Love going here. The costumer service is through the roof. First time stopping in I believe it was John who came and grabbed my cat food I was carrying and offered to carry my bags to the car in the pouring rain. Good prices and good quality supplies for cats and dogs.

The family who runs this store is about the nicest I have ever met. They really know how to treat their customers. And they sell pet food that is actually good for your pets, unlike most of the "healthy" food you will find at the big pet stores. And they even have a rewards program to save you money. Go here, you won't be dissapointed.

I came in looking for a food to put on top of my puppies kibble because he wasnt eating. The girl who helped me was really nice and gave me multiple recommendations for what would work with my pup! I ended up picking out the Stella and Chewy flavoring dust and wow!! My puppy ate most of his food today! Thank you so much :) I have one happy pup.

I was having a hard time getting a healthy kibble that my pup would eat, stopped in and John gave me a few samples to try. Found Signature to be Marty's (my pups) new go to! John filled me in on all the details about this food, the reviews and the fact that this is one of the only dog foods that has not had a recall. Automatic winner. The homemade treats and leashes/accessories are also so cool! I come from Franklin just to shop here. Knowledgable, friendly, and all out phenomenal. I give it two thumbs up and Marty gives two paws up!!

Wonderful experience!Free kibble samples to figure out what our rescued dog enjoys, excellent quality cat and dog food. Only good vibes. A very thoughtful goodie bag was given to our rescued pit. We will definitely be back for all cat and dog needs, thank you!

I met the owners, John and Michelle. They are wonderful people who really care about what they are doing for the community. John gave me multiple excellent recommendations for my 5 month old puppy; like a licking mat, organic pumpkin and chicken feet. My puppy loves all of these recommendations. I would say that this place is worth driving a little farther to visit. When you do, make sure to sign up for the programs they offer!

1st visit to store just for Fromme dog food but left with more! Unique pet items, quality food & snack brands. I was assuming the price for our dog food would be at least slightly more than where we usually get it or have bought elsewhere & was happy to find that the prices I knew of with a few food types were as low as we've found at a few other locations! This is closer to home, SUCH kind & friendly staff, & like to support great small businesses, which this is! I appreciate the option for free local delivery if needed at some point as well. My daughter LOVED the little resident kitten tearing all over the store too!

Came in looking for something to assist with giving my cat prescription meds. John suggested several things, one is my go-to for my 19 yr old cat. Ventured to other products for my dogs as well plus the items for humans are to be desired! A great place and great owners!

My cat really enjoys the food and the minnow treats. It's nice to have a special treat for her thats healthy. Her coat is looking beautiful with her new food and she's having less stomach trouble. The bird seed seems to be popular with the birds as well (maybe even too popular. They've emptied all three of my feeders in one day lol)
