Every time I go in here I am treated respectfully and they help me find what I’m looking for - either in shop or telling me how to find it somewhere else. I was also really glad to see that they make keys, since we really needed a car duplicate - Greg was awesome today! Highly recommend.

I like all his staff except for the tall guy. I spend quite a bit of money at hardware stores and lumber yards, as I'm always building 10 different things. I had a few bad experiences with Mate and then lost my temper and screamed. That's why I knocked off two stars. Since then, every time I go there, I find him friendly and helpful, although I usually do avoid his store if I can, but I'm starting to feel better about the place. Maybe a 5 star sometime in the future.

Washburn Hardware & Sport is a wonderful place with a friendly and helpful staff! If they dont have what you need they will gladly send to to one of the communities resources. Besides hardware they can also help with your bike and ski needs.

We live a couple blocks away and we have spent a lot of time in this hardware store. Staff is very helpful and have great advice if it is asked for. Several times I have walked in and out with exactly what I needed in almost no time flat.

This is a small hardware store but the prices are not bad and they carry most things you need. The staff is friendly and they will help you find what you need quickly.

Great little hardware, with everything you need. Now has a bike shop and sells Specialized brand bikes at a surprisingly fair price.

This guy is a raciest bigot! He called the police on me twice and is pressing charges against for complaining about racism and how unprofessional he is! This guy is a huge raciest toward Middle Eastern/Indians people from India. He's an idiot and can't even find you his tools in the store or know what they're for. His store is a rip off and he has raciest bad customer service making his business not worth a damn!

Everything you would want in a hardware store. If they don't have it for some reason I can go to their website, order it online and it ships to the store for free. I'm so happy that they are in Washburn.
