The manager at the kwik Trip on church street,Is rude and unreasonable. I tried to exchange an unopened bag of pipe tobacco for cigarette tobacco. She started yelling at me and was going to call the police. Because she didn't think I bought it there..lol.. no other store sells that brand..plus they threw the recipe into there waste basket. Can't believe she would be a manager anywhere!!

This is a smaller KT, but it is clean and well maintained.This location does not have a car wash, but there are two other KTs in town that do.

I like Kwik Trips because of their friendly service. But the woman at this Kwik Trip was extremely rude to me. I don't know her name. She was a short bigger woman, with blondish brown hair. She was very passive aggressive, loud and obnoxious. She glared at me as I left the store and sarcastically yelled, Have a good night sir! All because my car was overlapping into a no parking zone on the front corner of the store. I have a medical condition that makes me use the restroom frequently, and couldn't wait. She said loudly to another customer that the semi drivers will be angry that I'm parked there at that time of the morning. It was 9/09/23 at 9:30pm. I expect better from Kwik Trip employees.

This Kwik Trip is my nightly go to. I see the 3rd shift employees often, for years now. I just want to say there's 3 people that really deserve recognition for being outstanding in their positions: Sam, Allison, and Rick. From what I've seen, these people really put in their all to keep the place running smoothly, and I greatly appreciate them all.

This place used to be nice and friendly up until recently. I don’t know what happened but there never is a manager on duty,. The two old women who say that they are running the show, but say that they don’t have a manager anymore (Kristin and I didn’t see a name tag on the other one) - they tell you that they don’t know what they are doing and they outright call customers bit—es. This used to be a place of smiles, courtesy, and customer appreciation. Now it’s people who literally don’t want to deal with people at all. This place needs a manager, or someone to train them, and I miss the friendly workers who have apparently flown the coop.

"Big on fresh...low on price" the price thing has never been true, neighboring gas stations are always cheaper with identical product, and they claim this by making one thing ridiculously cheap while constantly jacking up everything else. If you really are doing low prices, you won't ever need a sale, because that would imply you aren't doing low prices. HmmAs for this pear, it is super fresh as you can clearly see. Disgusting. I'm done here, we should stop patronizing at all of them. I know I am. 4 price hikes in 6 months, while you build new stores and increasing wages? Yeah, u all are dying for money aren't you

DO NOT go into this store if you want to call it that and tell them they have a problem with a pump. The manager would not even look at my proof that I didn't get the gas I paid for. She started raising her voice and being very defensive and treated me as if I was pan handling for gas. I tried to show her proof and she walked away. And got another attendant. He acted incomplacent to the situation so I explained to him the deal I felt from the manager. Another unruly staff member chimed in I turuptingly and said what I felt was wrong. And I was wrong. And not to get her started in a very threatening tone. No one person can tell another one person what they feel is right or wrong it's what they feel. That in itself is wrong. What a terrible experience on thanks giving. I just wanted the gas the pump didn't give me and wanted them to bag the pump. She shouted that she gave me 10 bucks on another pump and have a good day. Like I was a terrible problem in the store. I ended up going to that pump and getting the few dollars I didn't get and left the rest of it on the pump for them to clear. I only wanted What I paid for. But I was treated like a panhandler. What a terrible experience to have on a holiday. I will never be back. Do not go Kwik trip store #354. Pass it and go down one mile to the shell station. Much happier and friendly staff in that one. Never treated so badly like a plague in my life.

I've always been greeted with a smile at this location. I've never had an issue with anything while shopping at this location. It's nice to have a gas station on this side of town. KT really has Watertown hooked up with their gas stations.

I bought a southwest salad. The cashier asked if I had tried it with the chipotle ranch and tortilla strips. She went and got them for me and said, "you need to have the full experience with this salad". She did NOT disappoint! Thank you!

The female cashier wearing a full face mask needs to attend a class on customer service. Rude and rolling her eyes when my husband was walking slow with his coffee. (He has a disability) When I asked for my receipt she sighed heavenly. Not going back here again.

Second time I've walked in and had a rude interaction with the cook. Very rude the first time and the second time wouldn't even make eye contact much less say excuse me when trying to get by. Condiment area is always filthy and today the dispenser was left open and the nasty cover left on the counter. Very disappointed won't be back.

Lucas deserves the best Kwik Trip employee award. The only other place you find politeness and joy in a worker like that is Disney World.

I get ethonal free gas here for yard equipment. It's a separate hose just for the ethanol so it's pure, not diluted with a hose full of 10% ethanol like other retailers have.

All these Kwik Trips pretty much look alike, this one has good service and clean facilities. Otherwise it's your standard Kwik Trip fare.
