When our Springer, Monte, was 11, he got a ten pound tumor and the crew at Animal Tracks was amazing as they helped us through surgery. He bounced right back, but we knew he could have cancer elsewhere. It gave him an extra year and a half of life, and when it became clear his time was winding down, they explained it all so clearly about how to watch for signs of the quality of life so we didn't wait until he was suffering terribly. His health changed dramatically this week in the evening and Dr. Voss came in without question. She gently explained how it would all work, laid a blanket in the floor for him, and he very calmly left us while we were comforted and while we held him and she talked to Monte about hownstrong he was. While it was one of our toughest moments, she made us feel that Monte had as much value to her as he had to us. It is never easy to say goodbye, but the Animal Tracks team made this more bearable.

I brought ten, large breed puppies and was astounded with the level of kind, and patient care we received! Everything was a breeze from setting the appointment and availability, to assistance carrying in ten puppies, to checking out in the exam room. The fees were reasonable and the veterinarian took her time. The staff clearly loves animals. The exam process was smooth and careful. Highly recommend! The pups slept most of the time, they were so relaxed (photo).

It was easy to schedule an appointment and get my dog in right away. My pup loved his 1st visit. The vet and her staff were very friendly and helpful, plus they had his favorite treats!

It's always a positive time when I'm here for an appointment with Cleo (Alsatian pictured). With the care I've received, I happily referred one of my friends in the La Crosse area to them, and they started bringing their pup, Riley (pittie pictured) to Animal Tracks for care. They have also had nothing but good experiences there. Great care, affordable, and genuine people.

The staff is very kind and attentive to the dogs and does an excellent job with the grooming. The owner is clearly very passionate about dogs and only offers high-quality products. I have tried other groomers in the area and wouldn't take our girl anywhere else.

Excellent veterinary clinic. Both Dr. Kumlin and Dr. Bass are awesome with our pets. You can tell they care about your pets and you. Sharon (front desk) the vet techs and all the staff are very talented and nice to you and especially your pet. They are two of the best veterinarians I have met, even helped my dog afraid of storms.

The staff at Animal Tracks are beyond great! I have used them for all my pets and they have taken all the steps to make each visit the best it could be. Recently, we had to put down our 17 year old dog. He was a huge part of our lives and it was an incredibly difficult time. The staff welcomed us at the door and directed us straight to a private room. There was no waiting in the full waiting room. We were able to say our goodbyes and encouraged to take all the time we needed. Dr. Erika Bass was compassionate and caring and made us all comfortable. I can not say enough about how the pay very close attention to all the details, to help families through tough times. Thank you Animal Tracks!

The service was quick i called the day before and was able to get an appointment right away the next day. They were able to accommodate my dog because she doesn't work well with other dogs. I just love Animal Tracks. My husband and I moved here about a year ago, and our previous vet was phenomenal, so we were hoping we could find somewhere similar in our new home. I tried a couple of other vets before settling on Animal Tracks.The prices are close to the highest of the vets in the immediate area, but it's well worth it for the personalized care you receive from not only the vets but the staff. I bring my two dogs in for doggy daycare about every 2 weeks or so. As soon as I enter, one of the staff members greets me and the dogs by name (which happened after just ONE visit there. I still don't know how they remembered my name).I have been pleased with all of the services my pups have received there including neutering, skin allergy issue, and a broken tooth. Additionally, my dogs lose it when we pull into the parking lot, and they can't get back to doggy care fast enough!

We woke up last Saturday to our sweet 13 year old dog very quickly nearing his end. Animal Tracks got us in just a couple of hours later so we could let him go and end his suffering. Dr. Bass, her assistant and the front desk person were all so sweet and kind and gentle with us on such a hard day. My husband and I and two of our children were all welcomed into the quiet and calm room they had set up for us. I was impressed with everyone I encountered that day at Animal Tracks, especially since it is not our regular vet and we hadn't met any of them before. I am extremely grateful we have Dr. Bass and her staff as a resource in Viroqua and would recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate, capable, and welcoming place to receive veterinary care.
