me, because she looked.lile she wanted to yell at the same coworker, accidents happen. Then there was no cheese on my son's sandwich, which was a huge deal for him. They didn't have any yellow cheese nearby so they offered white. When I said no, they didn't make a big deal out of it, so that was good. They went to a cooler to get some yellow cheese no complaints. I'm not sure the one gal knew she made the other cry, but had I been on the receiving end, I would have cried too. They need to slow down and breathe. I was a manager at coffee and bagel for 4 years, so I totally understand, and I hate that I had to leave this review. I hope it's used as a training tool. Be kind to your coworkers, especially in a rush. They're going through the same thing you are. You're a team.

Been coming here after work morning to get a hot chocolate with milk ( was actually offered to be with milk by employee one day never went back) the last two days we have been met with rudeness and actually yelled at us through the window the second day were tried she said there is no way to charge us for the milk so she can’t do that and nobody should be doing it with milk. She’s an older lady and very very rude no reason to get mad because her other employees named us happy she does not she acts as though she hated her job and it shows

I went on Monday for breakfast and they didn’t have the Halloween donuts yet. They offered to make them special for me to take to work Wednesday! Great customer service, and great donuts! The spiders are always such a hit!

Go through drive through if you go here. Waited for 5 min at the counter, took 2 attempts to get anyone's attention and they barely paid attention after that. I understand it's busy. Maybe a bell for inside if noone's going to pay attention to the counter. I counted at least 5 people working. My wrap was not appealing, everything was rushed. Trust the reviews on this one.

Stopped to grab me a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cream Cheese and toasted.It was the worst bagel I ever got there.I couldn't believe they thought this bagel looked good. It didn't taste like they toasted it and very little cream cheese.I will think twice about getting a bagel there again.

First the good: only drive through coffee shop on my way to work, so convenient location, plus i can order ahead easily on the app so its ready when i get there. The employees are always nice and smiling and polite.Speaking of the app I wish you could customize your order more. Why can I add extra cheese, cream cheese, avocado spread in cash/person but not on the app? Annoying and seems like bad business since these are all upcharges!! Also more vegetarian options would be nice.However, the drinks here are not good compared to other locations. I got a macchiato at an alternate location this weekend and it was about 40% cream and 60% espresso on top and filled tot the top, and it was awesome. I order in Waunakee and its almost all cream, and my cup is nowhere near full. This happens consistently at this location. I highly recommend sticking to straight coffee/cold brew drinks here and go to m&m across the street to get your lattes and such (even though you'll have to actually get out of your car there!).

I just came through and tried to order myself a pumpkin spice late , I asked for no whip cream and they still put whip cream in it , I asked them to remake it and they did, I went to taste it and noticed they added a shot of vanilla flavoring as well, I politely explained to them that I didn’t ask for the vanilla shot and to please make it again . I was met with attitude from the child who took my order , he said “for next the the signature late comes with vanilla “ I said “ I didn’t order the signature late I just wanted the pumpkin spice “ he then tried to continue to argue with me about my coffee. All he had to do was make the drink correctly the fist time . Instead of being helpful , he gave me attitude because I called him out TWICE because he messed up my coffee , TWICE . I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts . Maybe retrain your employees on how to treat customers.

This place isn't going to last long once Starbucks opens.I always have the same order, breakfast sandwich and simple coffee... But, yet again the order is wrong. I even asked them when ordering to make sure it's correct as the last few times the breakfast sandwich has been wrong. The lady says she will make sure it's correct. When I got the window I felt the need to double check that it was indeed correct. It wasn't. It wasn't even close to being correct. They handed me an empty bagel wrapped up like a sandwich.Best part is they know how bad they are, the management wont even offer a reply to any of the many complaints in these reviews. They simple just don't care. Save yourself the stress of starting your day wrong with always the wrong order and just go some place else. Any place else is better than the waunakee dunkin.Parking: none

Always a displeasure to visit. The staff is always rude and i expect a screaming “STILL WORKING ON IT” whenever i tell them i have a mobile order to pick up in the drive through. The young girls working there always have an attitude never replying back to my thank you. I can always count on being judged, uncomfortable and left unhappy. At least that is consistent unlike the drinks that they serve. It’s always up in the air whether my coffee with be in line with a cup of pond scum or drinkable. I would not recommend this location unless you appreciate being degraded.

If you value clean food this isn't the place you want to go. I made a quick stop this morning for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The guy at the window handling all the money with his glove on is the same guy running to the oven to pull your sandwich out with the same glove. It's like he thinks the glove is there to protect his precious hands from getting dirty vs not getting who knows what all over everyone's food. Needless to say I threw the sandwich away and won't be going back. Bad service is one thing but bad food handling practices are unacceptable.

I order the bacon wake up wraps every morning and they are always beautiful. Sometimes my coffees have some grounds in them though. Overall the quality is what you would expect for fast food, but very much worth the price.

It's fine. It only gets business because they're aren't any other coffee drive thru joints in Waunakee. I ordered a medium latte today. It was immediately handed to me after I paid. It was room temperature. They rushed it and didn't finish steaming the milk.My wife recently had an awkward experience too. She went through the drive thru and ordered bagel bites. They rushed her order through, and the staff clapped at the window guy when she received her order. Her food was frozen in the center.I think they are getting pressure from corporate to lower drive thru ticket times, and it is absolutely showing. Lukewarm coffee and half cooked food shows that you are rushing.

I tried to pick up donuts Saturday morning about 7:15 on the 23rd of October and the store was locked. Looking at 2 employees standing there I called the store to see if they were going to open….not sure what they were doing but apparently they were too busy to get the phone ;)After trying to get in the building and then calling the place I wasn’t going to waste any more time seeing if the drive through was open.I just headed down the street to Kwik Trip where there’s always excellent coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and even better service!

Alisha and Aliyah are a bright shining light on my morning. Alisha specifically goes above and beyond. Her tonality over the microphone is so warm and kind and patient. She went as far as to show me how many pumps of sugar she was gunna use this morning. I’m very impressed with her work ethic and her positive attitude. The world needs more Alisha’s!!!!
