Dr Orchard truly advocates for the well being of every clients pet. Not only does she perform her daily duties with professionalism, kindness and compassion she takes into consideration how the pet owner is feeling. Just recently I needed to take my German shepherd dog for a visit which required extra visits. She thoroughly looked at all options to come up with the best plan of care for my dog. Responded in a timely manner to any of my out of clinic questions. No question was too small for her timely response. It’s also absolutely evident that Dr Orchard enjoys her job because it shines through in her staff. Everyone at the Waterloo veterinary clinic are absolutely amazing

Dr. Orchard is great! She explained my dog's illness very well and provided me with a nutritional guide. She also did not push for unnecessary tests, like the emergency 24 hour vet did. Very reasonable pricing - my dog has found a permanent vet!

My Goliath developed diabetes about 2.5 yrs. Ago and we found out that he also had a thyroid problem. They helped me out with all of the training and medications that that he needed. But unfortunately the diabetes took his eyesight. But he's adjusted better than we humans could ever expect. My boy is more important than anything else in my life and I won't trust his care to anyone else. Also his medications and food are cheaper buying from them than I have found anywhere in the country.

Wonderful place to get your pets checked. Our family has been going here for several years now, and has seen many furry friends of ours. They were so humid when we had to put one up our animals down, and helped us through the entire process. Definitely a place where you're treated like family.

A really good facility for your pet to go when under the weather. The people there are great and the Doctors are #1. Plenty of parking, over size front door for handicap accessibility. A great place that makes you feel comfortable taking your family pets for whatever and whenever they need a boost.

So happy with this place! They "squeezed" my dog in the next day because she had such a terrible ear infection, when 4 other vets would not. They treated her so well, and the price was very reasonable! They are also very COVID cautious, so if you are looking for that, this is the place!

Our friends referred us to Waterloo Veterinary Clinic since our vet was only able to see our cat on a drop off basis. I wanted to be there since our cat is very senior and born with disabilities, I didn't want to just drop him off to an unfamiliar place.I called as a new patient for our cat Stubby and was able to get an appt the same day, right away.Dr. Wolf and the entire staff were amazing and very personable. I like that they listened to my concerns and were willing to help Stubby.I highly recommend this clinic and will not hesitate to go back!

I would love to give Waterloo Veterinary Clinic 10 STARS but i am, sadly, limited to 5.... The girls at the front desk are amazingly friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. An amazing start to any vet visit or phone call, whether planned or unplanned! Things just get better when you are called, very quickly I may add, to the back....Dr Orchard is extremely personable, friendly and really knows her animals and how to keep them healthy. We came in with a pretty intense case for her and within just a few days she had my 13 year old pup back to acting like the puppy he is! She even called us back on her own time just to check and see how he was and if the regime she prescribed was indeed working. Our pup is now on an extended treatment plan to keep him well, and after going to multiple vets to have him checked with no diagnosis and a lot of disappointment, we are convinced we have the best vet in Wisconsin to keep him healthy and happy. Thank you guys so much at Waterloo Veterinary Clinic for being there for us and continuing to be there as we continue the healing process! You will never truly know how grateful we are! I absolutely recommend and tell everyone I know with animals that this is the place to go to for unquestionable price and care, along with irreplaceable people who really do care. xox.a.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Barb Smith and her staff. My pets actually don't mind going there. The vets are great about exams and attention to detail. The staff is very supportive and they go out of their way to help the pet owner care for their beloved four legged children.Keep up the good work and I'll see you in March for the yearly checkup. In the meantime, hope the Turkey day went well and that all of you have very merry holidays!
