Know ahead of time that this place isn't quick but the food is superior. Local ingredients are used when in season and perfectly cooked and presented. We've had many amazing meals at this hidden gem of a restaurant. They have a Friday fish dinner that is amazing and AYCE for $16! The broiled fish is divine! Get the pork belly bowl if you’re there for Sunday brunch. Service can be slow and inattentive since they're always packed. I would recommend making reservations.

My friends and I had a wonderful meal at the Fat Radish. From appetizers to dessert every bite was delicious. They were extremely accommodating for my friend with celiac. The cocktails were just as fun as the food options. Definitely a great experience from beginning to end.

The place is charming in a rustic log cabin way with warm touches of local artistry adorning it's walls. The food was a flavor bomb of unexpected colors and flavors that dance about the taste buds! I highly recommend the Shrimp Benny w/polenta and the Korean pork belly bowl. The eggs were perfectly poached! I can't wait to return for the shrimp Po boy... I wish I took pictures but I was too busy really enjoying the experience...

We stopped in at 7:50pm to celebrate a birrhday. Was able to get a table as a walk-in. Little wait didn't seat until 8:05pm. We were provided delicious bread and water while we waited for server. By the time the waiter arrived the bread was gone. At a meager pace it was eaten. We order beverages and our meal as we could tell wait staff was overextended. Drinks came in and were very off. The mojito I ordered was very minty and felt very off in flavoring. My partners mule was very much lime in taste. For the quality the price was about $2 or $3 dollars too high from menu. After receiving bills I was charged an additional $3 for Bacardi I never requested. Pretty shady. Our salads were delivered and were exquisite if there is one thing I can say "This restaurant did right on all things that were not the main focus". The salad was warm from the plate and was magnificent. When our food finally arrived it was 30 minutes after our salads were taken. My flat iron steak was cold, the potatoes were additionally cold. The steak had multiple cuts to it and the heat escaped. The asparagus and carrot were fantastic. My partner got the short ribs. We expected the ribs to be bone on, they were not. They were served very dry with a sauce to dip and the meat was again cold. The artichoke and the Mac and Cheese were amazing. Sadly the sides could not save the meal for us. The meal was approximately $100. Will not return but you will gain a wonderful story.

Horrible experience. Serving staff made negative comments about our tables beverage choices which could be overheard from the kitchen. The tables we were seated at were wobbly cheap junk. Food was universally over cooked, dried out meats, dried out sauces, with over cooked mushy pasta. Between the staffs behavior and the poor food I'd give this place a pass. We paid and left without finishing anything we'd ordered, then went to another local place to get treated properly for my friends birthday.

The bathroom is super cute!!! The food and waitresses is amazing. Go there if you aren’t in a hurry. Overall cute place and there live music area looks super cool.

Oh boy! Stopped in here October 3rd for lunch. Great food, great service. we walked in the door just as they were getting ready for dinner service and were nice enough to let us have lunch. Our table had homemade pot pie, Cuban mojito in a bowl, white fish tacos, and homemade mac and cheese. The homemade pot pie I had was in a bowl, fresh crust, black beans, red cabbage and pork!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. We were hungry after hiking the Meyer's beach trail and we were happy to find outdoor seating close by. The food selection is great and reasonably priced (though I live on the east coast so maybe I'm used to higher prices?)! We had a pot of tea, the roasted vegetable platter, soup, and the fish tacos. Overall, the soup was my favorite, it was SO GOOD. I was very happy with all of it though. Lots of seasonal dishes with local produce.I thought the service was great. Servers were very friendly and helpful. I saw the good food takes time sign on the wall when we arrived, but I never once thought "where is my food?". Everything came out in a timely manner at the appropriate temperature. We weren't even done with our appetizer before the main course arrived! We dined just before the lunch rush, so that was definitely a plus.I'm so sad I live so far away because I would be a regular here if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Drive from bayfield across the peninsula to visit cornacopia and the fat radish. Great choice. Not the fancy place, but a great supper club feel. Friendly staff, happy staff and excentlt food. Had the whitefish mango and curry on rice with salad and old fashion. Also the beef tenderloin on potatos woth a red wine and mushroom sauce. All very good on the small outdoor patio away from band. Be carefull if you sit outside not to be on the patio woth band. Uness you like the loud music, then you can.

