Dr. Grimm took the time to see my dog Sassy. I was so worried that maybe there was something really wrong with Sassy, but thank goodness it was curable!! Dr. Grimm kept in contact throughout the weekend and I am very grateful for all of her help and support.

The staff is very welcoming. We boarded our dog here for 10 nights while in Florida. We also had him get up to date in his shots during this stay. The drop off and pick up visits went extremely well. Happy with this place and their prices are phenomenal !! Worth the 45 minute drive for us to bring him here from the Onalaska/LaCrosse area. We have now utilized this facility several times and have been very pleased every time.

I took my Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy for her first visit to Dr. Grimm and her Staff today. Dr. Grimm and her Staff were great. Both of us were taken care of really well. Very competent, kind and friendly group of people. Dr. Grimm did a great job teachingme and presenting options. I highly recommend this Clinic.

In August 2020 my family was vacationing near Lacrosse. During the trip Our Yorkies (Harvey) trachea completely collapsed leaving him unable to breath. Being from Indiana I had no idea where to go. I called 3 vets in the lacrosse area and due to Covid19 they refused to treat our dog because we were from another state. Dr. Grimm did not hesitate and said bring him in immediately. For over 3 hours she never left his side until he was able to breath on his own again. There is no question Dr. Grimm saved our dog's life that day. My family will forever be greatful for your amazing service.Harvey is live and well today.

We took our Border Collie and Great Pyrenees in for a grooming today. The receptionist was fantastic handling them. They were both so scared and she had them giving her kisses within a moment. I didn’t feel bad leaving them at all. Now for the grooming! Well done! They both looked so handsome, smelled so fresh and clean and their trims were beautiful. Thank you so much!

They got my puppy in last minute. Even stayed open late while we drove from Sparta because she was shaking and wobbly. She had a fever, so we were given amoxicillin for her and she seemed more like herself by the time we got back home. So thankful they were willing to work with us especially for such a great price. I had called about 10 vets and most of them said they would not accept new clients even in emergency. We were recommended to eau claire, Madison, and Rochester, but that was too far for us to want to take her in what felt like an emergency situation. The only one we found that would take her other than this vet had a $300 emergency fee + whatever fees for what they actually do to help. Here they had just a $60 emergency fee. Total was less than $100. So very thankful that these people were caring enough to stay open to take a look at her.

really good prices but here’s the downside. I have been taking my dog there for 2 years (since he was a puppy). I recently moved and switched to a new vet in the location and they told me that my dog had such a bad yeast infection that has been left untreated for a while. I have went to Grimm and Tails before addressing the problem and they told me to “wait and play it out”. Thanks to you guys my dog has a terrible yeast infection and not to mention allergies that Grimm tails told me was RINGWORM. If you’re going to take any animal here please be cautious as they misdiagnosed my dog twice.

Dr. Grimm was rude when we brought our dogs to the clinic for vaccinations and a UTI, and was very rough with our fearful/anxious dog.Dr. Grimm determined that she had a UTI, but did no further evaluation. Our dog that had the UTI started drastically losing weight and refusing to eat. We took her to a new vet, and she tested positive for Lyme disease, which was the cause of her kidney failure and UTI. Looking back at her medical records, our new vet said that Dr. Grimm should have done blood work because of her age to find the underlying cause of the UTI. She may need to be euthanized, and that could have been prevented if the right thing was done in the first place.

Never will I ever take my cat back there again. Earlier this month my cat went in to get netured and get his first shots. My dad dropped him off because I had class. I went a few days before to fill out some paperwork and I didn’t even know that my cat would be having restrictions to eating and drinking the day before. Around 4pm I called wondering if I could come get him yet and they said “oh yeah you can come get him now”. If my cat was ready before hand, I would have liked to known sooner. As I picked him up, I paid and they handed me my cat and told me to have a nice day. They never told me how to care for my loopy cat after that. They handed me a piece of paper saying I needed to make a follow up appointment so I did.Today my cat went in for his follow up appointment. For my understanding I thought they were going to look for his gential areas to make sure they were not infected and go over his over all health. As Dr. Grimm (who never introduced herself) was checking him over she began giving my cat two shots. In fact that she never cared to even tell me what they were. After me having to ask they were two shots that were supposed to be given in his first day appointment which was included in that price. So today I had to pay over 60 dollars more for him to get 2 more shots that were not supposed to be given today.I will never go back Grimm Tails because I care about how my animal is treated and customer service and right now they failed at both.

I had a very poor personal experience , yes she took care of my sweet animal, and he made it so far, but as far as the friendlyness or welcomness I did not feel we were welcome at this clinic we drove 45 minutes to get here and I was treated so very poorly I was made to go into tears and asked to just leave the office when I asked the Dr to please treat me kindly, I know this was an emergency call however you have an emergency number, my food for thought on thsi as the rudeness start from the hello, is, if you do not want to take emergency visits do not take emergency calls, I appreciate that you took In our precious baby, and you worked with me, however part of that is working with your patients families as well, whom also have been up working long hours who have very sad children at home who are also trying to save their family pet, this was a very sad clinic I hope this doesn't happen to another family and maybe you should rethink your emergency idea! I do not think Dr Grimm is the place to go! But I'm glad we still have our pups so one star for that I guess, cried all the way home -40 and put it in the ditch sure hopehyour nicer totyour employees and your daytime clients, your employees have to be who keep you open it's not Dr Grimm and her kindness thanks again for oh yeah yelling at me over my dying puppy and making me cry again not sure if I mentioned that 😪
