Store is clean. Floor staff are helpful. Staff at front by check out seem to be more concerned about their phone than having lines move thru quickly. I get hiring shortage but when young people are waiting on manager to scan alcohol and said managers are just doing a walk about,instead of opening another register until lines die down some. Self checkout doesn't need 3 people monitoring customers doing jobs that employees could bee doing at a register. Please train more cashiers vs having people stand around pretending to be busy.

Soup sandwich!!!! Self check out is horrible!!! It's like Wal-Mart hired someone that got hit in the head by the idea fairy!!! An education doesn't translate to intelligence! I'm finished I will never shop at that arm Pit ever again! My first time at woodmans was last week. Wal-Mart will never get another dime from me! Everyone go to woodmans you'll love it

Still not a fan of basically only having self-checkout but that ships sailed.I really wish that the water dispenser for refilling 5 gallon bottles worked correctly. It's been dispensing at about half speed for a few months now despite the service sticker showing that work had been done (or at least checked, whatever warrants a date serviced sticker)Just getting greedy here but it would also be amazing if the unit, featuring two nozzles and two separate controls, actually had enough room to fill two standard 5 gallon bottles. Literally the exact bottles your machine was made for, gotten from the 76th st store. Their machine won't accommodate two bottles either, just getting greedy

Whatever you do, don't buy something online for pick up and expect it to be at the store when you get there. Nay, don't be like me and drive 30 minutes one way because a certain walmart was one of a few with an item in stock. Apparently, even though you BOUGHT the item, (money literally taken out of your bank account), everything is still on a first come, first serve basis. So PLEASE, don't buy something online and expect them to hold the item for you. Even though they fail to mention that on the website or in confirmation emails. They'll take your money, wait for you to show up, tell you it's out of stock, and then tell you that the item is no longer on sale. And because the item is no longer on sale, you'll have to re-buy the item at a higher price. Of course, you may have to wait for the refund from the order they canceled, which may take a few days. Also, please don't waste time complaining to the store manager, she'll just tell you to call corporate, but she will be so kind as to give you corporate's number. But please don't waste time calling corporate, they'll just tell you that the item is of a 3rd party, and even though it's the store's fault that they sold YOUR item, they can't match the sale because it's of a 3rd party.

Overall 1 * better than Madison Walmarts. But still only two stars! Long waits for registers on checkout while several employees' walking around. One person running the returns in customer service and support while the line continues to get bigger.I asked for another register to be opened but was told there was nothing they could do!!! If we were at Twik Trip, they would have called several employees' up when a line starts to form and when it is cleared they return to what they were doing before.With how poorly they pay their employees you would think they would have extras around just for the busy times! Obviously they just want max profits and if that means customers waiting for lengths of time they do not care.I do not like self check out but when only 5 registers are open and backing up into the main aisle it seems the only choice other than waiting.Please expedite the process of getting customers in and out promptly and the profits will still be the same and maybe even more!!!

Still a good store 2 years later, solid in all aspects.Overall fine, decent grocery and home goods areas. Sadly the garden center was disappointing. Flowers and plant quality was really down compared to prior years and places like Menards.

I go here to get half dead plants half off and then I bring them back to life. Maybe they will be even cheaper soon! With a little love you can make a lot of cool potted plants. Wish they had perlite and some other substrates.

There are only a few select people at this store that are kind, helpful and pay attention to what is going on. There’s no more help for anyone who needs help. Gone are the days of smiles and assistance and it’s sad. The lack of common courtesy to say “excuse me” by the store pick shoppers as they fill orders, basic assistance from employees for customers when they need help or even an employee to step in and offer assistance is extremely rare in this store. Hopefully people will learn to take more pride in working their jobs.

Extremely poor customer service, poor management. I was at the store yesterday morning, and needed to make a return. There were only (2) return lanes open, and there were 23 people waiting in line. The lanes will occupied by individual doing money transfers. Single transaction, after transaction, after transaction. I waited 35 minutes to even get to the counter. While I understand this is a service Walmart does, why allow both lanes to be occupied for extensive periods of time doing money transfers. If no one is waiting, no issues, but when there started to develop a line of people, this should not be allowed. A few others in front of and also behind me were also upset. I left the store and attempted to call and discuss my concerns with a manager. The phone option was to select 0 to be connected with the store operator. The phone rang for over 5 minutes, and was not answered. I tried again…same response. I then tried option 8 which was to be connected to HR, no response. I then called back and used the prompt to get the tire center. Someone did answer. I explained that I wished to talk with a manager. She explained she was a coach and would assist. I explained what happened at customer service as well as the issues with individuals answering the phone. She took my information, and said that “Alton” the manger would be in within the hour and I would get a return call. Almost 24 hours later, no return call, nothing.Why do they thing consumers are willing to put up with piss poor service. This starts with the managers for lack of training and follow through. Very disappointed Walmart, you need to do better.

Food is good, but the Online Grocery Pickup people are very rude when you're trying to shop. I understand they're trying to be quick, but it doesn't mix with the public who are trying to figure out where they're going. They handled the situation poorly. Very impatient and unprofessional.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. This place constantly is on your back at self checkout, and accusing you of stealing after you pay for your items. My wife was in self checkout, paid for all her items, and was accused of stealing by the little girl watching the registers. After seeing her receipt, she said oh I’m just having a bad day. This happened again today. Terrible place with terrible people. Get registers with people scanning if you’re so worried about folks stealing!!

Walmart is getting worse and worser yet.. Not only do they have us checking ourselves out. Products are getting cheaper and cheaper. Their staff can't be bothered to help anyone. I feel they should issue all of us a 1099 at end of year. We have all become employees of Walmart if we decide to shop their.

Their remodel did not make a better store for us or however they worded it. I may be wrong but it seems like the grocery and general merchandise aisles are narrower than the previously were. And it's even harder now than previously to get thru the racks of clothing. They have some great cashiers working now, let's hope they stick around. Was very happy to see more staffed check out lines the last few times we were in. I have to use an electric scooter if I am going to be doing a lot of walking in the store because of a spinal problem. Self checkout is pretty much impossible for people like me.

Stoned employees, unfriendly (bordering on rude)cashier, unorganized electronic dept. I asked the cashier if she even wanted to sell me the product. Of course customers dare not speak up in fear of police being called and trespassed. Better not to shop there and go where customers are wanted and appreciated.

Walmart is a "big box" everything under one roof store. My main complaint is the lack of any help for the customer. Second complaint are the self-checkout lanes with perhaps only one human cashier lane open. And, of course, customers are lined up at that register half-way into the clothing department because they don't like "self-service." Simple remedy - shop at another store.

I'm convinced Walmart employees are miserable. Most of them are just rude and not pleasant. Hate the few checkouts that are usually open as well as the shorter belts to put all your grocery items on. Takes longer to unload your cart. I try to do pickup more often because of this.I wish they would pay more attention to the baby food aisle - lately, a lot is not on the shelf but I can see it up on the riser/ top shelf. And it's a mess, not in order or where it should be. (More so the food pouches)

We are happy that we can do the one stop and shop all at one time. We appreciate not having to drive all over to pick up different things, especially with high gas prices. We picked up a frying pan as well as a couple of tops, and some groceries. The workers are very helpful if you don't know where to find something.
