My puppy is happy to come for grooming. He needs his nails trimmed often and the groomer does an excellent job. They keep me informed of when he will be done by text and a phone call. I tried another service and like the petco best.

Very accommodating to our pets specific needs! Very friendly and personable staff. Always good to see your pet hop right up onto the table and have his tail wagging the entire time.

The absolute worst Petco I have ever been. I have been to the one in Saint Francis which is the best. I came out here to get my dog groomed and pay for the summer package I had Missy do my dog I paid for the bath and the summer package and she look like she cut my dog with beautiful hair and on top of that my dog was still wet and did not come with a bandana which was supposed to come with my grooming packages now this was almost $80 that I paid and was not happy before I went out of town. I will never be back good luck going to Missy not sure if it was because if I were black, if my dog was black, or if she is just an horrible groomer. if it was because if I were black, if my dog was black, or if she is just in horrible. Sad to say I am a great teipper but she deserved nothing. Tho I still gave something.

Baxter doesn't seem really freaked out when I pick him up. So, I know he must of been treated well. The blueberry facials remove all his tear stains. He won't let me try to clean his tears at home. His haircut is always perfect. Nails done great. He smells terrific. I think he loves the spa treatments. And, I love the little bandana's.

Staff is wonderful. Joy does such a fantastic job on our dogs nails. We try to take him in when she is there. He gets so excited when we ask him if he wants to go see Joy. Have used other branches though, when going to Waukesha is not possible.

I dropped off Skylar, my yellow lab, for her annual bath, a nail trimming and a tooth brushing. I returned about an hour later to pick her up. All services appear to be done well. Very satisfied. For some reason, they set another appointment for another bath two months down the road without a request from me. I cancelled that date.

I love the crew at our Petco. Lucy was awesome with both of our dogs....they got the best nail clipping and grinding ever. Everyone there is super friendly and knows how to do their job.

We received a call from petco grooming to schedule us. I was sooo excited because they reserved room for there regular customers. Appointment wait time right now are 3 MONTH out. Who ever had that idea kept me a customer for life!!

For the amount of time it would take my husband and I to wrestle our puppy to the ground and attempt to trim her nails, the drive to Petco and the $10 is totally worth it. I can't believe it only takes them 5 minutes!
