One of the nicest Dollar Tree stores I've ever been in. Clean, big aisles, but...the checkout person forgot to give us one of our bags (missing gifts bags and plant accessories). Lost about $5 in all, frustrating.

This Store in Waunakee Wisconsin is the WORST store ever. They are never open when I have gone over to shop. Their main excuses are the cash registers are down and the internet is down or the doors are locked during open business hours.I went over to shop the store it was open then I bring my items to check out and she tells me the registers are not working properly. There seems to be no management in the store and only one check out person.They will not answer their phones and the hours are not even posted on the door. This has been going on for 2 1/2 months already.They have so many boxes of products that need to be stocked it just keeps piling up and it’s impossible to move a shopping cart around because the isles are blocked by boxes of products.What's really is hilarious is that every other business is open and their cash registers are working and their internet is working just fine in the outlet mall stores In Waunakee.I waited yesterday Saturday 26th of August 2023 to see if they would open during business hours and 13 people came to the store and were turned away because of locked doors.The doors again were locked and absolutely no real reason posted as to why they were closed.DON’T SHOP THAT STORE IT IS A DISAPPOINTING DISASTER!!!

This is the second time I have tried to go to this store. This time there were no hours on the door. According to the times they are open they should have been open at 9am. I got there at like 9:30. I even tried calling with no answer. Bad store. So I just called there at like 515 & asked for their hours. The kid even said the posted time. No clue & BAD MANAGEMENT.

I went here all of the time as a kid and it was your typical dollar store, nothing extraordinary but not bad either. Now, the hours are unknown to everyone. They are extremely understaffed. I recommend that everyone avoids this place in hopes that it's closed and replaced with something better. You really couldn't ask for a better location in Waunakee.

Frustrating to stand outside at 10:15, see all the lights on, but the doors are locked. No sign on the door explaining anything. Also, the phone number that’s posted online is out of service.

Clean and generally well stocked but the cashier is absolutely awful as are their unpredictable hours. With one person on staff, it is normal to wait 15-20 mins to check out. They are out of helium and have been out for some time so don't go for balloons.They are desperate for new hires but I don't blame anyone for not wanting to work with the people already there as their only employee treats everyone terribly.

Unexpectedly closed / doors wouldn’t open during normal business hours despite lights being on inside. No sign out front to indicate what was going on. Nobody answered the phone. Unclear if related to short-staffing or another issue, but the lack of communication is the reason for the low rating. Normally, I’ve had no issues here and find the store clean and well-stocked.

Website says that the store hours are 9 AM to 9 PM. When I got there, the sign on the door says that they don't open till 130. If a place is going to change their hours, the Website needs to reflect those hours!

Store hours say open on Saturdays at 9am. Drove to Waunakee and got here at 9:50am and not open. Numerous people were wanting to shop. Change your store hours on your website.

This location is generally clean and well stocked. Their hours are very unpredictable, however. They've been closed the last three times I stopped at various times of the day. I just posted a photo with their currently posted hours.

Especially for birthdays graduations and anniversaries they have great classroom materials for teachers and students They have a wide selection of food and beverages as well as party favors their customer rep was excellent and speedy very clean store fast efficient tech

A couple of times looking over the place and you’ll have a good idea where to find almost anything you’re looking for! One dollar is the price on everything! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a higher or lower price on anything? The value of the products average things out I imagine. There’s only one thing I don’t don’t like and it’s the fact that they don’t carry name brand cleaning supplies. They are finally selling the smaller bottles of, I think it’s “Clorox” toilet bowl cleaner. The other ones aren’t worth the saving! But they do have Comet & Ajax, a few of those types of great cleaning supplies! They have good window cleaner, which is awesome, A big bottle of it for $1. And for everything else, you can’t beat the selections or price. It’s hard to leave once you start looking around!

Usually I absolutely LOVE this store and the employees . However, today the cashier was awful not only to me but to the elderly lady in front of me. Crystal was her name. I got a receipt just for the purpose of getting her name, as I asked n she just stared at me. The elderly woman in front of me asked for a receipt and the cashier just rolled her eyes n said then click the button. Well I’m sorry but if she was elderly it’s not like she couldn’t click the button for her. As for our interaction she didn’t say two words just rolled her eyes when I was pulling out my credit card. She didn’t hand my bag to me just shoved it on the counter and did the same with the receipt. This is completely unprofessional and I’d expect this from maybe a high school aged person but not someone in their late 40s.

I will never shop at this dollar tree again. Today I came in there to get a couple of cleaning essentials for my new apartment. I came in thinking that I would be treated like a customer and not racially profiled by an employee. I had my 2 children with me as well. I go to the counter and the lady comments on my children which I don’t really care she says you have your hands full as if she is the one that takes any care of my kids. Then I tell her that the ice cream and the items are separate she proceeds to tell me are you using food stamps? First how would she know if I didn’t have a credit card! Or other cash! I felt extremely uncomfortable! And extremely upset I wanted to walk out at this point she embarrassed me not only publicly but in front of my children. She also didn’t hand me my bag horrible experience and I will never forget this day. Ever!

This was the nicest, cleanest, most organized Dollar Tree i have ever been in. Very nice selection. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be returning to this location. I was glad to see some different items that arent at the Dollar Tree in my town.

Every single time I stop to shop waunakee location, all the cashiers act like they never seen Asian in their stores. Eyeball us like we going to steal. Believe me we Asians we don't steal unless it's given.

Needs more products and staff needs to learn to double bag if they're going to add all the heavy stuff in one bag. My bag broke open in the parking lot. Night staff need to not be on their phones too. Terrible customer service.
