Their packaging needs major work. The zippers don’t close on the treat bags. They used to send free samples of products which made us end up buying more but they have since stopped doing that. We enjoyed trying new things.

I would highly recommend The Pet Gourmet. The main reason, they actually care for their customers.We placed our first order last week. We were within 15 miles(Harvard, IL) so a cute little wrapped vehicle drove into town to drop off our products. We opened the bag and inside was a hand written note. Excited to have us as a new customer and provided free samples of freeze dried beef and fish.Love the fact they have product from a local manufacturer. Make sure to have your puppy try the pumpkin chew sticks. Our puppy begs for them every day. Great place that makes you feel welcome. We will buy here for our pet needs going forward.

My dogs received the Pumpkin & Honey chew in their monthly barkbox subscription and loved it. I purchased a bunch more from The Pet Gourmet a long with other chews and treats. They sent me a free sample pack of lamb kibble treats. Both my small dogs love the treats and snacks. Each item is made with clean healthy and safe ingredients.

Raisins in the salmon jerkey! No response from customer service. Made my dog very ill, lucky he didn’t die!

Well stocked store. All kinds of goodies for Dogs. They also deliver and have an online store and subscriptions.Offering of treats in great flavors: Pumpkin, Blueberry Coconut. Collars, leashes, dog bowls, etc.Wonderful, engaged staff with enthusiastic attitude.