We got the chicken strips and they were not cooked through. We also got the onion rings and they were completely burnt. We also ordered the Mac and cheese and it was bland and cold. This was our second visit here and the first time both the onion rings and chicken strips were different. I don’t know if they started ordering cheaper products or what happened but it doesn’t change the fact that everything was cooked incorrectly.

Cheryl at the bar was a gem. She recommended the fish fry. I'm not a huge fish fry kind of gal, but this is not your average fish fry. I had pan seared trout and instead of potatoes I was able to substitute for an amazing risotto. I will be thinking about and craving this meal until next time I am visiting this area. This place is a must stop, you must eat here. The owner was very upbeat, personable and attentive. Great experience, thank you!!

We had a quick stop here for a late lunch. The quick sandwich was excellent. Two sets of friends independently recommended this place and our brief encounter affirmed the choice. We will stop again when we are in town. A few more tables outside would be nice. We enjoyed the outside tables that were there.

Changing this review, hopefully it will gain some attention from mgt. We all got sick. Just terrible. I, and a separate party, took a gamble on the meatloaf. Why we would order meatloaf at a restaurant, I don't know but 24h later I asked how that went over and received a convincing report, not well. I'm not sure how you went from star to this but I hope you recover.

I got nervous when I didn't see their restaurant in Bayfield, & was so happy to hear they relocated to a larger space in Cornucopia! We got the Friday Night fish fry- with deep fried whitefish, choice of potato, and soup/salad. The breading is INCREDIBLE- easily some of the best fish I've ever had. Cute patios, great drink menu, and awesome larger space. We'll be back!

I made a 6:30 reservation on a Thursday, was told no problem. Upon arrival we were seated and menus. We then waited 15 minutes for menus and 20 minutes for water and bread. At that point our server stated, “I’ll be back for your food order.” Never asked for a drink order and did not even make eye contact. I am a super patient and an understanding person, as I am I the service industry as well. But the 15 (actually 18 minute) wait for even being acknowledged was, I guess, not acceptable. I believe I am understanding, but after 20 minutes no server until 21 minutes and to have her not be friendly or smile…. It was a turnoff. Because my family and I understand being busy. Again I’m in the service industry but the server just left a bad taste in my mouth about this establishment which has always been a favorite of ours.

Interesting and well executed American cuisine with Asian influences. I dined on two subsequent nights with different menus. A short Tapas menu the first night, 4 plates overfed me and with two drinks I left a generous tip and spent under $35 dollars. Duck over Kemp-chi was a highlight, everything was good. I don't know what the people who find it pricey are thinking. Night two was the 'regular' menu, I chose the Ahi bowl, which was delicious, but over generous in size (and I'm a big eater). Again, out the door for about $40 for one, with a couple of drinks. There's a few oddities (like cold Sake served over ice, rather than just chilled ???) to remind you that you are almost four hours from a city. But you've got to kind of role with that. A great little place and an example of the great local food scene scattered all over Wisconsin. I'll be back !

A very long wait for the food, about one and a half hours, two burned burgers, cold and dark french fries, burned and cold bruschetta. Not very tasty macaroni and cheese, plus they switched the two orders and served it to the wrong person. Out of nine meals only the steak was good. The vegetables and bread were good. They were out of spaghetti, lamb, lot of fish, scotch, onions. We had a mandatory gratuition of 20% for lousy food and not a very good service. While I was waiting for the food I could watch the waiters setting up tables. One table got new plates, but did not get wiped. I could see a spot of liquid at the table. A while later the other waiter noticed this and she wiped the table, without moving the plates! Nicely wiped around them. I cannot understand the other good reviews with all the mishaps we had.

Food was alright, service was lackluster. Friendly greeting and quick seating, but we were barely checked on, almost had to go ask for our bill, and by the time that happened food was all finished and flies were gathering for leftovers. Might I suggest more friendly outgoing smiles, even if understaffed that makes an impression. Once we had the check I stood around waiting for a cashier. The burrito was ok, didn't have tenders so a chicken breast was cut up in slices. Lemonade was slightly sour and not too sweet and was enjoyed, but it took forever to get the refill. Maybe it was busier than usual but didn't seem busy enough for that service. Hopefully it improves.

Do not go here! Waited half an hour past our reservation time for Friday fish fry, service was terrible, only to be told they were sold out out of not only both the beers we ordered, but the fish fry. I’m not sure how you advertise Friday fish fry then sell out of the whitefish. Seemed more like a deliberate ploy to get people to order something else at twice the price. Would have been considerate if they me mentioned:that when we arrived. Very poor and slow service, high prices.
